Are you kidding me?! A mobile service provider is forcing customers to log into the app using some random email, instead of their Vodafone mobile number?!!! Unbelievable
Stopped working with iOS 11 update
The app just tries to load indefinitely.

Was a great app where I could see everything I needed but then now it take forever to load main page and when it does it’s all blanks and everything is just blank now

Login in Issue
I have three mobile numbers（my friends） linked under the same Vodafone account, and my number is the primary number. I tried to register and log in using my email address. However, when Vodafone asks for verification, the verification code is being sent to my friend’s mobile number instead of my primary number. I’m not sure why my friend’s number is being used for verification when I am the primary account holder. Could you please check this and update？

Third grade app
I have been getting invoices for last six months but app has never shown a single service linked under my account. They have got my ticket open for more than 4 months now. Couple of weeks back I got a call from random number asking for my personal details. Not sure if they care about privacy at all. The app should not be even available on App Store.

If I can give them 0 stars I would!!!! You want to login into your account the question “are you a robot?” comes up.. you choose the stupid images and it keeps going to infinity… thanks! Now I know-I am a robot 🙏🏻🤗
Need to see transaction history
The new update seems to have removed transaction history. I pay weekly via blah to stay on top off my bills. If your app doesn’t let me monitor my transaction history, there’s no way to know or monitor when payments towards my account have been processed.
Update Sep 2026 even worse
I didn’t think it would be possible to make this app any worse than it was but congratulations on beating my expectations. The only real use before, which I have 1.5 stars, was quick access to see how much data remained, if you could log in. Now even that is more challenging having to navigate tabs to try and find the most basic information. Over half of the home page is a huge welcome and trying to sell more products and services. “My Roaming” is also higher than the ability to see your phone and data usage. In what world would most people want to see the overseas roaming more often than usage? Absolutely dreadful. Down to 1 star.
Worst network in Australia. Spare your time and never buy this sim.
It doesn’t work almost anywhere. Whats the use of having this sim and network. Even i am having trouble posting this.

The app sucks the robot you call is annoying can’t understand what you say and if they put you to a human. well, let’s just say Mumbai’s English lessons have gone down hill
