What people like
- Call quality is clear and crisp
- Rates are very cheap for calls
- Easy to use interface overall
What they complain about
- Calls cut out and disconnect often
- New update removed speed dial feature
- Prices jumped unexpectedly for some countries
Easy
I have been with this company for many years. However had not used the app since last year! Pleasantly surprised to view the changes. Easy to connect to friends in the UK. Call was very audible, clear, crisp line. 9c per minute is a steep... but it's convenient for how i shall use it. Let's see how I get on. Bottom line - don't be on the fence, just try it out. Nothing to lose.
Stop connecting
This app was working great for several months but now I am unable to make a phone call. It keeps showing me the message that says, RECONNECTING. Even with full internet connection.
Great. Only the voice sounds is too slow.
Joy of calling.
Update worst than the older version 🥲
Lost history of calls in updated version. It’s not intuitive anymore!
Good and now not good
I used Keep calling for long long long years. I appreciated that I only could make a landline call thought keep calling from my cell phone. When Japan had a big earthquake, I tried to call and my account was no where to be found and my account is suddenly gone! I was happy to begin with but why?? Why suddenly my account is gone?
Fantastic affordable option for overseas calling
I have been using this app for overseas calling mostly to the UK and friends for a number of years now it’s consistently and technically perfect and affordable step up to the plate and rely on it
what is happening?? app is down for two months?
I have a credit on this app and it’s down with no apparent resolution. What is happening? How do I get a refund?
Calling history
I’ve been using this app for overseas calling for years, now just happened after reason updated not showing history call and favorite listed. I need it back.
Baddd
This new update sucks, it very bad. You can’t speak on speaker phone, it doesn’t save call logs… pls do better
No speed dial
How to get the speed dial on my Apple?
I will keep calling
Good connection, great price
App not loading
I bought credit on website and downloaded the app on iPhone. App never loads any pages and I couldn’t ever login.
Charging without permission
The app charged me twice through Apple pay without my permission and even when I go to the app it hasn’t increased my balance.
New version is really bad.
I haven’t used the app for some time and today it opened to a new version. The previous version was somehow transparent with charges. The new version starts to look like a scam as people say in recent reviews. No prices before you call, speed dials are gone, no history of calls and how much I spent per call. The only thing I see now is that my credit is running low and forcing me to recharge.
Update: Can get through answering machines
When you get through to an answering machine and you press, for example, 1, KeepCalling doesn’t register it. Update: it works now, but after 15 minutes of holding the line KeepCalling typically cuts out
Overseas help
Excellent and useful service when traveling overseas
Speed dial and call history removed
They purposely removed speed dial option to add 10 favorite numbers to make it difficult so the user is forced to give access to contact list. Very sneaky action to capture our personal contacts. I will probably drop them as soon as my credits are used up.
Disappointing
It worked great for a while but lately I can barely hear the person on the other end. It's very faint. It's obviously an issue with the app because there's no issue on calls outside the app. My phone is up to date and I've checked settings. I'm going to have to find an alternative service sadly. Otherwise it's been a good service.
Not working
After updated the app is very hard to access everything. Too many steps and make the app not working properly.
Service not good
In 10 minutes time of 2/3 times voice been stopped
Agradecida
Me encanta KeepCalling puedo llamar a México con mi familia gracias
Suck
This new update is worthless
Excellent mannerism and service.
Excellent mannerism and service.
Bad service
Trying to call many times. Rarely works. Really bad experience. Fix it and I will give you good reviews
Lots of noise and interruptions within the call
At times very annoying with the interruptions in the call. Sometimes there are other d Sounds in the call as if there are listeners. At times disconnections and call silence where I have to hang up and call again. The credit $30 credit I add does not last long either.
I love it
I love the fact that I can call my friends and family at small rates
Recent update
Now the app is a trash
Help
I can’t top up from my iPhone SE
Rate In reased
They increased the rate as soon as they realized there are more calls to Iran. Not fair.
Rates
Good but too expensive.
I’m loving it
5 stars
Speed dial?
Why you removed speed dial option??
Glitchy
Overall it’s a great app but recently the calls keep cutting out. The seconds are counting down but there’s no connection. This happens about every 10 minutes. asy to use app just set up speed dial and one touch connects you across the globe and of course the cheap calls are great when your Overall it’s a great app but recently the calls keep cutting out. The seconds are counting down but there’s no connection. This happens about every 10 minutes. talks for an hour every time!!!
Use to work
It used to work well. Now with a perfect strong internet 5G, it pushes me to call offline, saying I don’t have a strong connection, which is false. Time to find another app.
Good app. Disappointed by price increases
Was using this app to call my country during a network shutdown impacting all other forms of communication. Received an email today that they have increased prices only for calls to my country. Well that’s a **** move. The prices have increased from 9 cents to 21 cents over night. Only because they know how many people like me are desperate to use their app now. This is while other apps have made communication to my country FREE during this period to support our people. Well I will move on I guess.
India call
Clear & crisp
Scam
Frequently was charged without me making a payment and didn’t even get credit for those charges.
Awesome app
Perfect app for people to call their homes and friends easily at low cost.
It’s works but UI response is dreadful
Been using this for about a month. The UI lag on iPhone is a nightmare however the actual phone calling works a charm
Mostly good
Just made my 1st call via this app. Quality good except for a few momentary distortions & the occasional muffled alarm going off. At least there was no delay on the call as there is with Skype. 1st attempt at calling said there was no internet connection, which was incorrect. Trying again a few moments later worked immediately.
Cut off calls
It keeps cutting off my international calls constantly
Contacts not optional?
I’ve been using this app for years and it recently is asking me to share my contacts, which I don’t want to do, but it won’t let me go past that screen
Good
Great app
Being offline
Used to be good but now showing offline most of the times even if there is good internet access.
Good way to communicate
Awesome
Missy
Fantastic Easy to use! Crystal clear!
This is scam!
I paid money but can’t use this app at all and couldn’t get my money back. Even they don’t have a customer service.
good
i recommend this app good prices but still ned improve payment from app not web
Not too good
Always connection problem. Call waiting, server error , log in problems 😏😏
Verynice
Nice voice quality and fair rates😊
