Delete App
Download and immediately deleted app. It’s just as bad as their website. Downloaded app because the website always freezes and I can never complete order. The app also didn’t let me complete order. Never using this company again.
Pretty decent
Good app but they don’t have any guardians hats
Update or something
The app is always glitchy and loads really slow. It has never really ran smoothly for me since I downloaded it
hats
good hats
Fake pre-order
App exclusive hats get released and the app lags so bad you don’t even get a chance to purchase. And then when they offer pre-order options for the highly sought after skull chief, everytime I do an order it gets cancelled by hat club right away before I even get my order confirmation email. I get a notification from the app saying the pre-order is almost over and I go to try to place another order and it gets cancelled for unknown reasons, I’ve tried it with debit cards and credit cards and proof checked my address and names for billing. It’s a joke. Hat club is back dooring hats that collectors want to get their hands on. And nobody knows why they’re wasting our time.
Sick hats
They got some clean hats!
Articles are missing
My order didn't arrive complete and I wasn't notified if something was no longer available.
Love this store
Get all of my hats from here
Sucks!
This app sucks and so does this company. Downloaded app for a specific “app exclusive” only for it to be sold out in literally 20 seconds. That’s bad business as I will just buy hats from other shops that actually want my money.
Nice merchandise
Hat Club has an amazing variety of hats, with tons of different models, sizes, and styles for everyone. They’re always bringing in new releases, which makes it exciting because there’s always something different to find. The quality of the hats is excellent, and the selection is incredible. Definitely one of my favorite places to shop for hats! 🔥🧢
Over priced
40% price increase since my last purchase
Great quality
Love the color combination and material of the hats.
Create account and doesn’t work
Tried multiple times to create an account and when I got back to the app it says it was never created.
Hat selection
Best hat selection in the game, website neat & easy to navigate !!
Barely works
You can download the app, you can make an account, you can click products on the main page and that’s it. I tried viewing hats through the collections page, nothing loads, I tried viewing through the search function, nothing loads. Just use the website I guess lol
Yo
