Really like the platform however it can make the life hard considering the lack of English in the app. On browser, yes with the translation use of it is possible. It shouldn’t be hard to integrate the English. Please do so!!

Negatieve ervaring
Ik heb meerdere keren op bol besteld en elke keer heb ik een slechte ervaring gehad. Heb ik een vraag dan moet ik met een robot praten die elke keer weer opnieuw dezelfde vragen stelt en dan krijg ik geen antwoord op mijn vraag. Ze sturen me haar olie dat over datum is en dan ik het niet retourneren. Mijn bestelling daarna heb ik niet ontvangen en ik kan niet eens zien waar het is. Dan als ik een mail stuur naar een echt persoon moet ik nog dagen wachten voor dat ik een antwoord krijg en dan is de dag waar ik mijn bestelling voor nodig had al voorbij.

Zeer tevreden
Als er iets mis gaat met je bestelling/betaling bol regelt het direct ik kan dan ook iedereen aanraden om enkel via bol te bestellen je spaart dan ook voor een eventuele waardebon.
Problemen bestelling.
Er blijven problemen zijn. Wil je iets in je mandje steken staat er dat het niet beschikbaar is maar staat het mandje op 1. Bestellen bij een Belgische leverancier maar toch geeft die aan niet in België te kunnen leveren… klantendienst is ook amper een hulp.

Inloggen ineens niet meer mogelijk
Reeds contact opgenomen met bol. Nauwkeurig alles gevolgd wat zij doorgaven om te doen. Bol verwijderd maar terug inloggen en op gsm zetten gaat niet meer. Foto doorgestuurd. Geen inloggen meer mogelijk. Alles doorgestuurd op hun vraag en nu… geen opvolging. Geen email. Is dit service???
Good app but...
In this company(BOL) almost everyone speaks English. the management too. the fact that there is no English dialect in the application, surpasses all level of logic. I am not going to buy anything until they add English. people come to work in Belgium and the Netherlands for 2-3 years, why are they forced to learn Dutch that language who they will never use again?

DO NOT USE THIS. they will charge you for a yearly subscription and then NOT let you go about it. they will keep bothering you and try and get you to pay for another yearly subscription. No response from customer service, ai is useless, everything is super delayed. Useless garbage company

Steeds hetzelfde probleem als ik wil inloggen ,dat werkt heel slecht en moeilijk ,ge kunt niks meer zien of lezen over de bestelling die je gedaan hebt ,vroeger nooit problemen gehad Nu meer miserie mee en nooit iemand te bereiken om iets aan te vragen ,altijd die vragen herhalen aan die robot die niks verstaat !!!

Dishonest practices!
I ordered something on Bol.com at 1049 euros. (Usual price more around 850 but it’s the game…) They cancel the order for "stock" reasons. A split moment later, the item is back online, EXACTLY same description, but à more than twice the price (1999 euros !!). Support does not agree it’s a dishonest practice and does not offer any kind of support.

Ignore mes demandes envoyées via le formulaire de contact, injoignable par téléphone, interlocuteurs répondant en Néerlandais alors que je parle Français (Belgique francophone), mails de suivi de commande rédigés en Néerlandais alors que mon compte BOL est configuré en Français. Problème signalé à plusieurs reprises, on me promet une résolution mais rien ne change. Service lamentable.

Bien que j’ai demandé à avoir l’application en français, je reçois encore trop souvent des pages en néerlandais ! Le respect de la langue maternelle de vos clients francophones laisse encore beaucoup à désirer.

Risky app
Be sure you use a credit card with buyer’s insurance. Bol’s filter of its partners is insufficient and some scammers like “Keuken & Witgoed Apeldoorn” are still operating within the app. Made a big purchase, never saw my products. I wrote to Bol about it, no answer either. If you use Bol.com, just hope there won’t be issues. When there’s a wrinkle, Bol.com just doesn’t now how to handle unexpected events from their partners and just abandons you.

Things to correct
I would like to know why, when i search for something and the app is in french there are no results given, but when i change the language to dutch i get several! This shouldn't be allowed to happen! Also why are app updates always written in dutch?! At least use the dutch and french, since the app also works in french! Thank you.

Zeer slecht dienst na verkoop
Alles mooi tot er problemen zijn dan zit je vast met een chatbot die amper helpt. Zelfs als je dan na lange tijd een persoon aan de lijn krijgt gaat het zeer moeizaam.
