Nice Addition for Music
I was pleasantly surprised to find this app and logged in with my Xfinity credentials. Ad-free listening and for no additional charge since it is included with my Xfinity cable. Also, they recently added the ability to skip songs! What a great additional feature.
You broke the app
Forced update. Can’t log in with my cable provider, Spectrum. Never had a problem before. App sees me by name but says, “Charter Spectrum is indicating you don’t have Music Choice. Signing in may fix the problem.” My only option is to “Reauthenticate”. When I do, I get my Spectrum login page—like most other apps for services that come with my Spectrum subscription—but it completely locks up and will not let me enter my credentials, let alone click on anything. You folks need to fix this, ASAP. iOS 18.7.8, iPhone 15P.
Almost there
Always loved music choice. Only thing missing from the app is the ability to send it to another device ie chromecast or Apple Play
Too bad
Tried logging in using my internet provider credentials but would never let me in. I have no intention of paying for the same service twice. And yes I did verify my login information.
No music video
I just logged in to the app and the music choice app has no more music videos what happened music choice????
Have great memories love the app
I remember my mom putting this on the tv growing up and we would clean and dance and sing together! I’m happy it’s on an app now! My mom and I both downloaded and listen while we’re at work.
Can’t sign in to TV provider
I’m sure it would be great, except I when I reach my TV provider’s (Cox) sign in page, it totally locks up. Im on an iPhone 13 running iOS 18.5.
Repeats a song again. Great UI design btw.
A song keeps repeating again and again at around 8pm, every single day. I also suggest to remove notifications of “Music Stops”, “Am I still listening?” because when I’m at work, I cannot use my cell phone while I’m working. I need my music to keep going without going thru my phone and getting the notifications.
Doesn’t work with CarPlay
App works perfectly normally. As soon as I plug in my phone to CarPlay, app stops working and all I see in the app is a spinning circle. Please fix this as the main reason I signed up for the trial was to try this app on my commute to/from work during the week.
Nice app but stop ads and Ad notifications
I shouldn’t be fumbling with ads that pop up that interfere with when I’m driving and they steal focus from getting to your music channel. Or popping up on my watch. It’s noise The app at least plays music ..with hassle to get it going ..but it does play.
Amazing Lean-Back Music Experience
I love the curation of all the many channels available on Music Choice. I can listen for hours on end without getting tired of the music or hearing the same thing. It gets annoying building playlists on Spotify or listening to the channels built by algorithm on Pandora. With Music Choice you can tell they have real programmers creating channels intended for longer listening. And the price cannot be beat!
Does not work
I have spectrum tv, yet I can no longer play MC on my phone. And no, I will not pay for what I already paid for.
Good App but has one bug
I can’t use my cable provider to log in. It freezes every time! Otherwise great app!
Music
for the last week or so, my songs are not completing they stop with like 10 or 12 seconds left. Then the next song starts a few seconds into the next song please advise.

Cable Account
Having trouble signing into app. Listening to music choice on my cable provider while I write this review. Signing in from home network to reauthorize my account. Signed in with credentials and in loop. How do I contact person to assist????
Far too touchy
I love Music choice and it’s music lineups for Christmas and Halloween but goodness is this app sensitive >~< ANY change in network, any at all, dropping a single bar, switching to WiFi, it flips out and cuts out and takes forever to work again.
Skips too much
Skip skip skip holy cow this app skips a lot. It repeats the same song and skips and you’re paying money for this app.
My go-to
This is my go-to for when I just want yo listen to music and don’t want to go through the trouble of searching for songs and making my own playlist. It’s really easy to find something for whatever I’m doing. I listen to a lot of the music I grew up with and I love hearing songs I haven’t heard in awhile.
Terrible
They created Music Choice+, only to discontinue it! Why? We should’ve brought this to smart tv years ago and you’re removing it?
Not easy
We have a cable subscription and I listen to Music Choice daily on my TV. The music app won’t work for me and it should! I called cable and they are stumped as to why it won’t work especially with a paid subscription where I’m entitled to have the music stream on my iPhone. Any help or suggestions would be nice. Very disappointed!

This shouldn’t be this hard. It’s not unreasonable to connect your cable provider account and then just start listening. You have to create a profile, then an account, and even then it doesn’t work. Too much frustration = 1 star.

★★★★★ I love the Music Choice app. My favorite channel is Today’s Country, and I usually have it playing in the background while I’m working around the house or making dinner. It’s become my go-to because I can just put it on without having to think about what to play next. Great mix of music and really easy to use.
Cancelation
I deleted the app because it didn’t have the first song I looked up and I bought I forget what trial or whatever it was but I’ve since deleted the app for going on four or so months now and the cancellation process is a pain and it won’t let me complete it and I’m still getting charged for a app I’ve used maybe a total of like 10 minutes

The music selection is outstanding, and what really sets it apart is that channels are thoughtfully hand-curated by music programmers rather than generated by algorithms. Who Wrote This App?
This may turn out to be one of the worst apps to ever exist. Nearly all selections seem to be weird one off recordings, instead of what you would normally expect. It’s also very odd how you have to navigate around.

Every time I have people over, I get compliments on my music selection! It's so easy to find the perfect music for any occasion without spending hours browsing songs or dealing with annoying ads. The subscription is an outstanding value… it's very affordable, and if you have cable, you can often get it included at no extra cost. Plus, you can use it anywhere, making it even more convenient. highly recommend it to anyone who loves great music without the hassle!
