Put the money on the development of the app and not in your pockets.
After last update can’t login anymore. The app needs significant improvements as most of the time produces errors instead of loading the content it supposed to. Every update makes it worse rather than better. Put the money on the development of the app and not in your pockets.
Doesn’t work for none Greeks
I am not able to upload my Greek driving licence or permanent residency without have a Greek ID card, which I cannot get as I’m not Greek.
Needs a lot of work
This app doesn’t work for what it is intended to serve. When trying to add a ticket as a foreigner you have no chance to verify your passport as the app never captures the image of it. The window is too small to fit a passport size. As a result you can’t go watch a game in Greece.
Surprisingly Well Executed App
Very happy to see such a user friendly app by the Greek Government
Q
As everything in this government… it just so happens that the app works “fine” cause its not for our convenience only… i think the apps reviews completely depicts )in a micrography) the Greek citizen’s review on the goverment.
Very useful app
It is very useful for everyday use.
Not sending SMS to foreign numbers
This is preposterous.
Doesn’t work half the time!
Very frustrating, but because most of the time the app doesn’t work!
Personal number
Gov.gr Wallet
Die beste App. Wir immer mehr erweitert

Good effort—keep going.
I do not understand the continuous criticism. Instead, I would like to commend the efforts to build this application. Expanding its functionality will improve the lives of many. Congratulations and please keep the work going. ✨
Not sending SMS/OTP to foreign numbers
Many Greeks nowadays live abroad and using their foreign SIM/Mobile number when visiting Greece, but still have a Greek ID and Greek Driving license that wasn't to use with the App. Even though first level of authentication with Taxisnet or Greek Bank account works fine, the 2nd level of authentication where App tries to send an OTP via SMS to the mobile number that it auto identifies from the phone fails when using a foreign mobile number e.g. one from starting +44. This means the App cannot be used. Unclear why. Also unclear why they don't even mention in the App we don't send to foreign numbers, you just get a screen OTP send to your foreign mobile number and nothing cones however many times you try it. So poor design of the App
Incredibly bad
Lots of bugs, crashes post authentication and does not work when it is actually needed (i.e. at the football gates)
After the last update logging in is impossible…
It would be great and I would’ve given it an extra star if the colors of the drivers license and the ID were pink and blue respectively when adding them to the iPhone wallet. In the app the colors are perfect and coincide with the various cards but in the Apple wallet they’re all blue, no good, please change and then you’ll be approaching five stars.
Easy to use
Does what it says ! Easy to use very straightforward. Nothing to complain about !! No need to carry those documents with me ! Well done !!!
2FA won’t send SMS
Something is broken and the 2FA doesn’t send the SMS to my registered foreign mobile number it says it sends… ticket raised but have low hopes anyone is working on this… strange as 2FA works on all other government sites
Add more pls
Was good but now won’t open after latest iOS update
Excellent
I had my ID and Driving license in 2 minutes in my wallet. Simple and without issues. Great work
Not working
Crushed and doesn’t open after successful authentication
Doesn’t do its job…
Despite having a very easy to navigate setup, the app doesn’t allow me to enter my match ticket information as a foreign citizen despite having paid for tickets, it just tells me it’s “not yet ready for foreign ticketholders.” Added to this, neither the barcode scanner in the main menu or the barcode scan option in the non-Greek residents section even shows up. This app is very well set up, but does not do its job at all and I’m scared I won’t get in to my match because it doesn’t accept my ticket.
Won’t authenticate
The UX of the app is terrible. No way to select language (well not everyone with a Greek ID can read Greek) and doesn’t seem to support two factor authentication. The app won’t log me in (possibly due to geo restriction) but there’s no proper error message, just a generic “try again later” which of course will never work. It’s not the app we need but the app we deserve..
