Once you click on anything in a page, there are weird visual effects and it makes the app more laggy and it’s really not helping to see effects when trying to go from A to B.

Ik kreeg een mail dat er 20 % korting was op alles maar enkel op de app. Dan laadt je de app staat er opnieuw vermeld dat er 20% korting is op alles en dan kom je in de kassa en dan gaat het niet want er is geen korting op je producten. Kijk zo’n zaken vind ik als klant een afbreker dan ga ik op een ander. Dat kunnen ze dan 1 keer doen. Je voelt je als klant gelokt. Alsook jammer dat er vaak geen 30ml beschikbaar is bij parfum. Ik probeer graag uit en koop dan graag een klein flesje.

Jammer wel dat als je potlood van 50 euro bestelt je er niet automatisch een leuk monster bij ontvangt en dat een potlood in doos bezorgd wordt wat door de brievenbus zou kunnen.

Impossible de voir et d’accéder au panier depuis plusieurs semaine.. Il faudrait corriger cela car impossible de commander du coup
De Flash korting wordt niet toegepast
Jammer dat de korting niet wordt geaccepteerd.

Teleurgesteld
Kreeg geen samples bij mijn bestelling van 150€ en kreeg deze ook niet nagestuurd of via de winkel.

L’applicazione è troppo complicata
L’applicazione è troppo complicata da usare per fare shopping e offre un’esperienza utente molto frustrante. Spesso non è possibile accedere al carrello per rivedere o modificare le opzioni e le scelte fatte. Compare subito il messaggio di riprovare più tardi e poi il carrello non si apre più. Il problema non riguarda solo l’app: ho provato anche dal sito e succede esattamente la stessa cosa. Questo rende l’esperienza ancora più negativa. Si ha la sensazione di essere quasi costretti a completare l’acquisto senza poter riflettere o cambiare idea. Un’app o un sito di shopping dovrebbero essere semplici, chiari e dare pieno controllo all’utente, ma qui succede esattamente il contrario.
Functioneert maar kan beter
Wat ik mis is functionaliteit in het winkelmandje. Soms komt een mens tot de conclusie iets te hebben vergeten maar zit je eenmaal in het betaalproces, zelfs voor je bij je bank bent, dan kom je niet eenvoudig uit dat betaalproces en terug in je winkelmandje. Ik moet soms de app geheel afsluiten en enkele minuten wachten voor ik weer in het winkelmandje kom ipv in 1 van de 4 processtappen voor afrekenen. Ben ik op dat moment afgeleid, dan is de kans groot dat ik de hele bestelling niet meer plaats.

J’adore Douglas mais ces dernières semaines, un message d’erreur s’affiche constamment dans le panier et m’empêche de passer commande. Quand je prends contact avec le service client, j’ai n’ai aucune solution

Bug dans l’application
J’aime beaucoup commander chez Douglas. Le choix est vaste et les prix intéressants. Malheureusement cette fois-ci j’ai eu toutes les peines du monde à passer ma commande, un message d’erreur apparaissent sans cesse. J’ai failli abandonner tellement c’était agaçant… Dommage…

Pas possible de faire le paiement lors de mes achats. J’ai constamment un message d’erreur qui s’affiche.
Snel en handig
Ging altijd naar de apotheek voor mn La Roche producten. Soms nog hoor; daar krijg je grote samples erbij ;-), maar bij Douglas kun je gemakkelijk vanaf je stoel bestellen en de prijzen zijn heel scherp.
