Saya mendapatkan penawaran dari Skorcard melalui email untuk melakukan refresh skor kredit. Saya sudah melakukan pembayaran untuk 1 kali refresh skor, tetapi sampai sekarang fitur refresh tersebut belum bisa digunakan. Sangat mengecewakan karena pembayaran sudah dilakukan, tetapi layanan yang ditawarkan belum juga dapat digunakan. Mohon segera diperbaiki dan diberikan kejelasan terkait status layanan serta pembayaran yang sudah saya lakukan.
