Been using for years
I have been using this to do program for many years. It works across all of my devices and it Is easy to use. The information is accurate. I would highly recommend.
Latest version is broken
I've not been able to login for days on any iPhone. Web works fine on macs. Web version on iPhone is unusable because of poor design. I've submitted tickets online for help without a response. If this keeps up much longer I'm going somewhere else.

Was good now unusable
This was a great app. Now it is completely unusable. Window constantly pops up trying to get me to upgrade. Won’t let me upgrade and window just keeps popping up. Can’t create a simple task now. Very frustrating.
Working again, but for how long?
(Update Jan 05, 2026) I received a response from the techno support via email saying they were working on this issue. I am pleased to report that as of today everything works very fine again. But I am only updating to three stars because it took two weeks to fix the problem and problems are happening again and again in this period: it is very frustrating not to be able to count on a reliable app, especially for a critical function, like a to-do list. I hope the situation is now more stable and I think the people that fixed this problem this time. I appreciate it very much for your hard work. (Update Dec 30, 2025) terrible period for synching: almost every week episodes of not working. Today again, right now I am stuck without access to my tasks (only web interface works but it’s terrible). Please fix this!! (Update Mar 08, 2021) the new screen split option for iPad is really cool: very well done. Thank you for implementing it! (Amended Sep 21): back to 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ your latest update fixes the note issue, so I am very happy again. Thank you for being responsive to problems and for sending new updates quickly to the App Store. A job well done 👍 ••• (Amended Sep 19): I am sorry to continue to bring up issues... I know you are working very hard. Now I see problems with adding notes to a task. When I type my note on the iPhone and hit “Done”and at least 50% of the time what I typed is lost. Excellent
Recent update messed up the app on iPad but fine on iPhone. Support responded within 24 hours and were right on it. Took a few more days to resolve but support contact several times to check it. Special thanks to Britta. That is also my sister’s middle name and my great great grandmother! All good.
Stay away from this app!
They keep updating and creating new issues. App is now unusable and they simply ignore every request for help. Too many great other to do apps to use this one- get one who cares about their users.
Todo Cloud
Loved this app but have now paid two separate monthly subs but system won’t recognise them. Contacted support twice but they have not replied. Reluctantly having to move on to another app
TaskFire
I have this product on 3 devices. PC, iPhone and iPad - none of which sync and are different on all devices. Pretty useless really.
Confused
The transition to to do cloud was awkward and sometimes difficult but it’s a great app. I’m using it on my Mac’s. It seems to have turned into task fire on my phone. Perhaps there was a to do fire?🔥 no explanation makes me a little unsettled. I guess it didn’t auto renew because it’s a different contract for a different company and a different app or a different owner. What’s going on here?
Customer support is back
I’ve been using this app since it first came out as a native iPhone app. I’ve tried most of the top rated organizational apps and found them too cumbersome to use. TaskFire’s intuitive and simple to use interface still makes it a great choice. The more recent reliability and customer support issues have improved with new personnel brought onboard (Britta L).
Worst app I have ever tried
Sync between devices seldom works. Deleted lists keep adding themselves back and multiple times. As soon as I can find an app that I can transfer my extensive list over too I am leaving this app

Not quite as good as it was...
I’ve been using this app for years. I find it invaluable, and wouldn’t be without it. However, since the recent update, there have been a few glitches. I keep getting asked to leave reviews, which is very annoying, and all the more so when I’m already paying for the privilege of using it! My check lists now have items that are randomly indented (to be fair, the developers say they are aware of this and will sort it out) and items that are partially or entirely crossed out in green when you are using the list. It’s very odd and quite irritating. It would also be great if there was a simpler way to put an item on two lists, rather than by the slightly clunky means of having to check the item, duplicate it, then assign that duplicate to another list. And now more glitches, which I have raised but have yet to receive an answer to. My app keeps showing tasks that are due for tomorrow as due today. PLEASE sort this out or I’m going to have to move to another app.
Great app, great customer service
I’ve used about every Todo app out there and this is the best. Also I messaged customer service with a small problem and they immediately helped me. I’ve been a loyal paid customer for years.

Great App, wish watch app was better
I love this to do list app. It really helps me organize what I need to do. My only real gripe is that nothing I mark as done on my Apple Watch does not update in the app on the phone or online. That can cause headaches l.
Terrible Support
I was a long time premium subscriber to this app. I always liked the functionality of the app but when the developer finally rolled out the Apple Watch update almost 2 years ago I was very disappointed. The Apple Watch didn’t display any notification of the number of tasks of any sort. It just displayed dashes. Also, there was no task detail showing on the main display of the To Do cloud complication on the Apple Watch. I opened a support ticket in January of 2023 only to have the ticket close automatically with no mention of an update or a fix. That happened too many times to count and I repeatedly had to follow up and ask for the ticket to be reopened. I finally gave up and cancelled my subscription. It’s unfortunate that as a long term user supporting this app that I my many attempts at addressing the issue fell on deaf ears.
Buggy
Syncing with my iOS devices is very useful, but I find the desktop software to be very buggy. In the middle of editing a task, for example, the app will suddenly attempt a sync and the task you're editing will be replaced by another unrelated task from your list.
Fantastic ToDo App - 13 year user
As stated in the title, I am a 13 year user of TaskFire, and I love it! As someone who is busy with young kids, a career, extracurriculars, household maintenance, car maintenance, etc., Task Fire is indispensable in staying on top of everything I have to do. I’d be lost without it. What’s more, their customer support is outstanding. I had a persistent syncing issue that was preventing me from adding tasks and syncing between devices. Britta from their customer support team was able to deftly resolve the issue. She was responsive throughout, and her instructions were detailed and clear. Highly recommended!
this company just disappeared years of my Todo (now Taskfire) tasks, no support
don’t expect support or continuity from Appigo. I used Todo for years and it recently dumped all of my tasks, turning into a new user sign up page, same for cloud back up. No in person support offered. My support request was acknowledged and ignored. Ditto my second try. I’m rebuilding with Apple Reminders and Notes, MUCH more trustworthy and totally meets my needs. Sayonara Todo.

Suspicious behavior turning off auto-renew
Not one to be a conspiracy type person, but when attempting to cancel a paid account's auto - renewal I experienced repeated errors and directions to call their support. This shouldn't happen. It should be as easy to cancel as is was to subscribe.
Disappointing Update
They may have worked hard on this latest update but the results are disappointing. I can add a photo to my account but it is not saved so what’s the point? The Home Screen greets me by name but I guess my name is “null” despite having a name on my account. Biggest issue is adding new Tasks. No longer can it be done on one screen in one go. Now we have to hit the big + button, add <some> details but if we want repeats or any other details, we have to save it then reopen to get to the screen we could get to right away before. I am all for progress but making changes just for the sake of making changes is not progress.
Worth Subscription
I have subscribed for years and regularly terminate subscriptions that I am not using. This one is critical to my daily life. A keeper!
A paid app, but no customer service

Likely going to find something else
I’ve used this app for many years but I’m just done with it. It’s extremely glitchy, constant sync errors. It’s so frustrating that when you add a task using the “+”, you can only add a description and due date, you have to save the task and then go back into it to add a time, this is extremely annoying. Also, for about a year now the app seems to easily complete tasks my mistake which has caused me to miss appointments, I don’t know if it’s doing that on its own or the app makes it too easy to tap complete by mistake, but I know it never used to be an issue for me. Bummer, I really used to like this app.
Dark theme?
This is a reasonably good to-do list app, although at times seems more complicated to navigate and require more steps to make changes than necessary. One thing it would really benefit from is a *dark theme* - is this on the roadmap, and if so when should we expect to see this? As it stands the interface is looking increasingly dated, and a dark theme would make this app more appealing to use (and also my continued subscription more likely - the free Microsoft To Do app is looking better and better!).
Finally To Do that has it all
Love the true black interface with the colors for the lists. I know that sounds petty in a way, but it means a lot to me to be able to enjoy what I'm doing especially keeping track of bills.. lol an oldie but goodie with every feature I need! Keep up the good work!
BEWARE - Good app gone bad
I have been a happy paying customer of this app since 2013. Several of my employees used a team account to share repeatable tasks. Within the past several months, we have had major problems with the service and customer support. For one, the entire service went offline and had to be restored. We were fearful that we had lost all of our tasks. The Android app can no longer be installed on newer Android devices. We can’t invite new users into our account. Basic features like marking off a task in the web app wouldn’t work. Messages to support are not answered or not helpful. I moved to another product and was unable to use the Delete Account feature in this app.
Latest update restricts functionality
I used to find this a very good app. However the functionality has become increasingly reduced as an encouragement to switch to the subscription version. Reluctantly I have paid the annual subscription to avoid disruption. The subscription version does, however, seem very good.
Problems with cross-platform sync
I reported this problem a year ago. It's true today and its a dealbreaking bug - are you paying any attention to this app at all? A Year Ago: I use the todo scheduler app both on my iPhone and on my iMac. I recently did a reset on one of them to make sure they each had the same data. But since then, changes on one platform are not being replicated on the other platform, even when I sync both and even when I quit both and restart. I'm going to have to restrict myself to making changes only in my iPhone while resetting the iMac version every day or two. Frustrating since I've been a user for many years. This problem is recent.

Well worth the money
I’ve been using electronic to do lists ever since the days of the Palm Pilot. As technology has changed over the years, I’ve had to move to other platforms and other to do applications. I discovered this application about five years ago, and with only some slight customizations it totally suits my needs. Plus the ability to sync between my iPhone and iPad and desktop computer really gives me some flexibility.
Major support and app issues
I am a long time user of this app. It has been one of my favorites. However in the last couple years the app has major issues and support has gone from great to nonexistent. It's very unfortunate but it's the current reality.

It was a great app, but...
As a long time user of the free version, I'm very frustrated that the things that used to be free are now part of the paid version...and the paid version isn't cheap! As a home user (not for business) I can't justify another monthly subscription. I miss being able to create repeating tasks in particular. So, I'll be moving to a new app that has a few more options...for free.
Good but needs work
Works well but have one major grumble. It’s so easy to unwittingly remove a due date from a task. For example; you have a list of tasks and/or projects, some have due dates and some don’t. You manually sort the un dated tasks into whatever order you want, that’s great but move a task with a due date by mistake and that due date will completely disappear or change to the due date of an adjacent task..so easily done! Please sort this so that if I manually rearrange a task with a due date by mistake it will spring back to its original position with due date intact or something that doesn’t remove or change the due date. Thank you
One small fault
I have used this for years and I’m a bit OCD, so it is very helpful in keeping me in task. I love it! However, the one thing that appears to have happened in an update, is you click on a task from the list to complete it, but it completes a task an item or two below the one you want to click. It’s as if the touch screen calibration is off. If I’m not paying attention, I won’t realise and that’s a little annoying if it’s not a reoccurring task. Fix that, and life is good! Thanks
Frustrated
The app has been freezing on me since the conversion to TaskFire. Cannot create any new tasks. It takes me to the “Get Premium” page and locks down. I have been an app user for the last 10+ yrs. Mind you, I am still paying a monthly fee. Emails responses have proven not to help. I’m done!
Great app but no watch app..
..and no indication that they will ever have one. They seem to be curating requests to have one.
Limited With A Subscription……
The app is severely limited without taking a subscription and doesn’t offer a single payment upgrade option so I’m uninstalling it and will use Microsoft ToDo.
Great app until now, horrible UI change recently
I am a long term user of your app and i love it. However, the recent UI rework is horrible! Nicely colour coded and extremely organized view was changed for ”cool” white nonsense with miniature icons and no color. Give us the option to revert to previous UI or at least dark version!

I’ve used this app for well over a decade. I like all the options for customization - helps to keep me organized and able to easily sort tasks. Whenever I’ve had an issue, customer service is efficient, helpful and professional. Issues are always solved! Thank you!
Won’t update even though I paid my money
I paid my $30, and the app is claiming I didn’t and won’t let me add any more tasks. It’s driving me crazy! Please let me back in!!
Great app with room for improvement
I’ve been a long term user - and I have in fact switched away from this app several times and came back to it again and again. It has a bit of tweaking to become the best, but I’m very happy with it! One thing that I would add which makes me sometimes go away from it, is that the apple reminders app, when you set a due time, it keeps that notification that the task is due/over due on your lock screen until you do something about it. this app only reminds you once, it doesn’t keep nagging you until you remember to do it! Perhaps if this is a possible upgrade, implement this as it’s really useful!
New Format Flawed
I have been a satisfied customer for a number of years but this latest version really is a problem. I have an iPhone 11 and when you enter what list the task is supposed to be saved under, a scroll down menu appears at the very top of the iPhone but it is mostly blocked out by the camera at the top of the phone. The bottom line is that it is actually impossible to change the list that the task goes into because you cannot scroll due to the camera at the top of the phone! How could this happen? It’s not like iPhones are unusual phones! Doesn’t anybody test the app before releasing it?
Good but one flaw stopped me
I prefer this over all the competition however it keeps for some unknown reason converting context to tags which ruins it for me as I like the distinction of the two, also can get out of sync with chrome. Final straw was a look at the HTML beta as this looked worse than the current solution
