Don’t waste your time
After years of playing on and off and recently on again, come back to find even worse owners, even worse development and almost total community loss…I mean this game used to be like a community, now it’s just trash I went from buying things to never wanting to buy a single thing.
Crates
I have 6 crates and one in tec lab , I have already spent 30 cc to try to correct. Through countless times of trying to fix through the web site, I get ridiculous answers and I still show 6 crates and 1 in tec lab that I will not created because they will try to charge me 30 cc. I am 76 years old and sick of being ripped off. Still no fix👊🏻
Crate Drop rate
You really need to more accurately calculate your drop rate. Last few events all the crates I used were all common. I rolled over 35 crates all commons before getting a rare that’s completely useless to me.
The World chat dysfunction
The game is fun in every single way. However I’m not able to access the world chat with my iPhone 12. Every time I try to enter it crashes and restarts the game. That’s my biggest gripe that I can’t chat worldwide because the developers haven’t found a way for us new iPhone users to be on world chat. They need to do a patch

Error Due to New Update
Clicked on the super token thing and it said to update the app so I can participate, as soon as I updated the app error messages have been popping up. Hope they fix it soon, because I usually check on my account multiple times a day and these error msgs are just irritating and make me want to give up on this game 😕keeps saying “request timed out”, “the network connection was lost”, and especially “sorry! unexpected end of input.” Also, I’ve just been playing this game and pressing buttons and trying to figure things out on my own, there’s a lot that’s not explained on how to actually play the game past a certain level
Best mobile game
Couldn’t be happier with this game. People get discouraged on crate rolls & some of the rewards. But all in all it’s a fun & fair game. Yes of course you have to pay to play. What game is not like that in 2026. They have to make their money…
Nothing is fixed in world chat
The game itself is decent, but everything has become a money grab for Devs. The biggest problem is world chat. There are constant spammers that are never dealt with. The conversation there is brutal. Real life death threats, bullying, doxxing etc. No matter how many times you notify developers they do absolutely nothing about it. There is an easy fix for them to stop receiving complaints. 1) Let people not in empires see the same screen as those in empires to communicate and join. 2) Shut down world chat and make it a codes only place to post codes for allies. Players can talk to their team in empire chat. They can send dm message to discuss joining. The game is slowing dying and it’s because of lack of response on Devs part. There is a clique of bullies in WC that drive players away.

Do not buy this game. Game server is overloaded resulting in the game timing out at the most critical times. Developers are unresponsive and have not fixed this or numerous other issues that have been brought up for years. They are only interested in microtransactions.

Harassing people ruin the game
Get players like Sassy and 1 shot off the game. They harassing teenagers and don’t stop. Update: I don’t get why you don’t permanently ban players that harass teenagers from the game. The lack of safety on your app is astounding.

Problem
Achievement popups during war can mean the difference of winning and losing, can you please do something about the popups during wars or at least while on the war screen
Boring game
I came over from crime city a game that kept you busy every day (upto 3 events running at a time) This game runs events every 3 weeks or so. Only 3 wars a day. Just not much to keep me entertained. Games really confusing at first as well.

Not bad but way too expensive
The game is decent and engaging. Many events happen to keep you interested. However, to be somewhat competitive you will need to spend a lot and the game is not cheap by any means. The odds of you spending and getting what you want is very low with the crate rolls as with everything else in the game.
Hitting down is an issue
Good game, I believe they should restrict the level that a player can hit down maybe do it as a percentage, anything less than 50% your level is too low to hit for example

I got only one game since 2010 I'm still can't believe that I'm hooked up that bad with this game but I can't control it's beyond my control that kind of addictive is this game is so be careful if you download this game
Cyber bullying ruined the game
Players like Jinx, Pumpkin, lamb lamb and cross eyed sniper should be banned for harassment. They harass teens and the devs allows it to happen. Very unsafe app.

Inactive empire boss.
Myself and a couple other empire members have been in touch to try and get you to demote our empire leader as it has became inactive for a while now and as an empire we need a boss. As a former boss (you should be able to check) I only want to keep the hard flight empire for 6 years going. Could you please look at this again
Use to be amazing
Years ago it was the best game on mobile ever, I use to spend a lot on it but now the game is dying, less people playing, lazy updates, we need more events and promos and something to make it fun again, world chat is dead... I still play it but I don’t spend any money really.

Constant error message
I’m constantly being plagued with an error message with “illegal token start”. Even uninstalled and reinstalled it and the same thing happened. I just reached level 1000, and have been playing for years now. Please fix this.
Amazing Game But Player Beware
I absolutely love this game. I’ve been playing over a decade and am still finding things out. It is soooo much strategy is honestly kinda bonkers. However I will say, if you don’t want to use micro purchases (which become addictive FAST if you do) just have a lot of patience with the game, it WILL slowly get better. The black market scratcher tickets you can buy with CC can give you some lucky stamina/energy refills for free.. they are basically what allows you to you do anything in the game. I give it 5 stars because of the memories, lots of friends made, and it just really is a great game if you are smart about it. Again beware , once you start micro purchases it can be difficult to not use more, many people have spent thousands playing.
Don’t bother
System is designed for players to gain levels etc. Weird insecure people are the highest levels and they harass everyone for fun. Developers allow or assist in manipulation of game mechanics for this. They will render you unable to play and constantly kill you with autoclicking and scripting.

I love the game but here lately it is not working correctly. I cannot even get to the game. Please correct this as I have lots of time and money invested in this game.

Not a fan of the leaderboards
They make the main page a little bit longer to scroll through and don't pertain to me in any way. It looks like a celebration of those with the deepest pockets. Besides, this (and more pertinent information) is available for the most part inside my empire menus.

Not worth playing anymore
Mind dimension needs to be permanently banned from the game. His constant talking about his gross bodily functions and stalking women makes it hard to recruit players. He takes up world chat for weeks. Other players get chat banned for nothing. Twelve years of playing down the tubes.

Need more available seats. Buying lieutenants that you can't seat is a waste. More seats=more purchases.

Purchased a 66fp and got a reward with 2 free spins. Rolled once,secpund time it didnt went thru and took all 60fp with no crate roll.. I want my crate rolls!!
