Simple app that does what it say. Happy to recommended
Invoices
After you make the invoice is not sending with the app. So I need to screenshot the. Use another program to make it a pdf again and then it is sent. Was ok. Now the bugs are make it not pk for the money
Small business novice
The setup template was very useful. It was foolproof. Navigation isn't too bad. The tricky part was figuring out how to add items to the invoice. My first two drafts came out blank 🤦🏾♀️
Not happy
It won’t send via emails, and I can’t ask for help or get shown how to sort this
Good app
Been using it for few years now. Working good. Problem on new appel software is when sending invoice the email adres does not appear automatically in the sending space. You have to search through your contact list firs. With the old software the email automatically appears as you have saved it om the client info and no need to search first
Mr
Very easy and quick, great
Contact Phone Number .
For some reason the Description List On The Invoice has gone black & I can’t see what I’m writing it’s very frustrating & I can’t find a contact number for your company ?
Easy to use
Easy Invoice and Easy Books are both very easy to use. I have been using them for the last few years. I am visually impaired and use a screen reader. There are some issues with the app which I don’t like, but that’s an Apple thing. Would like to see more screen reader accessibility integrated. But overall, an amazing app, very simple, powerful, and easy to use!
Terrible
Not easy at all.
Invoicing
Difficult understanding
simply the best
Tried 2 other invoice apps and they were either confusing or full of popups. This is much more straightforward. Add items, totals, generate PDF, send. That’s it.
Poor
Not sending to emails
Does what it says
Easy Invoice is easy. Simple to use and navigate and has been great for my small business
Used to work
I have been using this app for two years and at first it was doing a good job,I don’t know what happened but I started to notice glitches or errors on my invoices (showing balances on invoices marked as paid) that kind of stuff makes me feel like I can’t trust this app anymore
gud but costly
bt too costly as compare to others
Great uncomplicated app
I would like to say the app is easy to use and is user friendly
Slung out
Just logged out of my account all my invoices are in the app.. I pay monthly for the app cannot reset the password a it won’t send my emails… Emailed supper no reply
Very handy and simplistic
Love the app. Very good for common invoicing, and caters for almost every aspect you require for capturing invoices. Just wish the had a auto email function - would then bump to 5 stars
Needs an update for reverse charge vat
I have been using this for a few years and it’s been good up until now, but it needs an update to allow for reverse charge vat
Sends to clients junk
Most of the time it sends to my clients junk emails. Can't get it to stop. Other than that works pretty good for an app
Easy to use
Such a good tool to create abd track invoices on the go.
Really bad after paying for it!
The frustration of having to edit an invoice and for the app not to save is way beyond! I decided to purchase and use it for my business but unfortunately it never saves anything.
Invoices
Can you guys change the Sales Invoice to Tax Invoice for South Africa or have the option for us to do so Regards
It won’t recognize my new purchase and so won’t let me add invoices.
Very frustrating not being able to contact support.
I can't deactivate an account
I can't deactivate an account. It keeps crashing when I try
Subscription not registered
I’ve paid for a 6 month plan and a 1 month plan, which didn’t register and is still asking me to pay for a subscription. Not sure what has happened. All resolved now - customer support was very helpful. Manually let me on the app to do my invoices whilst figuring out what the issue was with payment. (Which was very helpful). Will be recommending the app to all my self employed pals!
Disappointed customer
I’ve been using the app for a few years now and ever since going subscription based, it’s caused nothing but trouble. Doesn’t function properly, can’t stop it from constantly syncing, can’t talk to anyone to help fix it, online email help is useless and doesn’t make sense. Avoid sadly
Some issues
It does not recognize my email Address
Great app, bad subscription service
Trying to renew my 6 month Easy Invoice plan, but it has been a headache for over an hour.. i cannot find it on the website or within the app. My subscription expires tomorrow. It continues to try to lead me into Easy Books, which is unnecessary and more expensive.
Really useful app for startup!!!
This is a perfect app for a startup. I am launching a startup shortly and this app would be ideal to generate invoices. I would have rated 5 star but I found I glitch in the app. When I mail the invoice it did not delivered to the mail box yet. I am not sure what sort of push/pull algorithm used in this app for sending email. If it gets fixed then no doubt in giving 5 star. Rest all features are too good in my first pass at this app. I would use it more often and will come back with any suggestions/Addon. Kudos to the team! Well done.

Poor
Cannot find a way to cancel it absolute nightmare!!! avoid at all cost
Issue
When typing with the phone in portrait mode all is fine. As soon as you move it to landscape, all work is lost. Not impressed.
Not great!!
Not even enough just to do invoices without having to pay fees for a subscription.
Nice App but not suitable for Australian Taxation office
This is a great invoice application. I like it so much and would be a great replacement for my current invoice books. However in Australia the Taxation department requires that all invoicing to state 'Tax Invoice'. This I could not change on the very nicely set out 'Sales Invoice'. So Mathew Waters if you are listening, please, please, please give us Aussies a field to select change from 'Sales Invoice' to 'Tax Invoice'. Then we could legally use this very brilliant application, which in my opinion, blow the the other apps out of the market. 5 stars if I could use the app in Australia :( Richard.
Invoices
Love this app makes my weekly admin a breeze.
Failed to transfer data on phone upgrade. No support!
I upgraded my phone recently. All other apps transferred to the new phone without issue. EasyInvoice has been impossible to transfer. No previous data can be found. I have a paid the paid version. Two support tickets raised without a response!
Upgrade
I’m trying to upgrade to the Steel version I need help
Not so easy if you’re not current subscriber
Easy invoice is obviously user friendly with simple but effective layouts etc. They get you for your $$ once you reach a certain quota of invoices and make you upgrade your subscription. Make sure you back up your invoices because once your subscription finishes, they won’t offer any support unless you pay again. I needed last years tax invoices and backed them up to email so didn’t have to pay again. Honestly I changed to Wave and it’s free and TONS better than easy invoice!
Plain and simple
Love the app but would like a discount option
Excellent/Efficient/Perfect
I’ve been using Easy Invoice for 8 years now, it has never let me down. It does all that I need and much more. So easy to set up, swift to send an invoice and manage payments and my books. To top it off, Mark and his team of customer support staff are extremely efficient and will go the extra mile to resolve your question and in some cases implement features suggested by us the customers. Will continue with my annual subscriptions and will always recommend them to anyone needing a simple answer to an on the go invoice system.
Terrible
Kept glitching. I couldn’t event click on the create button because it was glitching so much. Must have a bug. Deleted after 5 mins.
Easy invoice review
One of the best apps i have downloaded.
Query !!
Is this demo version?
Awesome app
Very good app. Only one crash when accessing photos for logo and signature. Also please add functionality to crop images for logo and singnature
great invoicing app
just found this and tried it for my business. worked great
Failed to Login
After imputing your details, which is what they are after, it gives you an error message saying Failed to Login after getting and clicking the confirm button in the email. Success! Fake You successfully activated your account.
Great app
Not easy to get use to at first but once you find your way around it, it's a great app
This is not a standalone program; nor should it be
You When used as part of such a compartmentalized accounting program to limit fraud and liability issues, EasyInvoice on iOS certainly functions well. Unfortunately, the price point for data synchronization is too high. Many accounting programs include iOS and/or web app functionality out of the box with no extra charges tacked on to sync data. Data backup? Managed data backup routines should already be in place, running in the background, and tested monthly/quarterly to ensure data integrity.

Best ...thanks
