とても使い勝手はいいが、もう3日間もアプリが開かない。アンインストールしたがそれでも開かない。改善お願いします。

アプリの立ち上げはできるのですが、その後、マイクで話しても文字を入力しても翻訳はされません。キャンセルと言うボタンが真ん中に出てロード中のマークがその横に出てる状態がずっと続きさらに待っていると『サービスが一時的に利用できません』といった内容のメッセージが出て元の画面に戻ってしまいます。全く使えません。改善お願いします。

Best Japanese translator I’ve used - what a Godsend!
I live in Japan and cannot speak, read, or write Japanese yet. I am able to survive here using this translator. It recognizes when a Japanese word is a city, prefecture, or train station and does not try to translate that with a ridiculous English word. I have been to many ward offices and the Japanese staff there use this app too, when dealing with foreigners.

The screen is divided into input results, translation results and meaning of translation results. I frequently would like to be able to display 3 languages, e.g. Arabic, Chinese and English. Support of this use case would be very helpful.

二、三日使っていてめっちゃ感動したのですが、数日間インバウンドのお客様がいらっしゃらなくて開かないでいました。そして久々に開こうと思ったら何故か開けません。 凄く重くなってて、スムーズのカケラもありません。最終的には「サーバーと接続できません」と表示され時間を置いても開けません。 アプリゲームはあまりしないので、携帯の容量も余ってます。 何が原因なのかわかりません。

とても使いやすくて大活躍していたのに、、、最近，ローディングのまま固まって使えない事が増えた。改善をよろしくお願いします。今後も使い続けたいアプリなので何卒よろしくお願いします。
Best translation app!
Excellent app bridging the communications gap between cultures. I’ve used this app many times to ask questions, get directions or to learn how to say specific phrases. I’ve tried this, google translate, iTranslate, and All Language Translater, found this to be the most useful app! You require a data connection in order to utilize the app, but it’s free, accurate and easy to use!
何もできなくなった
アプリを落としてからしばらくの間使用していました。 しかし、ある日から突然、最初の緑色の画面から動かなくなりました。loading…という表記があるのでしばらく待ったりしましたが、何分経とうが最初の画面から進むことなく、そしてトラブルを伝えようにも画面が動かないのでヘルプも何も選択出来ず。 使い勝手が良かったので復活させたいのですが、何とかなりませんか？
言語追加と音声対応の拡充の希望
VoiceTra（ボイストラ）を日常的に利用していますが、UIがシンプルで動作も安定しており、実用を強く意識して設計されている翻訳アプリだと感じています。 特に、翻訳結果を再翻訳できる機能は、翻訳精度の確認や文脈のズレを自分で検証できる点が非常に優れており、他の翻訳アプリにはあまり見られない、実務・学習の両方に有効な機能だと思います。 実際に複数言語を切り替えながら使用する中で、今後の拡張として以下の言語が追加されると、対応範囲がさらに広がり、利用価値が一段と高まると感じました。 ベンガル語、ペルシャ語、ヘブライ語、フィンランド語、スウェーデン語、ノルウェー語、ギリシャ語、スワヒリ語 また、現在は音声機能が一部言語に限定されているようですが、 全対応言語で音声出力が可能になると、翻訳結果の自然さ確認や実際の会話利用において、より完成度の高い体験になると感じています。 加えて、音声再生を途中で停止できる制御があると、利用環境（公共の場・学習中など）に応じた柔軟な運用ができ、UX向上につながると思います。 さらに、**写真翻訳（画像・カメラ入力からの文字認識と翻訳）**が追加されれば、 看板・書類・印刷物など「テキスト入力が難しい場面」でも即座に活用でき、 VoiceTraの実用性が大きく広がるのではないでしょうか。 追記として、 国・言語一覧について、あいうえお順（アルファベット順）での並び替えが可能になると、 対応言語数が増えた際にも目的の言語を素早く選択でき、操作効率がさらに向上すると感じました。 翻訳精度だけでなく、実利用を強く意識した改善が続けられている点に感謝しています。 今後のアップデートも楽しみにしています。

希望可以調整語速
大致上好用，但希望可以增加調整語速的功能，不然有時候句子太長，一整段話唸完來不及消化…
突然使えなくなった、残念
2026年 7月30日ごろから Loading 状態→サーバーと接続できませんと表示されて、使えなくなりました。重宝していたのに残念です。ちなみに iOS18.7.7 です。

使いやすい
様々な言語に訳してくれるので、補助的に使ったりできるし、文字起こししてくれるのも助かります。 全てが完璧には無理でも、短く言葉を発して文を構成すれば大体伝わります
とても良いアプリですが
とても良いアプリですが、 どの翻訳アプリも同じだと思うのですが、 大切な時に、相手を怒らせるキツイ言葉に 訳します。もう少し、優しい言葉に訳してほしいです。ちなみに日本語からベトナム語翻訳です
改良の余地あり
読み上げのスピードが早すぎるので、スピード調整をできると尚良いと思います。

無料で使えて便利のですが、間違った翻訳もあり。 単純に使うと間違った言葉を覚えてしまう。 （メインは韓国語で使っています）

Never found the network, never worked
I was in my normal wifi spot, every other app was happy. This one kept saying no network connection and never let me enter a single phrase.

Very few availability
I installed the app in English version I guess. I am in the US. Then there are very few availability. I wish I can use this with more languages. Especially I am surprised that I don't have an option for Spanish and also no audio for French.
