This app is a hit or miss. We use it for work. Sometimes it will not stay connected even when the app is open. And When I close the app or force it close it will stay in my island bar and try to connect again. Even though I told the app no background access. It also won't stop taking control over my Bluetooth. Like half the settings are off in the app

I have to use Zello for work, but what really frustrates me even after force closing the app and clicking leave chat hundreds of times, sometimes your microphone will still be listening, and literally the only way to stop them from listening to ALL your conversations is by deleting the app, and I REALLY wish I could keep this BS app off my phone, but It’s the only option I have for work

It won’t keep me signed in and I use it for work. It’s constantly logging me off
Update frustrating
The app is great, but this update that make Zello available on your lock screen is soo frustrating. I turn off the feature but it won’t turn it off. It makes it so I can’t view the time in the corner. I have to click in and out of the app several times just to view the time. Extremely frustrating when I’m trying to write reports and I need the time. Can’t just mute a Chanel and have it run in the background. Keeps popping up on lock screen whether you want it to or not.

You guys don’t have safety for bullying and harassment no safety
You block people how do bullying from a channel and the use a second account and we contact you guys and you do nothing to help the user and you don’t protect channels or people for harassment you should have more security issues. You should not do these if you don’t want to get sued bad bad service. They permit bullying my nice saw bad words. Don’t trust these guy. They are a very small amount of safety. Zello is no safe to much bullying and when you tell them they do not use protection to black people. They change ip and keep going in with different accounts

Always disconnects from headphone
Whether I’m using my Shokz, beats or AirPods. The app disconnects from my wireless headsets every few minutes. It is extremely annoying. Please fix your bugs.

Constantly showing in the Dynamic Island on iPhone and I’m worried i will accidentally transmit. Doesn’t matter if I remove permissions, delete app, etc.

Terrible update
The app used to be great and now it’s absolutely terrible. Little bar at the top won’t go away and I never see any of the notifications anymore. Made it much harder to use.

I can’t tell you how much I love this app. It’s perfect for those of us old enough to remember the Nextel days. My only hope is now that Apple is sunsetting its native walkie talkie watch app, it’ll allow Zello to make its watch companion app! (Fingers crossed).

Island bar for days
When you used to close the app it wouldn’t stay on the island bar with the speaker icon. Now it does and I don’t like it. When I close the app I want it to be closed for good not linger. Please help!

Update issues
The latest update on my Apple Air has made the app unusable. When closing the app the Dynamic Island feature stays on even after asking it to leave. It interferes with calls being received or going out. Had to uninstall. Please fix or remove the update.

I love this app but this latest update where it’s always live and gets in the way of everything else you’re doing on screen is really annoying. The app was fine the way it was before it did not have that live feature and calls would still come through. Please change it back!

It’s better than the old Motorola push to talk system. This one works anywhere in the country.

Me gustaría que agregaran un widget para poder ponerlo en la pantalla y no tener que entrar a la app sólo apretar el botón del micrófono para comunicarte con la persona que quieres hablar, sería mucho más cómodo y rápido, así sólo tener que seleccionar la persona con la que quieres compartir el widget y poder hablar con ella de una forma más rápida
Can’t turn it off!
The app itself works well, but you can’t turn it off (easily). It constantly runs in the background. I have tried to turn it off when I’m not using it and the directions don’t work at all. There should be an easy way to turn it on and off when you don’t need it. Other than that it works fairly well, even OCONUS.
New To Apple, Not to Zello
I come from a long use of Zello on my previous Android devices before switching over to my first iPhone, so I wanted to start with the UI of Zello for Apple specifically. A clean, minimalistic look that’s easy to figure out if you’ve used any voice memo app before. Android’s had more going on but that wasn’t a bad thing with the black & yellows. I’m new to the Dynamic Island but like other users, the constant hang-up of Zello in it has already left a sour taste in my mouth. However, the biggest issue compared to using it on Android for so long is messages barely coming through at all. I tested it with several longer messages and only one under 5 minutes ever came through proper. Meanwhile Android can take a 45 minute memo while on Busy and I’m listening within minutes. For now, the app just isn’t good enough to keep over something else that also does the same thing.

Tornar fixo o toque escolhido pelo usuário.
Seria muito interessante se tornassem fixo o toque escolhido pelo usuário. Aqueles toques que escolhemos co O áudio de envio e recebimento de mensagens. Pq atualmente selecionamos nossa preferência, mas assim que fechamos o app e abrimos novamente ele desconfigura e volta a configuração padrão mudando os toques escolhidos.

New update is terrible..
The new update is terrible, You can’t clear the app completely out anymore. It always stays on in the background. I turned off background activity for the app & nothing changed. It also pops up when a channel is speaking & blocks your entire screen like someone is calling until you click out of it

Los audios llegan con mucho retraso, la persona esta hablando y se corta el audio, aparece un logotipo persistente en la dynamic island, cierras el app y se cierra la comunicación
Fallas en la última actualización
Al picar el icono de la aplicación para usarla, solo sale el nombre de zello en pantalla blanca y te saca. Que problema será? Si lo arreglan les doy las 5 estrellas de calificación. Eso me pasa en 2 dispositivos, ósea con 2 cuentas diferentes de zello que tengo.
