Scripted nonsense and infinite hold loops.
Absolutely the worst customer service experience. The staff speak 100 words of default nonsense from scripted text without ever answering the actual question. They claim to have access to your data, but instead of helping, they suddenly put you on hold for hours without notice. It is a total waste of time listening to their hold music while they avoid giving straightforward answers. It feels like they are trained to gatekeep your own information and ignore your requests for a quick resolution. Extremely unprofessional and inefficient. Well , today’s customer service is Debbie and Christin ( 3 hours long in song loop until 8:30 pm Indonesia time , Thursday 23 April 2026
TIDAK ADA ETIKA
Niat hati mendapatkan jawaban yang menyenangkan kalau memang ada kendala, hanya di jawab “Iya Bu” lalu selanjutnya jawaban copas template dan dgn jawaban template yang panjang, belum selesai dibaca sudah di akhiri chatnya Untuk sekelas BCA setidaknya ada etika yang lebih walaupun hanya live chat

tidak ada info sebelumnya lgi transaksi gagal login minta reset password. teknologi bgus, UX kacau

Layanan smua keluhan bisa call ke halo bca gratis, ya memang gratis dan mempermudah, tpi knpa tidak menemukan solusi ya mlah tetap d suruh ke kantor cabang ktanya, kecewa pdhal saya percaya bca tuh pling oke dan pling mntap d antara bank lain, tpi skarang kok gini ya😊

Pengkinian Data Membingungkan
Ada fitur pengkinian data di fitur call, tapi itu gak works entah kenapa. nggak connect juga dengan kartu kredit-nya jadi fitur itu useless. pengkinian data yang works ada di Akun Saya - Informasi Pribadi - Data Kartu Kredit.

Ini rekening saya di Blokir mau dibuka lagi nelpon halo bca performa menurun sekali, dulu kurang dari 1 menit telpon udh diangkat, skarang 10 menit belom juga diangkat, pelayanan makin parah !!!!!!! Kecewa

1st time use, the voice quality sometimes unclear. Need to re-dial. However it helped me to contact BCA from overseas.

Konfirmasi Aktivasi Layanan Financial
Ditelfon dua kali sama BCA untuk konfirmasi, lalu tidak ada info kelanjutannya gimana cuma suruh nunggu dan tiba-tiba ketika di follow up suruh revisi nama, cuma kurang tanda petik. Tidak diinfo ketika ditelfon, di email juga engga. Padahal itu tanda petik juga ga ada di paspor, dan nama di ktp tidak selengkap nama di paspor. Lampirin KTP tapi penulisan namanya tidak sesuai dengan data diri yang dilampirkan, Aneh. Setelah nunggu berhari-hari tapi pelayanannya ga jelas gini.
Ga solutif
Mau komplain soal saldo rekening saya yg kepotong, disuru lah login ke BCA ID, tapi tiap proses login ke BCA ID musti kirim SMS yg makan pulsa, ada berkali-kali tapi gagal mulu sampe pulsa habis. Mana biaya per SMSnya mahal dan ga ada hasil apa-apa karena sampe akhir ga bisa login. Tolong diperbaiki sistemnya. Padahal tujuan bikin aduan online gini kan untuk memudahkan, malah makin repot dan boncos pulsa saya. Kan bisa ya lewat email atau apa gitu. Merepotkan.

There is really no reason to have this kind of useless app in App Store. I am reporting to Apple, Please check the Q/A and services of this and remove as soon as possible. Full of bugs. Not usable, can be hack very easily. This one is from a scam Bank from Indonesia BCA.
App nya solusi, CS nya nyusahin
Kalo di luar negeri, bisa nelp CS pake app. tapi CS nya maonya nelp kita balik ke nomor hp terdaftar yang kena interlokal. Suruh CS nelp ke nomor luar negeri, ga bisa. Suruh CS nelp ke WhatsApp nomor terdaftar, ga bisa. Solusi cerdas. Kalo lagi diluar negeri, udah anggep aja BCA ga bisa bantu.
