After blocking customers account without concrete legal order and which appears to be in violation of the law. The clarification also handled rather superficial, it seems customer is not their focus.

Login dengan CC malah kartunya jadi terblokir. Sudah tersambung ke mandiri call pun tidak bisa cek tagihan berjalan CC karena pengecekan hanya bisa by livin.

Tidak bisa masuk aplikasi
Saya tidak bisa mengakses account saya setelah ganti hp padahal nomor OTP sudah saya terima dan saya masukkan ke kolom OTP. Selalu ada pesan yg keluar "Layanan Tidak tersedia untuk sementara". Sudah saya coba selama 2 mngguan tetap tidak bisa. Saya tinggal di California Amerika.

Cannot Scroll for RTGS transfer
This issue pertains to the latest Livin’ app using my Iphone SE 2nd generation (2020), 4.7 inch screen running on latest IOS: I could not scroll down to fill RTGS information and could only fill until recipient status (individual/corporate etc.). Please update app so it is fluid that enable vertical scrolling.
Kesulitan terhubung wifi
Ntah kenapa sudah beberapa bulan ini saya tidak bisa login ke livin apabila terhubung dengan jaringan wifi manapun. Dirumah atau pun di wifi publik. Wifi rumah yg private saja tidak bisa login. Jadi setiap kali mau login selalu harus pindah ke jaringan paket data.

Not working outside the country
I spent 2 hours to register online account from USA and kept failing , it’s not working at all , keep saying my data doesn’t match . App need major improvement if they want us to use their service , especially lots of Indonesian people who working outside the country .
Kurang maksimal aplikasi nya
Saya pekerja migran di luar negri, selama ini memakai mandiri e banking untuk urusan pembayaran dll di Indonesia , saya pikir performa aplikasi ini kurang sekali, apalagi saya bekerja di area dengan kualitas internet tidak stabil. Mandiri Livin’ biru lebih dari sekedar baik performa nya , banyak membantu saya sampai sekarang. Sayang sekali sekarang saya tidak bisa banyak berbuat banyak jika mandiri Livin’ harus berganti logo kuning. Mengeluh di mandiri whattapp pun percuma, karena tidak ada solusi nya juga. Download APP store pun berkendala di saat internet tidak stabil, akhirnya saya harus mulai mencari alternatif lain dalam mengirim uang ke Indonesia .

Perlu Improvement
Tampilan bagus cuma ada beberapa hal yang hilang di aplikasi ini. Contohnya informasi detail rekening pinjaman tidak ada, multipayment juga hilang dan beberapa VA olshop pay juga tidak ada. Jadinya saya masih tetap pakai livin biru karena beberapa hal yang hilang di livin kuning ini. Semoga bisa direview lagi oleh developer.
