I have been a member and used the app for over 7 years now. I have never had a bad experience with the bank but the app constantly force closed especially when I try to make an external transfer. This problem just started recently. I have restarted my phone as well as uninstalling the app and re downloading it to no avail.

Desperate excuse for a banking app
So like are you ever gonna figure out to get new software engineers for this app or??? I came from navy federal and had to switch to this pathetic app of a bank due to convenience of it being close to my house. Honestly that hour drive don’t sound like an inconvenience anymore if it means I don’t have to deal with this pathetic excuse of a banking app. The branch itself is amazing. App is trash.

Crashing constantly
I absolutely HATE this app but we have to have it for banking. I am constantly having to either sign completely out or I’m uninstalling it and reinstalling.

Why would the app randomly delete all your info. No clue what my username is, as it somehow deleted the cache that saves that. Now im gonna have to call off of work just to drive to the bank for 2 seconds and get my username. Plus ive had specific sketchy looking charges on my normal statements that i see on the app, that i would love to report via the app, or even *star* them if thats possible.

Every other week and especially on Fridays the app experiences technical difficulties and I’m locked out from viewing my account information.

Love the access to my account anytime, but should look into the ability to take a picture of a check to deposit, like other bank apps have now. That would make this app perfect. :)
CONSTANTLY logging me out and not letting me log back in
I have my password written down, it’s not incorrect. I’ve had this app for over 3 years and I constantly have to deal with it logging me out, and not letting me log back in to see my balance. I know for a fact my password is correct. Really wish this issue would stop.

I’ll try and view my balance and my account but more times than I’d like to admit the app doesn’t run correctly and it won’t let me log in, I don’t know what’s going on with that but I don’t like it.

Application
I just recently got an account with this bank and out of all the other banks I have ever used, this one by FAR is the most HORRIBLE. I hate this application so so much, nothing is straightforward, nothing is logical. Good luck to all of you guys that are opening up an account anytime soon.
iOS updated & now it’s down
Overall decent app but just updated my phone and now it’s frozen.
Outdated App
This app is glitchy and slow to response when using. There is no Face ID or any way to sign in quickly when needing to check account balances or transfer money. It won’t let me log in from time to time, and it seems as if this app was left in the 20th century sometimes. This app has a long way to go before it can compete with other banking apps. I love the Pinnacle Bank family, I just cannot stand this app.
Zelle
Ive tried many ways to use zelle but it says my bank app has zelle in the app. Only issue i have with pinnacle i can use venmo cash app but not zelle.
Needs Work
I have to type password every time I want to log in. The app is down too often, also, if I want to view details of a transaction such as details regarding a check written, I can not access it. For all the space it takes up on my iPhone, you'd think it would do more.

App is problematic
Is down a lot and seems to lock up a lot. As for the bank, the overdraft fees are insane. A matter of 3 or 4 transactions use your overdraft, if your not paying attention, this can be a few hundred dollars in fees if you don’t get it covered immediately. Otherwise I like this bank.

I love this bank. The employees are always so helpful when I have a question or need something done. They are always accommodating and prepared to offer assistance in any way.

I’ve never had issues with the bank app before. Until 4 days ago. I did the available update and it hasn’t worked since. I’ve called customer service every day and all they tell me is there’s a ticket made on the problem and we’re sorry. For FOUR DAYS? I’m very upset with my bank at this time. It’s not normal at all
Tells me wrong password to much have to call and jump through hoops just to see banking
Horrible app, tells me I'm typing in wrong user name and password nearly once a week or every two weeks gotta wait 6-12 hours then it'll start working again then come end of the month is just won't let me log in at all I have to call and be asked 40 questions and then they tell me reinstall the app and make sure it says Texas like I don't know where I live and the again and sometimes it'll work and sometimes it won't ! And for god sake don't let ur account overdraft because of something out of you control,they wil refund once $32, and after that its all on u so if u have 4 things trying to come out before they open and say u day u get paid u get charged $32 a pop which is $128! Unless ur a millionaire this is a qtr of ur check for most people.
Login
Every few months, I am not able to login with fingerprint. I have to delete the am & reinstall to make it so I can. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. Very frustrating to have to enter my password every time! And yes, the app is set to fingerprint login.
Needs major work
First off it doesnt allow for itouch sign-in. Which means you are typing a password in every single time. It seems to always crash and wont even move from the initial screen to allow login. The app when it is functional is very basic and doesnt have much in the form of user capability and function. Basically tells you what your balance is and recent activity. The writers for this app need to do an overhaul. If you need suggestions on what to do feel free to inquire. First fix it so that I can actually login whenever I want. Thats a start.
Won't work
I've changed my password multiple times to try fixing it. Today I finally called customer support to see if they could do something. Nothing.. The app doesn't work for some people I guess; might want to fix that.
