Great app!
Fairly easy to use. Used to use quickbooks but got tired of always paying and all of the updates. This doesn’t have as many features but for my side biz it’s perfect. Also great response time from developer if you have any questions which is nice. Maybe add a help section for common questions? Great app! Keep up the good work. Thank you.

I’ve used this for a few years now. It’s progressively getting worse. Still can’t upload images without it shrinking them onto the page. Biggest issue is freezing. Can’t get through an invoice without it locking up. Junk!!!!!

Great app not perfect though.
This app is great but I wouldn't mind the ability to list items by cost etc. Also you can mark something as paid them it disappears. So you mark it as paid again them later it's paid twice.

This is just what I’ve been looking for for my spare time mechanical work. I had lost my old invoice app due to iOS upgrade and anything else decent had a subscription fee of which I couldn’t justify the expense for me. This app allows enough flexibility within its parameters to customize my invoice mostly the way I want. Overall I’m quite happy with it and my main suggestions would be a smaller or customizable font size so I can fit more lines of information so it can be more compact and doesn’t regularly spill over onto 2 pages. Also emailing invoice options aren’t reliable and I often loose the send option if I try to send it through the iOS option.

Hello team I’ve been using your app for few years now lately I’m having issues that when I print invoices each invoice takes two pages because beginning of the invoices leaves a lot of empty space on top , I don’t know how to explain this but I want the entire invoice to fit on one page including payment details which it did up to now for many years. But now it takes two pages for same invoices hope you understand me and fix the issue. If that’s not fixed soon enough I’m afraid I’ll have to look for alternatives.
Great app- few small glitches.
Great app except when I switch to another screen (to get info to fill in details) it logs me out every time. Face ID doesn't work either so I have to log in every time I leave the app to get info. It's really frustrating. Also, like another user has said, sometimes selecting "paid" doesn't sync and is marked unpaid when signing back in. Apart from that, it's a great little app.
Extract to Excel File
The app is very nice and easy to use. Bit there is no option to directly convert all your invoices/estimates etc. to excel file. This will use to simply monitor all your transactions even in laptop. Thank you.
Best invoice app for me!
Swift invoice app is great! I use it frequently to do my business trip invoices. I have been using the app for 2 years now. I simply plug in the information I need and the app creates a professional invoice in PDF format that I send out to my bosses!
Does not respond to emails or to bugs
Sometimes,(not always) when you mark invoices as paid, it does not sync with the server so next time you open the app, the invoice is categorised as unpaid. So when you send someone an account statement the amount is wrong and you end up looking foolish arguing with customers when they have paid. When you go back to that invoice, it will sync automatically again to be paid but the damage is already done. I have emailed them multiple times, first time they said they will fix, and after that nothing. I’m stuck on the app with my countless customer list and items list. So if you start fresh probably use another app

Quick and efficient BUT
Great way to quickly set up invoices, statements, and keep track of payments. This has made my business so much easier especially since going digital. Very pleased EXCEPT occasionally the app drops my client's names and I have to start over and re-input their info. This really needs to be addressed.

You can’t easily unsubscribe for the service once signed on! You have to contact support because instructions don’t appear on their website.

The App is easy and practical but sends invoices on a link only only and this makes it pretty useless and customer have problems opening them

It’s the perfect app if you are sole trader like myself. I have a few clients for my business and this app has made it so much easier to invoice at the end of the week. I would like to add in a small suggestion, if you could somehow link your bank to the invoice pro, so when you are received payment, swift will know also so then they can mark the invoice as fully paid.

Wont sync
Emailed four times and no reply lost 90% of my info and rely on this for my business. Upgraded system as they suggested and lost data. Dont want to leave bad review but losing moneu everyday. Hope to hear back quickly.
