I can't log in and why do we need a membership to finish a manga series?
Every time i try to make my account it says Invalid date of birth and I'm trying again and again but it won't accept may 28 200 and it's really irritating and why do we need a member ship like i know your trying to make money but i just wanna finish MHA or JJk or something like that without a membership like i have a good idea to fix this problem. Amazing app
Totally amazing, I love manga and this app worked great, for those who want to know about it before downloading, it gives you the first three chapters free for and manga and if the manga is still being continued, but if you wanna pay 4$ a month you get FULL ACCESS to everything, it’s amazing.
Impossible to cancel subscription
Can’t cancel subscription via setting/app store. Can’t cancel it on the vis website as well

Price + restricted content
Some mangas are listed on Shonen Jump app but are web only when you go to access. Price is too high and doesn’t compete with market. The only way a product can compete when presenting a digital product like shows, games and manga is to be more convenient and user friendly then piracy. Simply make the product better to regain market share.
Not a good as it could be.
Hard to navigate. You get used to it, but the UI is unintuitive. Come for the large collection and official translations, nothing more👍
The best to ever do it…
I depend on this app to bring me all my manga the day it releases with no delays and a low cost. Amazing how my subscription that costs the least monthly is the one that has the greatest value to me.
Too pricey
I get that the app needs to earn money, but when i tried to read a manga (spyxfamily) it only let me read the first and last three chapters, otherwise i had to pay.

I can’t even subscribe to the app. When I try it asks for payment verification and then opens an account management tab that crashes. I’ve tried subscribing on every device I have and you can’t subscribe through the website for whatever reason. You’d think the one part that would work would be the part that gives them money

It’s refreshing the page too quick like when I get out or turn my phone of for like 2~3 mins it refreshing and I have to go to the right page again and all that make the refreshing a little longer if possible pls thank you

Excellent App
This is a great application for reading Shonen Jump titles. The subscription cost is fair for the incredible amount of manga you get access to. The app contains few glitches, and certainly none that hinder the performance. I have used it on my iPhone and iPad, and it has been consistent across both. Being able to download some manga temporarily is also a helpful feature. Even in times when I haven’t had good internet, given enough time, the app will load. All around, I use it every week, and it has been great. 5 Stars! PLEASE READ KAGURABACHI, IT’S GOOD FOR YA!

Offline Mode
Best way to read manga. An offline mode when not connected to toggle, so that we may read our downloaded chapters without the app hanging when loading would be nice.
Functionality/ Accessibility
This app has probably the worst functions, accessibility and app design ive seen in a mnaga app. Why is there no chapter select, letting you select ch X - ch Y. For example, if you wanted to download chapter 50 -150 all at once instead of downloading each chapter individually, why has this not been added. Especially for an app that has only shounen manga, which are some of the longest running manga, why is that not an option, why is there no way to sort manga by genre, or ongoing v completed, or by anything else apart from alphabetical order, why is there no “continue reading” button placed at the top of every manga page where you can quickly continue reading a manga from the chapter you last read? Why does this app not let you go back to the previous chapter once youve started reading a chapter? Instead you get the “whoops, youre reading in the wrong direction” prompt. I understand that and surely everyone that downloads a manga app on there phone would understand that and if they didnt, there is already a prompt on the bottom of the screen that advises that you need to read right to left aswell. Why can you not edit the way you’d like manga chapters to be displayed? Why is there not an option to read pages vertically or to change which direction you would like to read chapters from within the chapter? Like if I wanted manga pages to be displayed from left to right, why cant I just do that? This is probably the worst manga app but its the only official manga apps. I love supporting official releases but goddamn this app is bad. Every single pirated manga app or website have most of these options and it helps so much. This app, that im paying for has none of these. I’ve submitted feedback before but i see that submitting feedback is probably useless. Please developers, reading manga and supporting official releases is something I love to do but please update this app.

Why is there a limit to how much you can read? Like if you want people to buy your physical books then either make this free and reduce the limit to like 20 chapters a day or remove the limit because most people would still buy physical copy’s anyway.

100 chapters a day
I’m not a fan of only being able to read 100 chapters a day even though i’ve used money and subscribed. Some manga also have a paywall so you’re not able to read them although you’re a member. If they changed the 100 chapters a day to unlimited chapters i’d be happy with the app, even if they raised the subscription price, but overall i’m disappointed.

Good but serious drawbacks
The app does what it's meant to do. Gives you a legal way to read the app (which is why I pay for it). But it performs poorly. Quite often lags when trying to flick through pages has a 100 chapter per day limit. And has the lame-ass censorship. Overall, it does it's job. If you want to support the manga-ka digitally, this is your best app. But it's a pretty poorly maintained app. Plus the censorship is a big drawback.
