Terrible app, I’ve tried verifying my identity several times now and it doesn’t work for abaolutely no reason. Customer support has also been extremely unhelpful. The apo really just seems like a joke

Péssima app! Não recomendo!!
Pior método de compra de bilhetes. Comprei dois, recebi em ambos confirmação e o recibo de pagamento, juntamente com o respetivo e-mail com os bilhetes e à entrada recusaram, porque “o bilhete não foi realmente comprado e o dinheiro foi devolvido”. Não faz qualquer sentido a app confirmar a compra e enviar os bilhetes se na realidade não foi o que ocorreu. Para além disso, a gerente da Lydia no recinto da Queima das Fitas de Coimbra para além de arrogante, foi bastante mal educada. Péssimo! Não recomendo!! 👎👎👎

Fiz um total de 3 tentativas para adicionar uma conta bancaria. Tentei adicionar 2 contas diferentes e todas foram recusadas. Em todas as tentativas a lydia retirou me 1 euro que segundo a app era devolvido ao fim de alguns dias. Nunca chegaram a devolver e perdi 3 euros!
