What people like
- Tracks both iPhone and Android
- Easy to use and works
- Great for monitoring family members
What they complain about
- Ads interrupt you constantly
- Support never actually helps
- Tracking stops working randomly
- Setup is a nightmare
It just works. Best one I’ve used
Great GPS app for my kids and employees- it does both in any groups I want. Love the weekly reports automatically sent to me too, along with the maps that I can see on the web too. Oh and I can finally track android people too with this app, it lets you track both iphones and android. Best thing is it’s easy and it works..
Terrible customer service
Customer service failed to help me reset my password leaving me without access. Ultimately, they were unable to provide any solution.
Best in Class tracking app
Chirp is the best in its class, its easily the best tracking app.
I didn’t realize I had to pay a fee to have this tracker
I am shipping this back because I didn’t know I had to pay for this TackiPet
One of a kind
One of a kind app, none of the other apps I tried were as good as Chirp.
Customer service works like a BAD employee:
Doesn’t show up most of the time. I would give it zero stars if possible. Initial setup was a nightmare. contacted CS who called me right away and helped. I guess that was the honeymoon cause they have been a noshow ever since. App tracking worked for a few days and then suddenly stopped tracking family member. I had told all family members to leave location always on so when The app stopped tracking them, I deleted the app and tried to re-install. Big mistake! App asked me for a password which I never received because CS initially set everything up on the phone on their end and didn’t walk me through the setup. When trying to re-install, App would freeze and I had to reboot phone to get it to work again until it froze again after trying to set up the app again. Tried to call and email CS again: CRICKETS! This group could use a user friendly app that truly functions and responsive people to run it. Then they could be called a company. Oh, and do I sound PO’d? Because I am.
oustanding capabilities
There are so many things you can do with Chirp I was surprised.
Useless for me !!
I wanted to track my spouse SECRETLY , but this app says - enter their phone number and sends them a text asking if they approve !!?? How dumb is that?? Now he will know I’m tracking him and my life will be worse . Thanks a lot 😠
Awesome customer service
They called me back within a hour, answered my questions and were very friendly.
Not as reliable as I had hoped
I set this app app on my phone and my wife’s phone and it worked great for the first day then yesterday it did not update for like 14 hours. Today it’s the same thing, it is not updating since my wife left for work this morning at 9 AM it is now 1:47 PM. How can an app that works so great the first day and then completely drop off the face of the earth and not work at all the next day??? I signed up for a year on both phones and I am having to cancel that membership within this for seven day trial period.
Impressive tracking
The tracking on Chirp is seriously impressive.
Unable to add
I just subscribed and created an account. Every time I start, I get a message to subscribe. I’ve already subscribed. Then after trying to process, an error message appears. I’m eager to try the app, but am not able to move past the subscribe and error message. Please advise. I’d at least like to try it for 7 days to see if I’d like to substitute. Help!
perfect monitoring solution
If you need to monitor friends, family or yourself, use Chirp, it wont let you down.
Chirp GPS
I followed the steps. Had to provide $14.99 to download. Tried to locate a phone number but it did not work This was today 2/8/21. This was 7 day trial period It was cancelled on the same day There should be no charge on my account.
great spying app
I like tracking my husband without him knowing and it is such a good app for that.
False advertisement
Used the option to locate by phone number and the phone I was trying to locate (which was stolen) has to accept the invitation. Description made it seem that you could get around that.
5+ stars!!!!!
My wife and I love this app so much, it is amazing.
Overpriced and You cannot do anything without a subscription
The title says it all 😒
Incredible tracking app
It will track your phone incredibly good.
Bad
Can’t get pass the adds waste of time
