Life saver
Overall a great payment app. Work seamlessly and accepted in most places in Indonesia. One possible improvement is to remove promo when opening the App. You can display the promo after 10-15 second instead.

How do I choose English language? I will be in Indonesia for 6 months a year but don’t speak the language yet.
Popups and ads
I don’t need a bunch of popup ads and advertisements. SometimesI need to click several ads away just to get to the things I want to do. This is not customer friendly. It’s just greed and corporate idiocy. I just need to use the app for money. This isn’t a social media app nor a shopping app. STOP THE MADNESS!!!

Why is the app advertised in English on the App Store when the English version doesn’t exist once you download it? I wanted to make a payment but am unable to switch the language and have no idea how to go about it without a translator. Misleading

The promo is very unclear. Have followed the terms and conditions but were rejected with reason of the quota, while there is no indication or notification that the quota has run out or not.

Makes it near impossible to delete account. Have to call in and make sure 0 left. Why cant i just close my account. But part of grab so what should i expect. Horrible practice and customer service.

When I do the bank transfer to topup the balance, I thought my bank account will get the IDR 1.000 charge, apparently, the transfer get credited. I had to transfer once again because I topped it up exactly to the amount I needed.

Semua features nya ok, 5 stars, almost, kecuali untuk ovo point, bila dipakai, tidak akan mendapatkan cashback, tidak seperti gopay, link aja dan dana. So, 1 star deducted.

Attempting to sign up, however since everything is in Bahasa Indonesia, difficult to sign up property. I suggest that if you mention English as a language in the App Store, then please add English during the sign etc process, you will most likely add more users who travel to Indo regularly(until I can understand Bahasa Indo better)

Dikenal luas namanya, Terkenal tapi tidak berMUTU lengkap dengan pelayanan Cs sangat tidak kompeten dalam memanfaatkan fasilitas pendukung yang ada. Ketidakpekaan serta begitu lambatnya metode teknis CS dalam mengambil tindakan tanpa solusi. aplikasi yg terbilang ketinggalan jaman dengan minim fitur serta tenaga sdm CS yang tidak bisa memberi ataupun menerima SOLUSI permasalahan yang ada. Intinya ini aplikasi yang sangat tidak bermanfaat. Aplikasi gimmick dana.

Hanya sekedar saran semoga kedepan history transaksi/mutasi bisa dtransfer ke pdf atau file dokumen lain, untuk backup, saya pidah platform ke ios, dan semua transaksi lama hilang dan tdk bisa d cek, konfirm cs hanya bisa 3 bln terakhir. Sejak Lebaran, di app saya Ovo Pointsnya tulisannya “gagal memuat”. Sudah di-reinstall, sdh sign out dan sign in lagi. Tetap tidak bisa. Mbuh.
