Simple and fast

Parking made easy with the app. Love that it times out if I move the car without stopping the parking session. Simple and easy to use and saves me trying to decipher the parking signs displayed plus deducts 1 hr free parking from the parking areas relevant. 5/5. 😍

Just be wary

Short review: Overall I think it’s easy enough to use, but make sure you read every pop-up and can see that your account says “basic” not “premium”. Easy Park is a much better app. Long review: I read all the negative reviews here and so was aware I might be unknowingly charged, but unfortunately I have to use the app for my university. The app is easy enough to use, but I pressed a link on the app to enable notifications, and in response it alerted me that ‘notifications were enabled and I was now on the premium version’. There was no warning beforehand that by enabling notifications I was signing up to premium, and no terms and conditions to agree to. In order to downgrade back to basic I had to sign in to the website, not the app. Would recommend trying other services before this one.

Hospital parking South Brisbane

App is so easy to use. I managed to find a street park outside the hospital (3hour parking). I forgot I had the App but quickly updated my CC details etc and entered parking details. Lucked in! $8.89 for 1 & 1/2 hours as compared to $25 each for previous two days!! Thank you 😊

Designed to be bad to make more $$$

I cannot excited how much I hate this app. It’s designed to catch you with extended parking fees. It crashes all the time leaving you unable to sign on to parking or unable to sign off and you get to pay extortionate amounts for parking all day. The Features to help you to remember to sign off a meter are all tracking features so you have to give up all your privacy to get basic parking features. I use other apps overseas and in other jurisdictions aus jurisdictions so I know it doesn’t have to be this terrible. Hate it a lot. As soon another parking app supports my parking area this one is getting deleted.

Doesn’t actually work

Adding a new payment method or plate errors with “internal server error” I’ve tried two different cards and it doesn’t work. Unfortunately parking was not easy today.

Horrible app

This company is awful , you cannot use the same card if it declines once and unless you have another card to spare you cannot get your account back . Most people do not have multiple cards and this company does not give a lot of room for leniency.

★★☆☆☆ United Kingdom · v6.5 · 25 Nov 2021

Good try but has basic design errors

The app does not accept a non-Australian bank or credit card (feeble) but does not say this- it just gives an error message without explaining what the problem is (very feeble). The fees are not clearly visible before starting the parking period. Most seriously, each pay point seems to have a separate number so you have to walk to the pay point to get the number to put into the app. You can’t just do it from your car using geolocation (fantastically feeble). Look at how other countries do it (eg RingGo) to see how a well-implemented parking app is done.

App works good

Although parking can be pricey, this app makes it very convenient and works excellent.

It’s a trap! A scam! Don’t use it

This app used deceptive sales tactics to allure users into unknowingly signing up for ‘premium’ services, where they then innocuously make small charges to your debit card over time. Brisbane city council has absolutely let down its constituents by going with such a shady provider. Beware.

Great App

Having find parking a pay is a chore for everyone but this app makes it really easy. Simple to setup and then it’s as easy as scanning the code on the parking meter and your space is booked. You get reminders about the time left and even if you move without telling the app. No need to find money as you get a monthly invoice. This app makes my life a bit easier.

Absolutely rubbish. Won’t log in. Slow. Clunky. Will not accept any payment cards. Sent me multiple password resets codes but would not accept them. Then locked me out.

Awful

I was signed up for premium with me doing it. There was no way in the app to return to a basic account. I rang the support number and complained and insisted they reverse the charge and change account to basic. They eventually did. I wanted to delete my credit card details but there is no way to do that in the app. I will ring them again and delete the whole account. Best I could do was delete all vehicle details from the app. This app is so scammy.
