The new format for mobile banking is tedious, very hard to navigate. Very seriously thinking of changing CU due to this headache!!
Constant issues
The app is not very good. I have to attempt to log in two times each time I open it. Not sure why the faceID lags and then it drops me into a blue screen. This is unacceptable for a banking app. I have updated the app then deleted and reinstalled. Same problem..
No Zelle?
I give this app 3 stars because we don’t have Zelle. There’s a level of convenience that’s missing without Zelle.

Revamped App sucks!
Ever since they did a complete makeover of their app it’s horrible. Not only cosmetically, but at the moment I’m getting an error when I try to pay my bills. They should do a downgrade and it would be an improvement. Please fix it!

Everything was fine, until you messed with it. Now nothing works right. You ever heard the phrase if it’s not broke don’t fix it. Leave stuff alone.

Very well designed and easy to use. Only question or problem I have is trying to edit payees. Customer service at Vibe is really good and available.
There was absolutely nothing wrong with the old app.
New update absolutely glitchy, slow and awful. Was nothing wrong with the old app. Worked 1000% better than this one.

Complete system failure - Can’t even access my own bank account
For the past SIX HOURS, I’ve been unable to deposit, withdraw, or even access my account due to a “system update”... I’m not even sure how long this will take because when I called the 24/7 hotline for more information, I sat on hold for 20 minutes just for them to tell me “we don’t know”….!? It’s not exactly comforting that my financial institution has no idea when I’ll be able to access my own money. The cherry on top is that I can’t even handle all of my responsibilities once the system is back online because y’all will freeze my account and force my card to decline if I make “too many” transactions in a day. Looks like it’s time to find a new bank.

Latest Update won’t allow mobile check deposits
While trying to take a photo, you will get a rotate camera error message. No matter how you rotate your phone it won’t work. I’m left out with no cash in my checking account and paycheck that I can’t deposit while I’m on the road.

I’ve been with his credit union since I was 15 years old. I am now 51. I’m very thankful to have the vibe credit app and all the options that it has.

It’s been a painful experience, looking forward to being with a new bank.
