Great store
Boot Barn has a great selection of Western Wear including boots, clothing, belts and hats. Everything- from clothing, styles, design and quality is a refreshing upgrade from the bland mall experience. Price point is very reasonable. Friendly associates make Boot Barn a great shopping experience.
Hoax
The 15% discount for allowing push notifications and signing up for advertisement emails would only flash on the screen and go away. Never would be usable.
Easy to Nav
Not bad
Could be better
Hard to figure out returns and rewards credits.
My union discount
Wouldn’t let me add my union discount on file
La pichoncita
Simply great
No help in store
Be nicer if the young girls and boys would help the older folk 3 times in a week 2 different stores no one offers to help. Sucks for the real cowgirls that are 80 needing help. They just stand and gossip don’t know if we will be back to council bluffs or Sioux City or one again! It was the only place we got boots not anymore!
Online Shopping
It was quick and easy to find what I was looking for. However, I found sometimes online orders have less opportunity for deals. I saved more by shopping in-store for more than have my orders than shopping online. I spent more shopping online. Overall a great experience.
App is Buggy
Software is not smooth. Especially when exploring the app settings and shopping. Pictures take a long time to load. The app also s
My points
I started an account at the store, but the app didn’t recognize any of my details.
The best store
The best place to shop for boots, clothes and accessories 😍
Freezes
Lost my order! Wouldn’t let me check out! What a mess!
Good, fell off
PLEASE, bring back the filters for toe shape and the skin used on the boot filters. I only ever buy narrow square, round, and snip toe. And there are certain skins I like. I’m sure this is like this for many other customers.
Credit card
Why did boot barn get rid of store credit card?
No points
My points aren’t showing up in the app, and i assume the bar code is for adding purchases from a receipt but that function on the app doesn’t seem to work
Review
10/10 I spent too much money there every time I go there
Terrible
Not accurate stock, not accurate timeframes. App says 1-2 days to store. Place an order, its really 1-2 weeks and you cant even cancel an order. So its a joke and a scam.
.
זה בדיוק כמו באינטרנט רק אם טיפה יותר מידע וזה יותר נוח ולא מעבד את החשבון
It’s not the best
In the app I showed $15 redeemable rewards then it disappeared a few hours later. I can’t seem to add a receipt if I bought something at the store. The cashier didn’t ask me for my barcode.
Can’t scan receipts
I was trying to scan my receipt to add my points to my account but it just opens a blank window in the app and doesn’t do anything.
Hell yea!
Found great in app exclusives. I also found greater deals in app. I went down to my local BootBarn and couldn’t find what I found in app. The selection and pricing is awesome. Definitely keeping the app for all my apparel needs. Thanks Boot Barn!
Bad
Glitches
Not seeing my points after a month of waiting
What’s up with this, but store sees it
Enter birthday
The app does not allow entry of birthday
Easy to use
Boot barn uses ID.me and super easy to use, great products
Want it to be good
This is my favorite store of all time but the app is beyond frustrating. My in store orders never show up on the app no matter what I or someone in store tries to do. Also the website shows better sales than the app. I use the website to find what I’m looking for and then copy the name to order on the app. It’s really it’s only good to see/ use a reward.
Not good for outside US
Tried to purchase a few times on different dates , took prepayments then wouldn’t allow me to process order. Customer service were great but still not solved my issue as I really wanted to buy a hat
Great deals!
I couldn’t ask for a better place to get boots and get great discounts!
Too complicated
You need to simplify your process.! I will not use you again!
USA friendly only
Not Canadian friendly. Only shows US currency considering Canadians are a large population of their customers. The prices bounce around like the stock market and are never fully accurate between their site, sheplers and the app. Not to mention I can’t order on the app to my Canadian address. Only on their site. To top it off the app is glitching constantly.

OBSESSED
I love how you can tune in on their radio there using, makes scrolling a lot let boring!! Everything you’re looking for is super easy to find, they did great.
Wish list doesn’t work
My grandson has created a wish list and it’s giving me a warning that the site is not secure and at risk. When I finally opened it, I see “Kians Wish List” but no way to get there. I also tried to create a wish list and no products will go into it. Very frustrating!
