Useless for expats
Have it installed but cannot get into my account because my phone is set to US. Yet another app created by bureaucratic German micromanagers. !! To recharge your CallYa without this stupid app (for Germany) go to https://www.vodafone.de, create an account or log in, click on user icon -> My Vodafone, scroll down to “Jetzt aufladen”, and do it through that form. Alternatively, one can add the contract to the account, but it requires some number that is in the PW locked PDF that was received at the beginning. But frankly, the easiest for Germany visitors is to go to a Kiosk/Späti that sells Al Yildiz cards, because they give a damn about your identification.

I cannot speak English with TOBİ and this is very bad. A solution must be found urgently. And when I'm outside Greece (within the EU) the App doesn't show how much internet data I have left.

Overall good app but service unavailability letting it down
Two days now my internet has been having frequent disconnections and then the app is having problems so I can’t even report it or log back in to the app due to service unavailability. Usually a good app easy to use, the top up amounts should be set smaller too.
So far it’s good
I was able to top up. It worked for me. I have an iPhone with United States settings.

Not friendly usability at all
When I load money and I have automated package renewal, if I don’t double check it, it will take money on phone calls and when I am back I need to add extra money ey. Like you need this tricky snicky ways to get money out of us. Unacceptable.

I downloaded the app to use with my German prepaid plan, but I can’t associate my account with my phone number via the app and the app language is only in Greek.

Η χειρότερη εφαρμογή σε κινητό και τηλεόραση. Δε θα μπω στη διαδικασία να γράψω λεπτομέρειες γιατί αν τις διαβάσει και κανείς, θα είναι το 10 χρονο που σχεδίασε την εφαρμογή.

Απλώς δεν θα μπορούσα να ζητήσω περισσότερα . Θα προτιμούσα όμως να έχω πρόσβαση στον λογαριασμό του σταθερού μου τηλεφώνου σε περίπτωση διακοπής του λόγω οφειλής λογαριασμού . Μόλις διακοπεί το σταθερό μου δεν φαίνεται πια στην εφαρμογή και δεν βοηθάει στην περίπτωση που θέλω να πληρώσω τον λογαριασμό μέσω του app

Scam operation
I purchased a Pay As You Go Plus plan. They never emailed me the username, which as it turns out is not my email address. When I tried “forgotten username” by providing my email address they never email me back. When tried online chats they require either a username or a phone number which I obviously don’t have. When I finally got connected to what’s supposed to be a human agent they ended the chat session immediately. Now I have to cancel my credit card so they won’t keep charging me, because I can’t log on to their website to un-subscribe.
