What people like
- High quality artwork and great stories
- Lots of exclusive comics to read
- Free points available through daily check-ins
What they complain about
- Reads get locked even after paying
- App crashes or shuts down mid-read
- Ads interrupt you constantly and crash
Who made me a princess
The best.
Don’t like it at all
The reason why is cause I can’t even read cause I have to pay and I hate it cause I trying to read he might bite but I can’t cause u have to pay for this like why can’t we read for peace at least make it like INKR comics or like WEBTOON
This is good
I really like this app it’s good I enjoy the comics but it is a bit expensive but still very good
Читать на русском нельзя
Нельзя читать на русском , я английский не понимаю , а остальные языки уж подавно
Coins :(
Although I love this app I do think the coins are a bit much but other than that this app is great..!
Exciting Variety
User for about 5 years now. Membership is part of my budget and lifestyle.
Was Great Before
The latest update has made it so the ads crash constantly due to chatbot bloatware. I don't want your stupid chatbot no matter how you dress it up because I'm not a loser. The conic selection is still good, but it doesn't matter anymore because the ads constantly crash and din't give me points.
Cool
I love the stories and can tolerate the daily chapters; however, it’s hard to earn coins when I download apps that don’t connect to the reward center. It’s really frustrating. Overall, not bad!
Free Points! But Bad Customer Service
Edit: While it’s great that they have ads for free points, they’re terrible at fixing mistakes in comics. Lezhin and Tapas respond within 2 days and fix within 1 week. Tappytoon will ignore reports of obvious mistakes for months or years. There’s really no reason why fixing mistakes in web content should be like pulling teeth. Just go to Photoshop, fix a typo, export a new image and upload. It’s not like you have to print a physical copy. I use Tappytoon less now because this annoys me so much. Sure, it’s harder to get free points on Lezhin and Tapas, but at least they bother to fix OBVIOUS mistakes. Original review: I love that I can watch ads to get free points so I can support creators. 👍
Heavy Paywall
I love the comics on here. However, I have completed many of their “free points” offers and they always come up with errors and customer support refuses to help me. I am a tappytoon member but the monthly points usually only cover 11-12 episodes! And so I am constantly refilling my points which is expensive.
Honey bear
No notes, so funny and heartwarming
Pay to read
Not good- expensive This is a pay to read platform. I looked at dozens of titles and each required u to pay to move past a certain amount of episodes. Like 3 are free. Do NOT use this platform. There are some that have actually free stories
OMG I LOVEEE THIS APP!!!
This is perfect for me since I love Yaoi/BL!
Not able to download
This app is ok but I am not able to download the chapters I purchase. Such a waist. Not up there with Tapas and WEBTOON
Ads
Seems like every other week a new ad comes along and breaks the app.
Lying Puppies Get Eaten
This book is amazing! The only thing that makes me happy on Tuesdays, plus cute artwork! The story between ryu and rio is adorable.
SCAM
THIS APP CHARGED ME EXTRA MONEY AND IS NOT LETTING ME DOWNLOAD OR UPDATE ANY OF MY APPS BECAUSE I “OWE MONEY”
Lying Puppies get bitten
I loved it I like the story and I really want a second part
Déçue, ça ne vaut pas le coup
La plupart des séries deviennent payants au bout du troisième ou quatrième épisode. Si vous recherchez des manhwas, l’appli WEBTOON est meilleure
Kid101’s review
I love all the comics but I don’t like how you have to pay these points to read the rest of the chapters.
Very good, but i don't know how to get points
I love all the stories on here, would be 5 stars if it was easier to get points
terrible
when the developers respond to these comments, it’s not genuine. You can only read one or three pages, then you have to buy stuff. 300 points for one page is way too much, it’s like they don’t want people to even use their app.
It’s cool
Wish there was like log in to get free coins
Overpriced
Having to spend roughly $80+ to read 1 Novel is pretty frustrating imo
Idk
sorry tappytoon plz bring back the old version plzz
:)
Tufff
Unusable
Even though the comics are paid, the app is always showing advertisements for other comics and you can’t close the advertisement or do anything. The app is stuck in the advertising and you can’t do anything.
Tappytoon
It’s a amazing app and there is many incredible comics on here but why I gave it a 4 star rating is because it’s uses a lot of points to read only one comic and that takes a lot of money to get points so that’s why, but overall I love this app!
Review
I like using Tappytoon but watching 90+ ads a day is so boring and the story is kind of short so it takes about 14 minutes to watch 30 ads and that’s a bit boring and taking surveys are boring ASWELL because sometimes they give 8 points and that’s not enough to get 300
Coins
I do like it it’s just that we need to pay money to continue I story almost every time besides the first episode.
The Tyrant’s only Perfumer
Literally the sweetest and cutest and most amazing manhwa ever Ariel Winston is such a bean ❤️❤️❤️
Not getting the whole story
It’s nice that you have these amazing stories. But the one I wanted is censored. I want the uncensored. Example: the Broken Ring: This Marriage Will Fail Anyways; there are adult content. The one Tappytoon has is censored and cut. The whole point of reading mangas and manhwas are the uncensored great stories. This is not for kids. Please give us the uncensored stories.
It's a good app! But mostly the same artstyle for EVERYTHING
I personally enjoy this app with it's variety of stories, but it the style gets to a point-yn? I would like to see some more unique artstyles but I have other reading apps so it's ok!!
Pay to read
Most comics are stuck behind a paywall, the rest are stuck in a daily pass and only a few are able to be read at your leisure. Only reason I still use this platform is because there’s some exclusive comics I can’t find anywhere. Use Webtoon or Tapas for more accessible content and consistency
Please add a comment section.
I think you should add a comment section, it’ll harbour this app more warmer as everytime I scroll to the bottom, I find nothing. No idea how my community enjoys it, I am a social creature on the internet and am bound to look for interaction, however I feel safe going anywhere else to discuss novels/ comics as things can turn ugly very very fast. So please, add A COMMENT SECTION!
This actually a good game
I do like this game and I love how it works tho I will say I would love a comment section like in webtoon as I really wish I could share ideas with other who’ve read the same things as me.
Scam
Tried downloading to see if I could find things that aren’t on webtoon, immediately billed me for who knows what before app was even fully installed, I deleted it right away lest it happen again. Definitely do not recommend
Good selection and price friendly
They have a good selection of series and if you remember to check in daily, you can accumulate points to get a chapter decently quick, in addition the free ads can help as well. Sometimes free tickets are given out so you get to discover new series
Glitch
Scrolling down chapters is sooo glitchy You lowered the amount of times you get but kept the price the same 🙄
Broke
I don’t got money and EVERYTHING on there is x amount of money for ONE CHAPTER. I’d recommend becoming a pirate much more financially safe Im joking kinda
Great comics and artwork
I don’t remember how long ago I’ve downloaded Tappytoons but I appreciate that they’ve never asked me to review their app. That pop up is annoying. I would probably say I’ve downloaded this app maybe 3/4 years ago. The artwork is amazing and the comics are original. I love that they even got some comics from SPOTTOON when they stopped continuing stories. I love when they have token events because then I don’t really neeed to pay for comics sometimes. Wow that was so long ago. Love tappy Hate when people ask for free comics. You’re paying for people’s work. Shut up guys.
Why it is garbage
It is a garbage app for me I keep getting logged out and now I have tried every email that I have and also that family have and guess what don’t have my points and what makes me even more mad is I lost my library all because this app decides to log you out so no don’t get this
Coins
SO PEAK Tho I do wish paying with coins was optional like webtoon. But other than that really good!!!
Great to read, if the app worked
I don’t have issues with the content or the price (there are comics where 1 can be read every 24 hrs for free which is great.) HOWEVER, I can’t read them because the app keeps going white or shutting down mid read, despite updating both my app and ipad. It’s incredibly frustrating.
My opinion!
I think its amazing but instead of 400 it should only cost 200 because it makes it much more difficult to read them! Also in my opinion I think most of them should be free! But up to you!
Peak
Tappytoon is genuinely AMAZING it's bad we have to pay for coins but over all I love it, it's genuinely so good and totally worth the money, tappytoon has some really great manhwa and probably the best I've ever read
MY MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION IS NOT WORKING
I purchased a monthly subscription and when I tried to do my readings, the chapters were still locked. What going on! Can this get fixed please? I feel like I wasted money and I’m not even getting what I payed for. If not, I’d like a refund. Thanks
Soo good
It is so good other than having to wait like a day for a new episode
Y do I have to buy them
I was excited to get tappytoon so I could read cute comics but u have to pay with tokens to read some of the episodes like y if u just want money maybe just don’t do that now I can’t use tappy toon. So yeah sorry tappy toon webtoon is better
Ok app to use
Its ok. The only reason i downloaded it was for Solo Leveling. But it costs 300pts. To read 1 chapter. And their prices are high to buy points. I would of given it a 2* but SL was on there and had to give it a better rating. Just go to webtoons. Better pricing/deals and their chapters are 3-7 coins.
