Fun!
Its a good app to know you notes for sheet music and its really good for music classes and piano its not stressful at all because you can put it on infinity time instead of having a timer and the best thing results you actually grasp the concept its fun and awesome deff download!
Great for learning notes but…
Used to be a great app but now ads only or upgrade to pro so I have deleted the app.
.
This app was recommended by my piano teacher and it is brilliant.
Basic
It’s. Pretty good leaned a thing or two but very very very very boring don’t recommend for under 10s cause they will get bored
Ads
Full-screen ads is a big turn off.
Best app
Best free app if play ad less
Used to be good
Since they added the unstoppable games, the app is ruined. You’re forced to watch/play a games after just a minute or two of practice, and then you’re stuck and can’t get out of the advert.
Helps you learn
Trying to get better at reading sheet music as a former musician. This app is easy to use and does the trick. I think it’s cool they have the letter note answer option as well as a keyboard answer option. One thing I would say, is when an answer is incorrect, it does this super fast red flash thing. I wish it could show my mistake in real time instead of review. But really not a big deal.
I don’t like doing it
It’s annoying to do and it’s assigned by my piano teacher. wish I could do zero stars.
Music Tutor review
I am just starting to use this with my students. My only 'complaint' is that it is not intuituve for those of us not as familiar with digital apps. A tutorial would have been helpful. Even with the assistance of a teacher who has been using his app for some time, I have had to delay implementation for around a month while I experimented.
Good
Ads are dog water but the work helps you play.also it is kind of boring
Ads, ads and more ads
Sucks
Very helpful
I have a terrible history with sight reading and have been meaning to work on it, I started learning piano and couldn't push it off anymore so I tried this app and so far I love it I already am much better than before and have improved so much in just a few days. I love the format , but there's two things I would change, first that b there is a an option to see the shape of the notes, second so that you can click on the note and hear it. So you can connect the sound with the note.
Adverts
Too many adverts
Rosie
Only 1 octave is on screen
Exactly what I was looking for
Flash card style note recognition to practice speedy sight reading, highly adjustable. Scores track progress, fantastic app
No games exit
Cannot exit as games
Music Tutor
This is a good app to learn notes quickly, but when you get a note wrong, you have to wait the entire session to see what you did wrong and that can be confusing. But otherwise it’s a great app! It has adds it is free!
Lack of Tenor Clef
I was trying to find a free music note identification app, and I am very grateful you guys offer it for free, but I would have loved to have been able to study Tenor clef, and it isn’t offered. Pretty disappointed.
Moi
It’s ok and ul ace it really easily
It’s perfect!
I love this app! Also there is no ads!hooray!!!!five stars
To many ads
I had this app for like 5 min and already had 4 ads like every 30 secs omg I deleted it I can't do that it's ridiculous Real question I've never downloaded something based off an ad so do these actually work or are they just bothersome propaganda
Cool app
Great for sitting while nothing to do and “drill” myself! If this worked with a keyboard (MIDI or real piano with the phone’s built in microphone)… it would be the PERFECT app!!!
Far too many ads
it’s music tutor not mobile game tutor
Ads stay for a ridiculously long time
The app is great but the ads will stay for longer than a string of tv commercials and there is no way to exit them. At some point I’m just staring at the same screen, where nothing is happening, waiting for a tiny c to show up somewhere
Yee
So fun
Terrible app
Bass clef notes are wrong. The notes were one note down
Great but boring
I got this app for band and it’s great it helps a lot but it could have something that motivates you to do it like a daily goal or something like that because it can get boring, but other than that it’s great.
Too many adds
Too many adds
What is with this app?
I love music tutor but why do we have to sign in to Apple Music or whatever? It’s so annoying😠😡🤬😤!!!!! But if y’all can’t fix it, that’s ok.
Great app
This app is very useful as a beginner going into band or just music in general! I’ve been using it for 3 days for 10 minutes straight and I can almost recognize the whole treble clef. I’m new to music and I couldn’t find anything to help with sight reading until I downloaded this app.
App completely stopped working
I loved the app so much that I paid for the ad free then it stopped working. I’ve tried updating, uninstalling it and reinstalling it. I don’t care that I lost three bucks the app just doesn’t work
❤️♥️Love it but…
So fun and helpful but there is so many adds all the time that more time is done watching adds than actually doing anything.
I don’t think you should get the app
I like the app a little because I’m reviewing my notes so I can save them faster even though I do know them I’ve been playing flute for six years now. I don’t like how there’s ads after every thing I do if I wanna go exit I have to watch an ad before I go with them by then I forgotten what I came In the app to do. I thought I would be reading music and learning how to play but I have just been naming notes. That’s all I’ve done so far.
Good
Why call it music tutor when it only works with guitar
Dope
Play really well by hear, I think this will help with learning more complex and longer scores by sight
Unusable
The adds make this app unable to function. I literally cannot use it anymore which is disappointing. If I could play a round after a minute of adds; that would be annoying. Currently though, it is actually impossible to do even a single round.
Awesome music tutor
Music tutor is so good it helps me learn my musical notes , I’m so glad that I have music tutor!
All about ⬆️
Honestly adverts, when you put practise mode on it always comes up with a notification for it and at the end where it says accuracy it doesn’t show other people’s scores you want to beat just your I mean come on
Definitely helping my note recognition
It’s a useful app but can’t help but feel there are some basic improvements to be had. The progress chart is one of them: it’s nice to see the line ticking up over time but it would be even better to see the dates for each point. I’ve no idea how long I’ve been using the app now so that would be handy to know when I got started. And a few other key stats would be nice. But, it’s pretty good all in all.
I love this app!
I’ve been playing Bass for 40 plus years but never learned how to read music. I bought this app and within 2 months, I was able to identify all of the notes of the Bass Clef. I’m amazed at how fast I am at this app. It’s very intuitive and fun to use. Right now, I’m pretty much addicted to it.. lol I use it for an hour a day, every day and I sometimes sneak in a 10 or 5 minute game here and there.. Thanks so much for such a cool app!
The worst piano app
This app was the worst app for piano that it’s a disgrace to piano and all the piano legends in history
This helps
As a beginner student of piano, this app is very helpful in solidifying my knowledge and ability to sight read and play.
I don’t know the notes that it is giving me
It’s so confusing
Just upgraded
Can only choose notes up to A6 but need up to A7 for violin: Would be better if you could choose an instrument instead of just bass, treble etc.
I Love it!!
I used to not be able to read notes but this helped a lot. Thank you so much for making this app and helping me read notes
Good
Good app but after about 15 rounds I got out of the app and then the next day the screen was white and it didn’t let me press anything . That’s been happening for about a week now. Probably to force you to get the one you have to pay for. Unless this gets fixed it’s a scam as it didn’t just happen to me but my friends and family as well ,so it can’t be our WiFi or a connection issue
It kinda good butt a little not
No it just does not make sense is it violin or viola or is it cello?
We’re is the settings
I like it but no settings button
Okay
Should be able to custom timing Otherwise 😊 great I have improved a bit but then my scores have gone downhill?
