I can no longer login with my correct credentials and when I try to reset my password it says: Something went wrong (999) and provides no link to a way forward eg support. I then went to the website, found a telephone number, called them and discovered they all went home at 17:15 pm. It should be a fundamental feature of updates that your login details are retained!!
Great app.
Easy to use and quick to find stations. Needs a little jazzing up. Some colour perhaps and a few tweaks to the interface to make a bit less bland.

Good and very useful but needs fixes
It’s a good app and is very useful, however it still has a few bugs that need fixing. When using the app to charge the vehicle it will accept the charger and start the process. However I have had few instances where you cannot stop the charge on the app and an error message appears. The app will reset itself and you have to log back on which again will not allow you to and another error message will appear. If you try reset your password because it won’t let you do it. The password reset will only work under WiFi. One day this is going to happen when you need it the most without WiFi . Also ,can you provide either face or fingerprint login to log onto the app, you have to do this to start the charge so I believe the option should be available for both.
Card
App won’t let me add card. Says info on card is incorrect but it isn’t
Unreliable
Do not rely on this app, it reports that there is only one charge point available when there are 2. Then won’t let you charge because app says the charge point is not available when it clearly is. Sort it out allstar before someone gets stranded
Terrible app
App is awful, doesn’t accept login details even though they are correct and work if entering in a web browser
Pretty Good but…
Great app seems to work well. Only issue is that it lists chargers that members of the general public have no access and would get a parking ticket for.
App doesn’t accept Allstar card and support team can’t resolve
I originally posted a review around the support team not knowing how to support the app or the cards and that is still true. However a developer got in contact following my review and sorted everything so thankyou Adam, it is much appreciated. Original message - Don’t waste your time here. Have been trying to add my card for 2 weeks now but it fails with a 204 error and support team can’t do anything about it.
Latest Update Crashes
Since updating to the latest version, the app opens a white screen then crashes every time I try to use / open it.

Useless app
Diesel discount is not true, only works if petrol staff swipe the card and many times they refuse to do it and insist on using chip and pin. Customer services have no clue about anything and never helps
CarPlay
Great app but would be very handy if it could be used with CarPlay for maps etc

Can’t log in
Updated security measures take me into a log in loop, without any error message to explain what’s gone wrong.
Better but worse
The map part of the app works better - but the app doesn’t remember the type of card you filter - you have to re filter every time you use the app 🤷♂️

Absolute joke
Latest updates made this app unusable as my email address suddenly is not supported and I can’t login. Filled call back form on the website three times got callback once and someone put the phone down on me. Wouldn’t be using they services but it’s company card so no choice avoid if you can

I liked this new app. It is quite easy to use.
Useless if you want petrol
I have this app to go with my Allstar chargepass card . I have a petrol car but all I see on the screen is diesel sites and ev charge points, there is no way to just display petrol sites. And sites such as Stourport Tesco are 100’s of meters from the actual station so if you don’t know where it is you have no chance of finding it. Also doesn’t show what card is registered so you have no idea if it’s correct

Garbage
App is useless, can’t find any Allstar chargers, I’m using one well known location and it isn’t even on the map. Don’t bother it’s useless.
Do not update!
Do not update to this version as it does not work , does not accept your filter settings. Unusable
Not displaying
This app used to display all EV charge point. Since update no charge points are displayed, really annoying when you 5 % and need to find a charger. Please fix this.
