Good, but ditch the AI summaries
I enjoy the app compared to a lot of other real estate apps, but the AI summaries are so unnecessary; especially when they call $1.3 million homes “perfect starter homes”, it’s out of touch at best. Just stick to the human written ones, half of those are probably already done with ChatGPT 😅.
What happened?
The app now requires me to log in every time and is taking a while to load the properties and the information.
Filtering feature
The filtering feature in this app is useless and annoying!! What is the value of showing $1.5 million house to someone when their budget is a maximum of $800,000

Please fix your single sign on. It makes users log in twice. It’s been ongoing forever. If use app more than realtor if you just fixed this one thing.

Absolute garbage
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! My husband and I are looking for a place to rent. I was told to use this app. I have put in about 8 different requests for viewings and not one agent has responded. We have lost out on at least 4 different properties at this point. My advice, join local rental groups in your area and work with an agent from there. We move into our new place May 1st thanks to our agent

Corrected after developer response: Thanks for letting me know and for bringing back the photo count. Now please fix the need to log in multiple times a day! 😏 (OLD REVIEW: App has removed the ability to see the image gallery for the property. This is half of the app's value, wiped out. Terrible "update" to remove core functionality. Also, no acknowledgement of it!!!)

Yesterday’s update made this app stop working in landscape mode.
Not interested feature isn’t working properly
Good app overall but it’s troublesome to require sign in each time and the “not interested” is not working. Each time I mark as not interested it marks the listing off as grey. But when I close the app and go back in, all the listings I marked as not interested are back to highlighted as blue (however when you click into the listed it shows not interested). This was not the case 3 weeks ago. Definitely a bug.

Option to filter out basements
Hi, please provide an option to filter out basements as it is very hard to find out with photos. Most of the time it is mentioned anywhere

The info on their app is great and helpful, but when signing up an account it doesn’t look like they encrypt or protect your password at all. Be very careful with what you disclose!
Just Okay
It works ok but the filters are very limited and it’s not super user friendly. I get way too many results because I can’t put freehold only in the filters. Also I wish there was a favourite option. The watchlist is similar but I don’t need to know if it got sold I just want a simple list of my favourites that are still available so I can easily set up showings. Also the map 5 point area is kind of useless because the area I’m looking in is so misshapen by rivers that my search brings in a ton of listings from mission that is a 40 min drive from chilliwack.
Finding your house
It’s a good app to find your favourite house to rent or buy, without go to see in person.

Great but hate having to sign in all the time.
Frustrating
Your app can be frustrating at times, showing listings in my price range in my watched area only to find out the listing is from a totally different part of the country or even form a different part of the globe. Right now there are two listings from Panama in Toronto! And you have no report tool so how can I even notify you of the errors? I also don't care for your AI summery as it tends to miss critical information like if the property i’m looking at is within a coop or seniors community! Also every few hours or days, any time I open the app I have to log in, over and over, it's getting to be a bit much! Lastly I suppose this is more a gripe with OREA but I find it really annoying how some agents won't show the interior of a house and then show a 3D render imposed on the property as the thumbnail photo. and call it an investment or overhaul. Some of us can barely get by, if a place is livable even if it's dated that's all I need, a roof four walls and heat. At the very least you guys can make it so no doctored photos can be used as a thumbnail! Others then that, it's a great tool! Just frustrating at times!

HouseSigma is the best app for folks in Ontario looking for properties to buy sell or lease. Unmatched. Everything is great except two things 1. The app keeps asking me to sign in to see a listing’s history and 2. Ability to clean up the watchlist with a bulk select and deletion option

House Sigma site has all the current MLS info along with the historical sales data and other information. Nice tool if you want to understand the real estate market.
