I ordered food via the 99Pay app. The meal cost 25, but a R$4.99 voucher pack was automatically selected. I tried to deselect it, yet it didn't work. I ended up paying 30 in total. I requested a refund. The merchant agreed, but only refunded the cost of the meal and refused to return the R$4.99 for the voucher pack. What's worse, although the system showed the meal fee had been refunded, I never actually received the money. I contacted customer service, but they simply said they would not process the refund and ended the conversation rudely. This is by far the worst service I have ever experienced.
