Poor customer service and quality
I bought for hundreds of dollars from this company and as some of the pieces were of bad qualities, I had no good return from the customer service. Recommend to shop elsewhere.
Mostly perfect
App works well for the most part but I can’t open the pictures in the reviews on the app like I can on the website. I have to be switching between the website and the app to get a good look at items which is very annoying.

Love the app BUT….
I love the app. I think they have one the best gym clothes and the best gym pants attire. However, the app is SUPER buggy and slow especially during drops. Please fix this.

Seriously I know you guys do this to capitalize on fomo and artificial scarcity but code some damned filters. I’m trying to buy something from you and looking at things with the large filter on which is the only one you even have and all I see is things where you DO NOT HAVE THAT SIZE IN STOCK!!! App is better than the site I guess since you can’t even sort or filter at all on the site. When you guys make the rare item that doesn’t look like some cringe ed hardy throwback it kind of sucks that it’s just never available in anything other than victim size and making it harder to navigate your store just makes me leave and go to your competitors.

Keeps crashing, signs you out and takes you to home page.

Trying to order or look at anything is a nightmare. The app will freeze so much and kick you out every minute taking you to the main page everytime.

All the clothes are very good quality! Only problem is the app.. it feels left behind compared to gymshark or nike. An update on the apps appearance would be awesome.

At first the app was fine. Since the update. It’s glitching when looking around or checking out your rewards it send you back to the homepage.
Slow and overheats my phone
The last update has made the app sluggish and overheats my iPhone 16 Pro after 10 minutes of using the app. Please fix ASAP. Thanks

Horrible app, constantly resets and glitches and crashes when you’re looking at products. Unusable.

The app lacks of certain features as showing the new drops or items on sale.

Can’t scroll for more than 3 seconds without the app bringing me back to the start page nor can I click onto other section without being refreshed. Also I’m having to constantly log back into my account despite not ever deleting the app or logging out.

Poorly Optimized (You will LAG)
I’ve never used a worse app. It’s very poorly optimized and often freezes even when there isn’t a drop. It’s pretty much just a bad web app. Sucks because they make decent clothes. They also haven’t figured out how to combat botting like supreme back in the day. My record for checkout in less than 3 minutes and still did not get my order. Don’t waste your time, your money will be fine though, gotta be able to buy something for them to take it haha.
Drop problems
Had issues putting newly dropped items in my cart, time wasted attempting to do so over and over cost me an item I wanted.
Not enough in stock
YoungLA has great clothes, but what’s the point if nothing is it ever in stock? you know exactly which items sell out every time, yet there’s never enough made. it’s frustrating to check drop after drop and still see everything is gone. do better with inventory, people actually want buy your stuff.

The app is good but the only thing is when your swiping between pictures on a product sometimes it not as smooth as something like Amazon
App UI/UX is bad
Basically just a web app. Everything feels clunky to navigate, especially the ‘my account’ page. There really should be a more efficient way to check order history/returns without navigating through a bunch of pages. Also it doesn’t make sense that when I’m signed into the app, I also have to sign in again to access the ‘rewards’ page, let alone constantly being logged out of the app regardless.
Best Gym Brand
YoungLA is the best brand for gym wear. Every product is original style and very comfortable. I highly recommend the 403 Elite Tees. It is my favorite fitting shirt and it comes in really nice colors.
Missing Items
I’ve recently had my first time ordering clothes from this company for Black Friday. I received most of my order, but when one shipment arrived, it was missing half the items. I reached out to the company, but they had refused to do just about anything to help and blamed it on the carrier. I would not purchase anything from this company unless you want money stolen from you.
Terrible app
I am just trying to purchase my items in my cart, not even in the restock. I can’t purchase because the website must be shut down for the restock but on the app it lets me go to my cart and shop still. I am confused.

Great app you can do just about anything on it from shopping to returns! So easy and convenient.
Terrible service
I ordered a shirt and they sent the wrong item. Customer service said they would send a return label, but I never received anything. I’ve been waiting and still no solution. Very disappointing.

lost package
My package was supposed to arrive 15 days ago. I wrote to them and they didn't resolve anything for me, nor did they give me any alternatives. They say my package was returned but they didn't even return my money, only that I should change the address. I did it and it still never appeared. I wrote to them again and they didn't even respond. Terrible customer service.
Need Better service
I would like to say when your corporation make any new drops please make all of sites,people any services to be instant to purchase because a lot of people missed drops because we can’t purchase or it says or asking for confirmation of information or any other information, work on that you guys are a great company and we love the clothes 🩷
