I started using the App recently, I didn’t remember to check the reviews you get, I didn’t notice or have any issues with the app, if it takes time to be withdrawn, it doesn’t pass 48hrs on week days, so in total I didn’t notice anything but when I came across your reviews I withdrew all my money, now the answer is. Have you guys resolved every other issues that’s making others complain, I can’t trust your company with that review.
Great experience
I’ve been using this app for over 2 years now and honestly, it’s been a really good experience. Deposits and withdrawals are seamless, and I like that there are different investment options to choose from, including Tbills and commercial papers. I highly recommend it.

The App is always having one issue or the other. I can’t invest currently, trying to view order book to invest and the screen of the page keeps going off and on
No Application Security
The application is great and there’s plenty room for improvement but the most basic and important part of any financial application is the security. There’s no 2 step verification process for the application. As the developers, I’m sure you understand what point I’m trying to make.

Afrinvestor has to be my number one go to app for buying stocks!! So seamless and easy!! Even their customer support was always handy to respond and help with any issues I may have faced!! It was amazing!!!

Scam and fraudulent
6months and counting since I open and account yet no vacation number nor chn no. I bought some shares when it was time to sell it and leave because the refused to verify my account they said I have zero shares. The customer services are very incompetent, the have no real solution or accurate read to anything. Just keep saying we will contact you through email. Yet no for good six month I kept calling the yet nothing. I’m not exaggerating. Please don’t use this app. It fraudulent.
KYC issue
I saw the app yesterday and I download it because of how it was promoted on social media now I tried uploading my documents (Nin, student id) but it’s always saying error and I tried depositing and it work but I can’t withdraw because of the KYC issue So why question is why would the app allow you to deposit and restrict you from withdrawing ?
INCORPORATE VALUATION STATEMENT ON EQUITY AND BONDS SECTION
It would be nice if you incorporated a summary of the updated valuation statements on the equity and bonds section on the portfolio page rather than just having only the value invested and tenure of investment.

More work needs to be done
Not a bad app design, but there’s no level of support or communication from this company. Sloppy and I guess one person is trying to do everything. You can hire people and offer equity if you don’t have cash to pay. Unfortunately I will be closing my account and go elsewhere.
I think they’re paying content creators for promotion
I only gave this two stars because I was able to withdraw my money back, and this is the second time I’m trying out this app all because of what I heard from the so called financial gurus online. It’s terrible. After adding money to invest is another problem keeps saying I should contact support and the support page keep saying opps there’s a problem here comebacks later. I’m done with is app. Bamboo still remains my no 1 go to.
It’s the ease of use for me
Not only do I actively use and enjoy this app, I introduced it to my parents, now they are both actively trading stocks in the Nigeria stock markets, my old man even recently sent me a treasury bill that I should invest in.

APP CAN DEF BE BETTER
Looks like there's no technical support for the app. Sometimes you want to trade and all the stocks have disappeared, you try to fund and it takes ages to reflect, other times your stock watchlist have been cleared and at times you select stuff and it just goes on rolling. The UI could be better too. Biometrics login doesn't work. I could go on and on but it really does have all the stocks and is owned by a tested and trusted organisation and that's the only reason I'm still here.

Well your Banking withdrawal system is something else better wake up there are 100s Better investment Companies that have fast instant withdrawal system within some seconds you’re credited and enjoying I don’t want to mention names so as not to cause a heavy fight between you and some companies better wake up before you just leave those money there and migrate go another large company to invest! Why is it that common withdrawals in your company will take 5days but in others it will be within some seconds! I never wanted to rate this because of the withdrawal system is so bad but I am putting you a one star!! Better review your withdrawal systems and wake up! Is that clear!!

Why can’t i withdraw my money whenever I’m trying to withdraw it says insufficient funds even when I’m seeing my money there and I sold some of my shares to make sure I have more money on there but still I can’t withdraw
