Would desire to have a 4 or 6 digit pin to use for the app rather than my account password that would keep them separated.

Do not like that everything goes into pending . My pay check is from your bank why does it take 2 days before I can use it

Does not automatically download all transactions into quicken that are part of transactions received online…worked cleanly before recent merger.

I have tried multiple times to uninstall, reinstall and update this app and it will not let me transfer funds through the app.

Updated App causing issue with remote deposit
The app used to be great but after the recent update, the remote deposit capture is no longer taking the image properly. It now defaults with terrible low resolution or a fuzzy image from an iphone 15. You used to be able to tap and it would adjust the picture lens. So of course it says it cannot read the back image - even after it is signed and printed “FOR MOBILE DEPOSIT ONLY”. Talked to customer support and tried to take pictures under greater light and also tried redownloading the app. Only solution is to go to the bank, which is not close to me or convenient. Please fix this issue and allow the camera to adjust the image or at least have flash on?!!!

The deposit check function is horrid. i sometimes have to enter the check 10 times before it accepts it. no changes in my end just have to do it over and over ..one error after another.

I love the online banking because everything is there for me to see and to be able to move money from one place to the other without going in the bank ( leaving my place)

This is only the second banking account I have encountered over the years that is extremely easy to use, bright, crisp and legible with all the options I will ever need! It is also quick and efficient with little to no wait times for deposits and transfers!
