Great cameras and app no monthly charges and it works very well. Sometimes there are little issues but overall works great for what it is.

App not working like it used to
Been using this app for many years to watch my grandpa through the camera. Never had an issue, now everytime I go in its say network unavailable and the video feed doesn't update. I have to press & hold to go to settings now everytime I go in to get it to update the video feed. I have it connected with a ethernet cable directly to my router. Its not my internet because all my other devices work well. This is ridiculous, fix this update or glitch.
Good app for price
Got my cam on Amazon to watch my front door area indoors. Two way communication. Saves videos automatically for you no complaints in that area frfr. Like every one says decent good app for the price ur paying for ur equipment compared to other companies where u need like a subscription fee or whatever etc. none of tht is rewuired with this. Video in color u can watch live zoom in. Use the speaker to say things to guests if needed. I personally never had any lagging problems. My cam moved around 360 so I could use the options to look around etc. was thinking bout adding more

It’s all broken now
While this app has been glitchy and buggy for years, in the last months it became completely unusable. Latest is that the app says that I’m logged out, and it never logs me back in.

防犯用に重宝してますが。 長い事使っているのか。 急にSDカードに記録いている映像を確認しようとしたら読み込み中のままフリーズしてしまい。何度もアプリを閉じて入りなおしても同じ状態だったので。カメラ自体の電源を消して再起動しても直らず、SDカードが壊れたのかと思って交換してもなおりませんでした。結局、MIPCのアプリを消して再ダウンロードしなおしたらSDカードの方の読み込みは出来るように戻ったけど。高い所にカメラ設置してる人だと。メモリカードが壊れたと勘違いした人、一苦労するかもしれないですね。同じ現象が出る人はSDカード交換する前にアプリ再ダウンロードしてみて下さい。直るかもしれないので（消す前にパスワードとか必要なのでメモしておく必要が有ります。）
Stopped working
Adds are really annoying and now I can only view 2 days worth of videos and even that doesn’t work , can only see present day , so have ordered a blink camera instead

Have two identical cams. One connect beautifully and works wirelessly. The other only connects when hardwired and then only part of the time. Wondering if there’s a flash upgrade for the cameras which are quite old. I did get the cameras for Free so not really complaining. Just observing…

Poor design - now broken
Years of using this poorly designed app. Last update broke the app completely. Have to force close the app and restart it in order to get the device list.
Adverts?!!?
Now this app displays adverts when you want to view your cameras? Absolutely disgusting. Avoid. I will be disposing of my cameras and using a different manufacturer who does not feel the need to monetise from their customers in this never.

Lack of Support
The camera basic functionality works great, and I’ve used it for the past couple years. However, I just recently had an issue where I was signed out of my account and I cannot remember my password. This is something that happens all the time, and should be easy to fix, but resetting via email wasn’t working, and I can’t find any other way of getting support to fix this issue than write this review. Please help me recover my account so I can check in on my cat

Great video quality, you can talk through it and move it through the app! I use it to watch on my dogs and new puppy while I’m gone!!!
It was nice while it worked
The app stopped working on my iPhone some time ago. No amount of troubleshooting will revive it. Strangely, the same app still works on my iPad.
Kein Alarm mehr seit dem letzten Update
Bisher hat der Alarm des Bewegungssensors sehr gut funktioniert. Jahrelang war ich sehr zu frieden. Nach dem letzten Update meldet Die Kamera-Software keine Bewegungen mehr, egal welche Einstellung der Sensor hat. Schade.
Poor Design
Every time you open the app, it shows a huge ad that takes up the whole screen. I pay for extra memory so this shouldn’t be a thing. I also hate the way that it shows your saved footage. It’s very hard to scrub through it to find what you’re looking for.
Memory issue
I think this camera and app are not so bad. However this app takes a huge memory, and that is the issue…

Purtroppo da qualche mese, dall'applicazione non si vedono più alcune camere, schermata grigia... Eppure se gli clicco sopra e vedo la sola camera, allora magicamente riprendono... Cortesemente sistemare per favore, sono mesi che ho segnalato il problema... Buon lavoro
Just Ok
The app is just ok. I am using the camera to monitor my puppy when I am away andI store the video on a Micro SD card for review. Since this review is for the app and not the camera, I will only talk about the app. The biggest issue I have with it is that you cannot scroll for content review. When you select x4, x8, or x12 to speed up viewing, I always get an “network error” and have to review the recorded video in x1 mode. you cannot scroll the content because the view mode defaults to a blank screen and you physically have to watch the content in x1 mode. I use this app on my iPhone, iPad and Mac. All of which have the same issue with playback review. Scrolling or a fast forward option would be great versus having sit and painfully watch nothing happening.
No sensitivity control
Whatever happen on the app recently I lost all sensitivity controls for motion. Was great up til now
This is an amazing app
I’ve used this app, along with a baby monitor, as an indoor security camera for about six years. It always works, it lets me review footage stored on the SD card, and I can’t think if anything more I would wish for. First class app! Well done!

What happened to my app?
What happened to all my settings? I don’t have system settings or anything that I used to have on my app anymore. I see it was it was Upgraded a week ago. I only have my device and my account on the home page. Also, it says it’s compatible with iOS 11.0 but that is not even available for me to put on my phone yet.
Camera offline and AD
AMA!! Camera goes offline every week, i had to power the camera back on frequently and wait for the camera to come back on.
Purchased June 2017!!!
It works very well till today. No problems so far. Thumbs up. Very good cam, constant update. Once unplugged and moved to new location. No need to log in again, will do it automatically by itself. 👍🏼 Am using it with iPhone 14 max pro with IOS16.7

Cloud storage not working
UPDATE The way I resolved the problem with cloud recordings was to unplug the camera and then reconnect. Recorded clips are now being stored in the cloud. The developer has suggested it might of been a problem with the sound. I don’t know if that’s the case but it was nice that someone responded to my post. I have amended my rating from two stars to 4 stars ORIGINAL Does anyone else have this problem? I’ve just purchased a basic subscription and I’m not seeing any recordings in the ‘cloud‘. There does not seem to be any way to contact the developer. Has anyone had any success in operating cloud storage? Does anyone have contact details of the developer?

Ok but could be better
Would love to see a better way of scrubbing through the video. You can get a tiny preview if you pull the scroll bar but it’s too small to be useful and is hard to navigate. I’ve got this set up to record 24/7 so some way to quickly find the bit that interests me would be fantastic. The screenshots are good but again it would be good if you could quickly fix through all of the images to help locate items of interest. Downloading videos and photos from the app is hit and miss. It’s also very slow. ** I’ve tried to save videos onto the iPhone camera feed and it fails every time. It asks for iPhone permissions, but even though these are fully granted it still will not safe the videos. Renders the SD card function next to useless as a result. **

Stopped working
This app has worked great for several years I have had it but now the past couple of days I can’t login or even get the support page to load. It keeps saying the network connection isn’t available but I’m definitely connected to WiFi and not having issues with anything else.

Just received my set of four cameras. It was pretty easy to set up. Everything went smoothly. The app walks you through the set up process of each camera. So far everything is in working order. For an inexpensive set of cameras, the picture quality is very good.
It no longer serves its purpose
I’ve had this camera for shift 5 years and this is the second time it’s malfunction now it’s taking me it’s not connected to my network and will not let me log in the app
Camera works great
Image quality is clear especially with the night vision. Unfortunately, the app now freezes after a couple of minutes after—surprise, surprise—an update. Please fix ASAP!
Doe snot work on new iPad 13 Pro (M4)
This app works fine on my other ipads, ipad gen 8 and a new ipad mini (latest gen) plus my iPhone 15 Max Pro. For whatever reason, it only shows a black screen when selecting a camera to go live. This is the only app giving me issues on my iPad 13 Pro. I'm certain it is something to do with the new M4 chip, but, for now, I'll remove it on my new iPad 13 and wait for the App to get a new update to fix this. As for Cloud, I use the VICOHOME app with approved solar security cameras sold at Amazon. It runs circles around this app plus a year's subscription for all cameras (unlimited devices!) for Cloud recording is only $49 a year though Apple! Check it out!!!
App gone a bit buggy
Have been using for just over a year now has been working great but just recently I cannot search through the recordings by by day / date using the calendar as it no longer works , is it a software bug ?

I like this app but after the recent update, when I mirror it to my tv from iPhone I don’t get sound, only picture. Can this be fixed please? Also, the updated software doesn’t load correctly on my fireTV. Therefore I cannot open the apk and view cameras on the tv
