Funktioniert gut
Verstehe die negativen Bewertungen nicht. Funktioniert gut. Ich kann die Kamera damit steuern, Fotos machen, Videos aufzeichnen, Licht heller oder dunkler machen. Die Aufzeichnungen sind in hoher Auflösung. Was will man mehr?
App doesn’t work anymore
I purchased the endoscope in 2017 and the app worked well with an iPaf Air or an iPhone X. I upgraded my devices and the software doesn’t connect anymore, the wifi stopped working with an iPhone 14 Pro and an iPad Air 5th gen. I think it’s a software compatibility problem that the publisher should address, probably with an update.

Keine Ahnung wie das Endoskop von Wöhler damit funktionieren soll. Völlig unverständlich. Schade um das Geld, werde es wihl zurückschicken.Schade
Works well when it wants to.
Great little tool for someone who doesn't want to spend a boat load of money. The app is finicky wish they would update it regularly but last update was in 2016. It's awesome when it works. But you have to play with it a lot just to get it to sync. Bought this off amazon and was expecting something awesome. But it's mediocre at best just because of the app and probably firmware on the unit itself.
Brilliant bit of kit
I don’t know why these other folks are giving poor reviews. I have used this endoscope since 2016 with no problem. Make sure you are connecting to the camera using WiFi and not Bluetooth. It is quite easy to forget if it has been a few months since you last used it. Currently I have a second generation iPhone 5SE running Apple’s 14.2 OS software. Bang upto date, no problems. Recommend purchasing if you can find one.

It's 2022 and this app doesn't work on my iPhone - keeps requiring an Internet connection. I am not giving this application access to the Internet or my personal network. If it can't work using just the ad-hoc connection then f-it! That is a threat to security.
Not great, low end of the value chart.
It's what you might expect for this price point, it's no bargin. Seems to plow through batteries, and the fresher the battery the better the performance. It works and it can be a real good aid when you need to see into a blind area. It's okay is about how id rate it, it's not going to amaze you, but it will probably give you a view into the area you can't put your eyes, just expect to keep the batteries replaced and expect the wifi to be problematic. Made in China and acts like it.

Image freezes
App OK but image keeps 'freezing' every few seconds even with iPod touch mounted on unit.
Nice idea, perhaps poor hardware design
To use this app you must make a WiFi connection with the scope, but even with fresh batteries, the WiFi can’t be found. Once connected, you tap a button in the app to see the video. The connection may last a few minutes, or more likely 10-20 seconds before it freezes, then you have to restart the video, restart the app, or restart your phone. It worked better when new, although always problematic, so I don’t have much confidence in the app being improved or even compatible in future iOS versions. Also, the image comes in at some random angle so it’s disorienting to use. You’d probably be much happier with a scope with its own display.

Il y a un problème tout marche sauf la caméra rien ne s'affiche, j'ai même essayé de changer les tailles d'affichage de la caméra mais rien n'y fait.
App freezes
I am an electrician and would use this more, but each time I use it the App freezes, so I have to shut off restart the unit!!! Then it last about 3-5 mins than freezes over and over!!! Not sure if it's the app or the camera. Other than that picture is awesome on my smartphone.
Need better tech support
You need to load the new firmware in your endoscope for this update to work. Search on the internet for "how to upgrade your wifi endoscope firmware" and the first hit will be a PDF on the Teslong website. Follow those instructions. I use a WF200 endoscope and it works now. Unfortunately, I had to find the solution myself because the tech support page is in a foreign language.

This app functions just as it should, captures images and records video with my Aardvark HD3M without any problems!
Depstech wifi endoscope
I spent several hours trying to get this app and the endoscope to function. Device was plugged into my desktop computer USB port and its battery was charged. My iPhone recognized the Depstech wifi and I successfully logged in as indicated by blue led ‘flicking’ (their word). That’s all that happened. I was never able to see camera images on iPhone screen. Deleted and reinstalled app. No better. Power cycled device to reboot. Nothing. Finally returned endoscope to Amazon. No more Depstech stuff for me. Strangely, the Depstech endoscope gets high praise on Amazon reviews but its iPhone app gets bad reviews from Apple. Could it be that the device works well with Android app? Total failure for me and my iPhone.
Pretty Good
I just used it again. Initially forgot to connect iPhone to WiFi Endoscope wireless...duh. Continuing with that theme, the default password is 00000000 (i.e. eight zeroes, and I don't mean the Japanese kind). My latest exploration was of forced air ducts. It's not perfect but on the other hand this is not surgery. It serves the purpose. Great bang for the buck.

Worked fine till the new update?
I've had it for a year. The app has worked fine till the update for IOS 9 now I'm getting an error sayingApp transport security needs a secure connection? Please fix I use this everyday. Otherwise is a solid 4 stars
Good value
Works well with the endoscope. One time app set up and then you're good to go for future use. Good value
Frustration software
Works sometimes for a minute or two and then crashes. Restarting app and scope hardware doesn’t help. Restarting phone is required. Worse than useless. Total waste of time.
Video problems
I just purchased the wohler ve200 and it set up and works great for capturing images but on the video recording when I go to play back the image it looks like neon mini-blinds .,. Just a bunch of horizontal lines in multicolor but no clear video image whatsoever....tech support?? Help
Choices
I bought this device 12:5:15 it looks ok and seems well built. The app we are informed is optimised for the I-phone 5 running iOS 6.01 or higher I have an iPhone 4s running iOS 8.3 and an iPad 2 running iOS 8.3. The device does connect to my phone and iPad but not very reliably it often won't connect properly. The device wifi signal is seen by my devices but the devices camera will not open or it will open for a while then the picture will freeze. It is a shame as when the endoscope does work it is a pretty good picture. Unless I can get this device to work reliably I will have to send it back which I don't really want to do.
Works just fine!!
Okay I am using an iPhone 6 Plus and an iPad loaded the software on both from the App Store, connected them both to the camera via WiFi using the password provided in the instructions - works perfect. Tried recording with an active microphone - works perfect! Software is simple to operate with no frills.

Presque parfait
Facile à configurer, facile à utiliser. Possibilité d’enregistrer ce qu’on filme. J’aurai volontiers mis 5 étoiles s’il n’avait pas ce lag sur les vidéos enregistrées ! Car ce que vous voyez à l’écran est très fluide, mais l’enregistrement est très très saccadé, c’est vraiment dommage. Je n’ai pas réussi à trouver le moyen de changer cela… :(

No connection to camera
Why can’t I connect to the WiFi??? I put new batteries in. One of the other factors is my WiFi ask for a password, and so I put in 00000000 as password and it is rejected over and over again. I’ve literally spent a hour and a half on trying to get the camera to work and I finally gave up on this piece of junk. Maybe you need a really password for the network to recognize .
Work when vertical
App is good does the job but it unusable when devise is length ways as it keeps flashing but it works well when it is vertical smaller pic but works well good picture
Wifi endoscope app
I was able to turn my device on with power button as directed, uploaded this app after researching for a minute to what may be the easiest way to use my endoscope. I literally turned on Wifi, found my endoscope, put in the password and the unit worked perfect. Great amount of light. Great picture on my camera. And quite inexpensive compared to the $1k unit I was going to invest in. I generally buy only American made, but could not find one for what this does and anything less than a house payment.
Is the app compatible with 11pro ?
Doesn’t seem to be compatible with 11pro. Takes the pic but closes immediately after I press on the pic taken. Also app was last updated 4 years ago from someone in China. Likely moved on and left everyone hanging

Crashes on playback
This is utterly useless. The other reviewers are correct about the wifi problem. When I finally manage to recod a video, the app crashes when I try to play it back.

Connected to camera’s WiFi signal, but app wouldn’t recognize it. Instructions are in broken English and aren’t helpful.
