Very bad chat bot support, foreign credits cards one day working one they don’t, and the app doesn’t show the same offers to me and my family.

Purchased a data sim for the holidays worked well. Had it activated in store. Kids used it up. Top up was a tad confusing. Need to buy tokens in order to be able to activate a package,

Απαράδεκτο, πρώτη φορά το παθαίνω με αυτήν την εταιρία έβαλα 20 ευρώ κάρτα για να έχω δεδομένα για την ζώνη 2, και μου χρέωσαν 10 ευρώ σε μια μέρα για λίγα μηνύματα. Όταν πήρα να επικοινωνήσω ο πρώτος εκπρόσωπος έκλεισε την γραμμή και δεν με κάλεσε ξανά πίσω. Η δεύτερη εκπρόσωπος ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετική και μου είπε θα μου βάλει δώρο κάποια data για να μπορέσω να έχω χάρτη, αλλά τελικά δεν μπήκαν, θα κάνω το ταξίδι χωρίς χάρτη εξ αιτίας της εταιρίας. Εννοείται από την δεύτερη εκπρόσωπο δεν έχω παράπονο από την εξυπηρέτηση της, αλλά το πρόβλημα μου δεν λύθηκε.
Καλή εφαρμογή
Καλή εφαρμογή είναι αλλά αν δεν την χρησιμοποιείτε για πόλη καιρό θα θέλει σύνδεση λογαριασμού. Το λογισμικό είναι τέλειο και οι προσφορές για μαγαζιά με βοηθάνε πολύ

Very difficult to renew programs…
this is the worst app ever for someone from abroad that does not understand how things work. Chat room is worthless as well as having to call support and being asked to pay money? For service? Ridiculous. And then I paid 15 euro for a program that costs 13,50 and it told me I do not have enough money???? What??? No support whatsoever. Very disappointed overall 1 point

Why there is not English language???
An option to use the App another language would be great
Looks like a good app which has been ported into Greek, pity there are no options to change language.

I used whatsup for the first time. It is so easy to see your balance and customise a pack to individual requirements and needs. So simple and easy.
Switching to Vodafone
For years Cosmote has been promising to provide the app in English. Nothin just promises. Vodafone offers instructions now. Goodbye Cosmote
Good functionality, needs English option
Easy and clear access to key data (remaining minutes, SMS and data). Please add an option to switch to English text to help us tourists still learning Greek.

Ειλικρινά προτιμώ να πάω στο περίπτερο να πάρω κάρτα παρά να προσπαθώ δεκάδες φορές να ανανεώσω τον λογαριασμό μου από πιστωτική η χρεωστική. Απαράδεκτο bug.

No english version
Useless if you don’t read Greek. In this day and age it should not be beyond the developer skills to have other language options. Or even an embedded language translator software.

I’m confused by English feedback when the app is only in Greek. It’s not simple if you can’t read Greek and is meaning I lose credits. Perhaps that’s the idea. Me I’m ditching this for Vodafone as they have an English version. Oh and whist it says languages in English, I went to Cosmote and they confirmed it’s only Greek. Although I stand by to be corrected. Pay as you go in Greece is not an easy system and is t cheap so be warned.
Is there an option for English ?
Good app but hard to navigate, is the an English version to select as my greek is a bit rusty.

Για καποιο λογο τους τελευταιους 3 μηνες δεν με αφηνει να κανω ανανεωση απο την εφαρμογη. Πολυ σπαστικο!

Very difficult for non-Greek speaking customers to use.
Fairly good, English needed
The app will be fairly easy to use for the most part, it has a clear breakdown of categories and easy to use interface to add more to the category you want. Because “What’s Up” is the most favored choice by most travelers to Greece I am puzzled why there is no English support let alone support for any other language. It seriously harms the usability of the app; it’s absence is especially surprising considering the 1314 What’s Up hotline at least had an English phone tree

As a English speaker working in Greece its frustrating that there is no English option. Ok I’m in Greece but I can’t read Greek. Most foreign people in Greece can read English so English would be a help
Nightmare update
Totally wiped my account including data/minutes and cash credit that was in hold, wiped previous history showing top ups etc - 4.5 hours with Cosmote support to get it all back. Let's hope it's a one off rather than an introduction of a bug.
English Version Needed
2 Executive decisions have limited the app only to locals, possibly a strategic ploy? First issue is no English! Second issue is the SMS received from app is not compatible with Google translate. Third issue you need a Greek friend to help you navigate the app. The internet is global, this apps language is local 🙃 SMS from this app can’t be translated by Google. In a country where English is used more than Greek, this app has missed its target!

I had a difficult time a using this as a traveler who doesn’t speak Greek
A good app
No English options so not great for a traveller but i have enough Greek to get by. I’ve run into difficulty recharging credit through the app though, it won’t accept my visa cards or frequently won’t let me go through to the purchase screen, stating errors that don’t make any sense.
Language requirement
Please consider adding English language as many residents dont speak greek
English version needed
The apps works well, however English version is needed. Contacted couple of time their team in Facebook but so far no English version is available. Hope the developers will listen to the needs for the customers!

App works fine but it’s only in Greek language, all notifications come in Greek too so it’s almost not useful for tourists 🙄
Pointless
Apparently they have the best esim service in Greece but the app isn’t in English soooo I guess I’ll never know. Don’t bother downloading if you don’t know Greek!

Καλό μεν ΑΛΛΑ!
Μπορείτε κ καλύτερα, συγκεκριμένα push notifications όταν φτάνεις στα 10' 10μνματα κ 10μβ λίγη προσοχή στ κρασαρισματα που τρώει πολλές φορές και στ λεφτά που σ τρώει κάθε δεύτερη μέρα, μπορεί να είναι λίγα λεπτά τ ευρώ αλλά είναι χρήματα μας. Καλύτερα να μην υπήρχε παρά να υπάρχει κ να είναι έτσι η εφαρμογή. Λίγη προσοχή παραπάνω δεν βλάπτει. Αναμένουμε κανένα καλύτερο update.

English Version PLEASE!
Acknowledge that all users are not Greek! Also, crashing for an entire day at a time meaning I cannot topup onto one of your offers (8hr 1gb deal) and have to use my existing data up all day is not good at all!

Another year another empty promise
Year after year “whatsup” tells us all they are working on English language support and it never comes. Either they only have seasonal interns working on it or they honestly do not care. This is the slowest app development in history. And now with the biggest tourism boom the country has seen in a long time, they still do not support English as a bare minimum. The competitors offer English 🤷🏻♂️. Also on the website as well as on the app, there is no customer support. They miss manage data and double book your purchases and in the end you only get half of what you paid for. Simple automation stuff. Not to mention the 50text messages you continuously get, bombarding you with useless information and specials. Bravo OTE ta kataferete pali.

Αρκετά καλή και χρήσιμη εφαρμογή, που όμως κάνει ότι και το website. Αυτό που λείπει είναι push notifications όταν πλησιάζεις τα όρια στα δωρεάν MB/λεπτά/μηνύματα. Όταν προστεθεί αυτό η εφαρμογή θα είναι ότι πρέπει!
