Fake Rating
Bots have obviously given this its rating of 4.5 stars. This app is garbage.
Mobile App inaccessible
Mobile App does not allow to sign in. It says “the organisation link you entered is invalid”. Even though I have created my account from web browser. After leaving it blank it neither allows to Sign in or Sign up. Fix it!
Nothing local listed, unlike website!
On the Venngo website, it lists lots of deals local to the home address and range I input. However, this app only lists about 5 online offers, and not a single local offer. Huh???!!! Also, on the iPhone app, there is no way to update location other than to choose the location previously set up on the website or to use GPS…and neither works! Why in the world did I download this? 🤷♀️😬🧐😤
Poor product development
This app has great offers, only if you were able to keep the screen for more than a few seconds. Does not have touch screen/ auto login capabilities, crashes and logs out every few seconds. They need to work harder!
Multiple Logins Required
The app keeps prompting for login every time you change the location or even when you back out of a voucher. The login screen appears every 1-2 mins and then the app crashes.
Don't download
Beyond horrible .... it just doesn't work .. the location settings do not work ... waste of time & effort.
Nothing compares to how crappy this app is
Not only is it NOT user friendly, but: 1. You cannot add another location on iPhone 2. Must put all location information instead of just dropping pin (whether on iPhone or on the computer). 3. You cannot search what you want in the area, it just shows a list with the map. There are so many options, but the app essentially requires you to go one by one. It's a joke AND a waste of time to use the app. The website is no better. 4. You cannot filter by a more specific category, sort of like perkopolis. I'd like to see what conventions are coming up, but I can't select that. I pretty much have to guess what I want to check out for it to show me. 5. Some deals are great, but if I want food, I want to be able to select whether I want fast food or fine dining. I don't want to spend 30 minutes combing through EVERY single restaurant in the area.
