Abus de position
Ça fait des années que j’ai commencé à proposer des voyages sur l’appli. A l’époque aussi où l’on se payait de la main à la main. Depuis, si l’app s’est clairement professionnalisée, l’entreprise s’est aussi largement installée dans un abus de position dominante ! Vous proposez un trajet de 500km dont entre carburant et péage il vous en coûte 110€ minimum : l’app catalogue votre prix en rouge au dessus de 25€ alors que vous ne proposez que deux places pour le confort des passager. Pourquoi si peu ? Parce qu’avec 30% de commission ajoutés ensuite pour le site (annonce visible à 33€), si j’augmentais trop mon tarif le service paraîtrait prohibitif ! Donc c’est au conducteur de s’en sortir à plus cher pour sa tête que les deux passagers qui dorment sur la banquette arrière pendant ce temps … tout ça pour que BlablaCar se gave. Pourtant : plus je roule, plus ça me coûte. Alors que Blabalcar une transaction sur un trajet de 100 ou 1000km ne change rien à vos frais !

Расскажу два случая с поддержкой блаблакар. В основном я водитель, но иногда я бронируюсь, как пассажир. 1-й случай: бронирую поездку Биробиджан - Хабаровск. Данное направление не сказать чтоб популярное. За 2 часа до начала покздки звоню водителю, а он уже в Хабаровске. Пишу в поддержку, чтоб вернули комиссию за поездку, а они мне говорят, ищи другие поездки. Какие на дальнем востоке другие поездки? Нет, чтоб с водителем провести беседы, что так не делается, мне написали, ищи другие. 2-й случай: я амбассадор, рейтинг без капельки 5. Отказал совсем новому попутчику без рейтингов в бусте из-за крайне малой цены в вежливой форме. Он на меня пожаловался и поддержка мне вынесла предупреждение. Когда в блакаре будут работать с людьми из поддержки? Люди там вообще не хотят вникать в суть дела

Pourquoi proposer des passagers qui ne sont pas sur le trajet sélectionné par le conducteur ? Je reçois beaucoup de demande pour des prises en charge sur un itinéraire qui compte 2h de trajet de plus !!!

Adding too much adds nowadays makes me to think to uninstall this application. Such a worst experience it gives when I try to look for rides!! Consider to remove the adds, you can earn in some other way, don’t make users job so much tough in accessing the app!

App ótimo e facilitador. Mas direto está acontecendo bugs onde mostram caronas que criamos alertas, fazemos a reserva e automaticamente cai pra outra de outro horário de outra pessoa que não foi a escolhida. Arrumem isso por gentileza…

For example if one girl is booking make it highlight to make other girls to book It helps to other girls to book safely other wise we need to open each and every profile who is booked either boy or girl and to check whether anyone booked or not also we need to open the profile everytime .. please improve this

Ealier good but latest updates not good
Now added automatic review to excellent. So lot of fake drivers using the same to imprive rating so become very difficult to track which driver is good

Have been using this for few years recently the app became ad house each click is fetching ads and it’s frustrating. Is there an option to pay a fee and avoid ads ? If not scene 1 star make sense
Precisa melhorar os avisos de novas caronas
O aplicativo é bom mas o sistema de alerta de novas caronas nunca funciona direito: às vezes avisa quando surgem novas caronas, mas na maioria das vezes não. Já perdi várias caronas boas porque o aviso não chegou (nem em notificação nem por email).

Precisa ter uma forma do passageiro ver em tempo real a localização do motorista, pq atrasos de 5 min do passageiro as vezes não são tolerados, mas é comum o motorista atrasar até uma hora…

Juste pour signaler un décalage entre l’envoi de message des gens et leur réception par le destinataire chauffeur. Le temps de latence est si long que cela fait plusieurs fois que je les reçois après que le voyage ait été effectué. Les conséquences: passager en mois- les passagers peuvent penser que je néglige la réponse.

I booked a ride from Lucknow to Dostpur, Rider named Nawneet Mishra, he was going to Gorakhpur, and the blabla map was showing the route of purvanchal expressway, but rider route was completely different, I had to drop out in between my route in Ayodhya, what a waste of time,

Its very good nice convenient for people’s in remote areas specifically . There you must take responsibility of proper verification of person on your platform to minimize the risk to fraud and criminal persons

Saved me a lot of time
Well, I was in Ravet, Pune and I thought I had only one option to go to Pune Junction, which was 19 km away, and it was the eve of Janmashtami, so I wasn’t sure if I would find any traffic on the way. But then one of my friends recommended to check on blah blah car and luckily I found a car which was coming to Ram Mandir Station, and so I thought I could take that from Ram with that, and it was affordable just ₹400. So thank you so much, Abhishek. Who was my driver who brought me here.
Worst first experience
I booked a ride, but there was a very different car came, please confirm vehicles and vehicle numbers displayed before they picking any passenger, i don't like your service, and they don't care about timing or other peoples and also he said he can't go to exact location what i filled in destination
