Simple and easy to use
This app has been absolutely fantastic. The web page version is more user friendly than the phone app. I have no issues with the phone app. It is a simple platform, it gives html simplicity. The best features are the tracking of all activity on the account. This helps identify what’s going on especially if you have notifications turned off. This platform allows me to share all information with a coparenting without needing any direct communication with a personal device. Expenses related to the children, document sharing, calendar information, contacts of relevant parties in the lives of the children, and my favorite part is having different conversation threads that can be labeled. This is the most affordable parenting app available if you need a communication platform that tracks parenting conversations and activities but no video or phone calls. Just $170 for the whole family. No need for each parent to pay their own membership.
No customer service
The app works great until you have a problem. There is no customer service phone number. There is an option to text for help. Someone is supposed to follow up within 24 hours it states. I haven’t heard back for 4 days.
Great calendar tool for coparenting
This is a great app for keeping a coparenting schedule. I love that it syncs with your Apple calendar on the phone. Only challenge is that updates you make do not always show in the local calendar, so there may be a bug. Otherwise great tool highly recommend.
Glitchy
This app could be great but it is ridiculously glitchy. Messages disappear after they have been written. Half the time the app doesn’t open, and you have to keep closing the reopening. Making changes to the shared calendar are more difficult than needed. The really annoying thing here is that, given I’m in a high conflict situation with my ex, there is already a massive amount of emotion involved when using the app. When it is so glitchy is just makes things so much worse. The shared finances are good and work well. Please please sort out the app. At the moment I’ve paid a huge amount of money for something which, a lot of the time, is causing me even more stress.

The app has become very glitchy recently. Have to keep opening and closing the app to get it to load up. For the price they charge it could be much better
Great Co-Parenting App
2houses is a fantastic co-parenting app. I really love the ability to easily track communications and payments. I also found the schedule component in the app very helpful!
Multiple unauthorized charges and horrible customer service
They have a habit of double charging customers. My subscription was canceled out of nowhere and they continued to charge me. They tried to blame me for the mistake but I had proof. Is anyone monitoring their customer service!? ZERO people skills and they will try to blame the customer for their mistakes. I’m shocked at the lack of customer service experience the chat employees provide.

Love the feature set and messaging! I wish the load times were better.
Poor customer service
This app definitely has some bugs. It’s hard to locate certain features like “Journal” so I found out my co-parent never once looked at pictures I uploaded of the kids when they were with me. It’s expensive, but it takes at least 24 hours to get a reply. They gave me no warning that my subscription was going to renew, a year later… and won’t refund the $170. Save yourself the headache.
Fits the purpose
This app does all that you need to make co-parenting easier. It is a little slow which can be frustrating at times. We have had some glitches along the way, but the support is great and they respond very quickly to get things fixed. In general this app meets the need we have for co-parenting.
Great option for Co-Parenting
The thing that made me choose this app was the calendar style and options 😊 I also love having all the information my co parent needs for our child easily accessible. Medical information, ID numbers, clothing sizes, contacts, and all other valuable information about our child is ready to find in the app. The chat option and shared photo albums are a nice option too, although we don’t tend to use them as much. The only down side is that we live in the US and it’s hard to talk to costumer service.
They started my free trail without consent
I downloaded this app not know there was different subscriptions you could choose from. Like other apps you can do a free trail and they will charge you after the trial ends. I didn’t want to start a free trail because it just wasn’t for me so I uninstalled the app. I had already created an account with my email so after i uninstalled the app I got an email saying they saw I did not start my free trial so they did it for me?! Like no thank you I could have hit the button if that’s what I wanted but I clearly didn’t choose to start the trial. If I didn’t see the email I wouldn’t have even been aware and now I’m concerned I’m going to get a huge charge on my card for something I didn’t consent to. I wouldn’t download this.
Easy to use
This app is easy to use. Hood way to keep track of key appointments and money transfers.
Technical issues and supporting staff horrendous
After an update I was logged out of my app and couldn’t get back in, contacted customer support on multiple occasions and got no response, when I finally got a response it wasn’t to help me get back in, it was to tell me I was logged out! Wow, no duh! Takes minimum 2 days for staff to tell me what the issue stated is! This app also doesn’t not filter text, so if you’re looking to use this app and have a history of DV, look elsewhere. Also you cannot search text to refer to a point of conversation and avoid being gaslit by abusers. It allows both parties to make financial requests but still allows a persons to request without receipt for paid invoices etc. layout isn’t user friendly and video call option is woeful.

Very good for managing care with two interested parties. Sometimes a little glitchy. Much like my ex.

This app is a lifesaver, especially when it comes to significant other accountability and any confusion and date request changes for holidays. I would highly recommend.
Customer support
The customer support for this app is horrible! Days to respond or they just looks at it and don’t respond! Plus people in the USA need to wait for someone in Belgium to respond.

It has made communicating as coparents so much easier. The app is a little slow to load things, other than that I really like it.
Legal issue
I have absolutely loved this app (3 years use) sadly I’m going through the courts and dad has been able to change his name on the app once it’s been active to daughters name and then printed messages misleading court to assume daughter is posting. Huge problem and support in 2 houses has been concerningly poor. Such a shame .

Probably an excellent platform for many separated couples with some great features for financing, sharing pictures etc I only have it 3 stars because I only need to use the message service which is no different from WhatsApp. I don’t have to pay for WhatsApp I hope more of you are able to use more of the functionality.
All around very helpful
App is very helpful in scheduling on a calendar, documenting finances and discussions, and easier sharing important files or photos.
Don’t start trial - unless you are committed
There is nowhere to contact the company if you miss (day of) trial deadline. The bot stopped working when I asked for contact information to speak to a human.
Very useful - all in one
This has helped manage all appointments, schedule changes & finances in one place. Intuitive and easy to use. Have been using for 3 years now and wouldn’t go back to messages & emails.
Search function not working in latest version
Search was sort of working previously - sort of - but now literally nothing happens after entering a search term and hitting Search. Pretty crucial functionality.
Basic app behaviours are lacking
On any of the recent iOS versions, text formatting in the messages section is very clunky, selecting text and copy and paste are a disaster. Trying to write three lines of a message in the tiny message window, and the send button disappears. Is it 1999 or 2023?
Good app
Good app to make sure that you know your messages have been read.
Can’t communicate with mobile app
The keyboard covers the message box, so you can only see the first two lines of what you are writing. Then the messages aren’t delivered unless you refresh the app, so you can write thinking there hasn’t been a reply, when there has been. Makes challenging conversations extra challenging! The concepts are good but the execution is so faulty, looking for an alternative.
Good parenting app
Good app, although a filter on messaging to stop the use of abusive words would be sensational. Plus the ability to easily download messages for use in Court
Glitch
I like the app for a few months, and then it started glitching. Examples are when I would go to scroll up in the conversation the app itself would scroll back down and then reset the page over and over. Second example is every time an automatic payment would come out the app would not allow me or my coparent to use the app for 1 to 2 days, which was very inefficient. i’ve contacted tech-support and the problem has not been addressed nor fixed. Considering switching to a different app.

Would be perfect if it was not so glitchy . I have to close app and go back in several times. Annoying

Super easy to use and track. I like not having to go through the app for payments and I can just keep track of what is owed or not
Glitches Never Updates
So frustrated with not being able to upload documents or new schedules. Very glitchy. This is making it really difficult and it’s insulting that it’s nearly $30 a month for it to not work.
Good/Great, Some a room for Improvement
Great app that is helping our family effectively navigate the coparenting space. We don’t need tone-meter support so this app not having that is a non-issue for us. Would love to see the Expenses section off a “refunds” option or possible an expense cancellation option that would adjust the amounts split back to each parent for that item. Would also be nice to have an option to change category percentages with mutual agreement (and just have an audit history available for documentation?). Sometimes app logs me out and is in French but when I close/reopen app it also always is immediately reverted to the Eng version. Recent update was nice for visual as well as some calendar blips functionality improving. Not a cheap app so some ongoing dev would be a good return on investment.
New version
New version will not load on my phone
Update issue
Since the new update, all our messages are whited out so that you can not see them. The update says something about a shiny new app with dark mode as light as you want it but I do not see any improvements, only issues. When we reached out to “Alexander” she stated it was due to the dark mode and sent a way to undo dark mode on my entire phone, there is no way for just the app. So right now the app is useless for messaging.

Best app to use when it comes to coparenting! So much cool features and super helpful and organized to get around the app! I highly recommended this app to any of my 2home families
Charged me for a subscription I don’t have
Customer support seems to be nonexistent. No way to talk to a person to resolve the charge. Would not recommend to anyone

I do like this app. It has helped with keeping communication between the both of us. It would be better if the finances section was a clearer accounting system with proof that the other person has paid the expense reimbursement by providing a screen shot of payment. Then a better balancing system. It would also be better if It’s good how both parties need to approve changes to visits with the kids although a better system Needs to be developed so all we need to do Is tick a box to say what change needs to Happen and have the other party flagged that the change is being made “do you agree”, if so tick this box, if refused tick this box with an actual reason for Refusal. Then 2houses change visit. I do like that an actual person helps you when you have a problem not an autobot of some type. Pretty happy with app.
Won’t launch
The prior version, and this version won’t launch on iPhone 12 Pro
Very slow and at times unresponsive
I downloaded this app as a primary means of communication between me and my children’s father but it is, by far, very slow in opening, downloading/sending images, and sending visit requests. The idea is there but very slow.
Convenient
This app allows you to communicate with your partner and add other key parties- bonus parents, grandparents, nanny, etc. Nothing can be erased and it can be exported if needed for documentation. It’s very easy to use and a convenient place to organize a schedule.
Hacked
This app can be easily hacked by the other user with ChatGP3 or Chatbot and other AI platforms.
Good app
I really like this app. My kids’ dad and I are in very good terms but it helps us organise our kids activities. We also gave access to the close family, so that they can check where the kids are l, when they want to organise an event. Giving only 4 stars because there is some room for improvement. But the team is dynamic and responsive, and I have already seen some upgrades being done in the short time I have used this app.
Poor support for customers
Hi, I had the app freeze and lock up on my iPad and IPhone in a 24 hour period. The log in screen then reverted to another language. I had to reset my password twice. Many emails were sent trying to request a reset password.... but only arrived after I logged into the website on a computer. Not once did I receive a reply from the support desk, or the online chat support (ironically they had a message “back tomorrow”) team. Disgraceful customer support. Expensive app, but be aware if you need support!
Smart app but it’s buggy
I find this app serves a very good purpose however it is excruciatingly slow at times to load messages and seems to hang or need refreshing. I don’t use any of its functionality other than messaging, yet it often seems really sluggish and slow. Please see what you can do to make it a smoother process.
Helps out our family
We’ve been using this for a few years, since our divorce. It really helps with the shared parenting and eliminates a lot of confusion and stress.
Don’t subscribe - annual renewal clause
Beware the annual renewal clause. Most companies offer a “you subscription is about to renew”. This company doesn’t give a warning, hopes you forget about it and renews you.

Pretty good - room for improvement
Been using the app for a few years. Overall it’s pretty ok at what it does. It has enabled my ex and I to have clear division of expenses and communications. It’s not perfect. The app can be a bit glitchy sometimes - especially with the messaging and it’s quite slow. Would like to see some more regular updates and improvements given the cost. But it’s not bad
