What people like
- The new design looks great and smooth.
- Great for keeping up with live scores.
- Tournament schedules and news updates are fantastic.
What they complain about
- It takes forever to load.
- You cannot save favorite players.
- Signing in often fails or errors out.
- Full-screen ads are extremely annoying.
App doesn’t open
Since the last upgrade for iPhones this app displays a blank screen when it is launched
Cannot SignIn to App
When trying to see the golfers that I setup as Favorites, I need to signon. When I use my email/password, I get Error. No more detail.
After round scores
The app is very innovative. However, I think players’ round scores (not just their total score) should be left to see even after the round is completed. Thanks for the time and consideration!
LOOKIN FOR CLICKS
APP JUMPS AROUND WHEN IM TRYING TO LOOK AT SCORES. TERRIBLE ..
Missing Key Info
From a privacy standpoint, one shouldn’t have to sign-up to easily search for your favorite players. The app could be much better.
Finally
They FINALLY fixed the GD glitch with favorites. Better late than never.
Tiny text for scores!
Need a magnifying glass to read the leaderboard-and the hole scores if you’re using your phone…not sure why the dashboard is that way but even with my 20/20 vision, it’s a struggle!
Great redesign
I really like the new design of the app. The design ist very fluent and more in line with the PGA tour app. One missing star because „sign in with apple“ and „dark mode“ is not implemented yet.
Change for the sake of change
Previous app was far superior and then you change, but not for the better. No national flags on leaderboard now! More difficult to navigate and find information!
Slow
App takes far too long to load
A great app by DP World Tour!
I thoroughly enjoy using the app to stay up to date with scores around the world
Worst app I have
Buggy, takes forever to load. Easily the worst app i have on my phone. So bad I look up scores on other apps.
??
Why so slow?
Mr. B
Perhaps you can give the PGA a lesson the APP that I have on my iPad is terrible your APP and setup is excellent
Can’t choose favorites
Won’t let you Star your favorites, so I wish I could tap zero stars in rating this app
Ditto
It seems like a number of people are complaining about the same things… The app takes too long to open, and you can’t click on favorite players without it opening on your profile, and even when it opens a profile it won’t let you take a favorite player that’s already there out of the favorites queue.
Can’t sign in after app update. Again.
Seems to be a regular issue when the app updates. Can’t sign in via any of the options provided (either receive an error message or just get returned to the sign in screen). The utility of the app is significantly reduced when unable to favorite players. Good app when it works, but it breaks once or twice a year when they push an update.
Super good
Even though it takes long to load (it was trying to get things settled up) everything is unbelievably great!!!!! Keep on the good work!!!!!
Worst App I’ve experienced
Why is it that it takes up to one minute to load and you can’t sign in, search a players name as it won’t allow you to type.
Bitte Version ohne Werbung
👍
Jup
Terrible app
Doesn’t work, can’t save favorite players to follow. Useless
Werbung nervt
Mike
The app is awesome I like the ability to follow my favorite player and get news and updates! The scoring and tournament schedule is fantastic as well! Great job!!!
Truly terrible
This is an awful experience. Takes AGES to open, clunky, glitchy, empty screens a lot, slow… Old events, not easy to see anything. Bad and should not be allowed
Gutes Design - sign up schlecht
Gutes Design, ordentliche Statistik. Bitte dringend nachbessern!
Fantastic!
This app is truly what you need to have to keep up with the world of Golf. Find myself on it all the time.
I can’t get into the app it won’t open!!
I cant get into the app it won’t open!!! I had an update on my iPhone 13 and now nothing happens when I try to look at the DP World Tour Ap!!!!!
Advice: Look at Ladies European Tour App
The APP is needed for golf fans. Please fix APP to re-size for iPad. Take a look at the Ladies European Tour App. Much Better. The best Golf App of PGA-European-Masters-PGA Tour (you get the picture) is The OPEN App. Unbelievable Graphics and Excellent Content. Please Take a Look and help all Golf fans following the European Tour via mobile apps. Thank you.
The New App is really good
I am enjoying the new mobile app. The content and user experience is fantastic. It’s an app I check each day to keep up to date on the world of golf. Really good
Cannot register
The app generates an error every time I attempt to register as a user.
CORRECTION- Won’t install
Just tried to install the European Tour application and it won’t install. The application didn’t show completion but it actually did install!
Faves
The app does not allow you to save favorite players. Can this be fixed?
Horrible upgrade
Keep it simple - it will serve you well! It seems that the app designers told the Tour officials what features were available and the Tour officials decided to tick the box "all of the above". This is a classic situation when non-app users (management at the European Tour) let non-golfers (app programmers) design an app for golf fans. I suspect no golf fans were involved in the process.
