Do not purchase
I was scrolling through the apps and hit the button to subscribe when trying to get more information. Couldn’t cancel and it didn’t even work kept getting server errors when trying get a refund. Apple couldn’t get a refund, so the plan was crummy software and we’ll take your money you’ll never see again. Only purchase if you have money to water and don’t really care.

Worked great and then it didn't
I use this app for my two boys. Worked great for over a year. Then all of a sudden I keep getting a pop up as for purchasing the app, which I already pay for every 3 months with auto pay. Now it is crap, won't work. Customer service is horrible. I have emailed them twice no response. Totally frustrated!!

Trust
I love this app because it makes your trust even stronger or your trust even weaker
Can’t join with my husband
My husband sends me an invitation with a code for me to input but there’s nowhere asking for the code.
Won’t stay updated
My husband’s and My phone are linked. He gets notifications when I am driving and when I arrive places. It shows my history but won’t show his at all. It won’t show he’s at work, still shows he’s at home more than an hour after he leaves. I have tried to email for support and it says the email is full. It immediately charged me and didn’t wait until after the 7 day trial. My husband had to pay too. Not impressed.

Trying to Charge Twice, tech support won’t work
I need money back or fix app. Tech support doesn’t work it will not let you send message out. You want to charge twice for service, already paid $29.99 for three months, I know because payment already posted and app trying to charge $19.99 for same service again. II sent request to friend and My Family only wanted $17.99 at 80% off so what’s up with that? Only reason sending this review is tech support will not work. Fix please your app.? One star to high NOT HAPPY
