Aplikasi Jadul dari Bank Kelas Berat
Sekian lama dipakai, ternyata tak ada peningkatan berarti. Masih diperlukan SMS - gak sadar bahwa pengguna sekarang ini sudah jarang beli pulsa tapi paket internet. Login juga belum bisa pakai biometrik, setiap kali kudu pencet2 PIN. Duuh BCA, masa sih gak malu sama aplikasi2 punya tetangga ?? Update terbaru, versi MAKSA !!!!! Memaksa untuk melakukan updating padahal user mungkin tidak merasa perlu. Kenapa harus update kalau user sudah nyaman dengan versi yg biasa dipakai ??

This bank motto is probably “if it works don’t touch it”. Probably one thing (internet banking also) that stop me from using BCA and move to other banking service. You should check and compare yourself to Singapore banks like DBS, Citibank, etc.

They still use outdated UI/UX, no two factor Authenticator system. When you download the app you have to GO TO THE BANK take a long queue number and ask for the rep to set up the app on your new phone. Is it the 90s or what? Theyre 30 years behind other banks’ apps

Jeez this UI and UX is really out of date
Go get some developer and change the UI and UX into the new or modern one. We all know that BCA is one of the most popular bank in Asia but come on, with the popularity, you all can make something better than this. Take a look at some of the rivals. They are all one million steps ahead than this lame old-school design. Seems like it’s useless to write down our thoughts or reviews here. They don’t even reply or make some changes about the interface.

What kind of design and service you’re giving? Why you have 3-4 separate apps? Are you really have education or knowledge about how online things works? At last I request Apple to remove this quality less app from your store. It’s a reputation for apps store to have this much old apps in 2023.

Please make an english language option. I don't know bahasa language
Take advantage of full screen area please
I dont know the app project still using the old ios sdk, still using old xib template, has set fixed size for the window frame size, still using old small launchImage, or anything. The app window size is so small. On iphone XS its not take full the screen area. You’re one of a large bank in Indonesia, I think you can deserve better. Please tell your dev related to this.

Apps malah gak membantu sama sekali
Kmrn daftar apps mau pake nomor kartu atm trus udah masukin nomor hp bilangnya berhasil tapi musti daftar di atm. Akhirnya Nyari2 atm. Trus udah daftar di ATM kirain udah bisa transfer uang mau bayar utang sama orang. Bisa add nomor rek penerima, bayar duit sms pula. Udah seneng nih transaksi lancar. Ehhh tau tau bilangnyo silakan ke cabang terdekat untuk transaksi transfer. astaga, mau transfer duit aja susah amat sih. mau bayar utang ini. Jangan berbelit2 dong. udah jaman apa masi dipersulit

Love the capability, simple UI that works. Thats all we need rather than fancy bells like others, we don't need extra update. Right on, keep away from extra function. It served well and enough for nowadays user, stay on simplicity that matters.

2019 with no full screen app for iPhone X
Yes, the features are making our lives a lot easier by using the app. But this is 2019, and making a full screen app should be prioritized. Every other bank has done it long ago. Come on BCA. >> iPhone X user.

Translation
This app remains to be the same. The ability to translate the content is still not available. You invite foreigners to open a bank account in your bank, and yet it’s difficult to understand why there is not functionality to translate the content. I always have to exit the app and use a translator in order to doodle around em. I get it, y’all want people to learn your language and all. I was even forced to sign that document when I was about to receive my KTP. If BCA wants to continue claiming the no.1 spot as for the local bank in Indonesia, the least that can be done with the mobile banking is enable users like me and countless more to have multi languages to select from. It’s not that complicated to code.
