Update sucks
This new update isn’t good. I’ve never left a bad review for Buffer. EVER. But this is horrible.
New update 🙌🏻 - MOSTLY
5 star app except for one minor issue that becomes major for me when I'm in a hurry. . . Posting action is set by default to "next available" I always "post now". I wish there was a way to set the default to one's preference . The extra steps to change it each time is a real drag .
Calendar disaster
This used to be a great app but they removed the full calendar view on the app so you can’t see what days you have posts scheduled. The little strip calendar they show now doesn’t even have the month. Worthless.
Good but expensive
This app is good but extremely expensive in my opinion for what you get. It could also be a bit more intuitive. It’s not clear when posting to multiple different platforms in the app as opposed to on the website where the different descriptions can go. It definitely saves time but could be a bit easier to navigate and show more useful information and analytics on my posts.

I absolutely love this app! Buffer has helped me maintain my social media page for my business!
New Update
New update has made the app unusable. The channels are no longer easily accessible.
VoiceOver user of Buffer
Normally, I would have given this a 5 star but as a voice over user, not all the buttons are described with labels.Also, wish you could change between the business/professional channels and the personal channels without having to upgrade and pay for this option.Maybe someday... Haha! Thanks for making this 95% accessible to the visually impaired, it's a great start!

The app mixed the sound and reels together and messed up my scheduled posts.
It’s a good app
I like this app, I just used it to post. I wish there was automatic posting for personal accounts. All in all, it’s useful and I plan to use it in the future.
New update sucks
Why is the new update so much more difficult to use??? It's so cluncky and you have to tap around like 8x more to do the same task. I'm literally going to switch platforms if it's going to take this long to schedule every time now.
A very good accessible alternative to Facebook Business suite for Screen Reader users
Not only is this a great app to help manage your socials, plan ideas and turn them into posts and increase engagement, it’s a very good accessible alternative to other apps which lack such ease of access. Please can we have the option to switch on or off the new focus screen though when composing? I get the significance for users, however it gets in my way and actually has led to content being updated for a time that I didn’t intend from a screen reader user perspective. Other than that keep up the great work.
Needs feature toggles
I wish I could turn off certain features like AI and the comment score. I don't want all my data being fed to an AI, and I don't want to feel pressured to respond to people instantly when I have a whole business to run.
Has big issue!
It seems like a great app however I say “seems” because why did i have to reset my Instagram password to login only to be told it was incorrect? Once I got it logged in, it sent me through a whoooole verification process that had so many glitches on its own that it confused itself into thinking i was messing up so it no longer allowed me to continue. I got one channel logged in but every other one has been doing this and I’ve wasted 30 minutes attempting to log in when I could’ve actually planned out said content I’m wanting to schedule… I would’ve loved if I worked, could save me so much time but there’s some weird glitch going on during the log in process that is only in this app and not the main apps like insta, facebook, etc.
Great overall but needs more apps
I love how easy it is to set posts for multiple platforms! It has so many already but honestly it needs an option to add accounts for apps not listed and be able to schedule posts for them too. Especially places like Reddit! Now ofc I’m not sure if they have to talk to the apps developers to allow them to integrate it, but if not then it’s definitely time for more
Just a queue. Save yourself the money and use the in-app schedulers
Very disappointed. Buffer is just a glorified queue. You can’t edit anything in the service, select music (I know this isn’t limited to buffer, it’s up to the social media platforms but I’m including it here for clarity), and when you schedule a reminder to post, the service doesn’t even upload your scheduled post to your phone’s camera roll, meaning you have to re-upload the post to each social media platform (meaning clogging up your photos until you manually post), and then re-enter any hashtags you entered in the description in Buffer. The only thing this app serves as is a queue that you can create, and a notification to post. Everything else you have to do manually. Save yourself the money and either enter a recurring reminder in your personal calendar or better yet just schedule posts right in TikTok and Instagram.

Really simple to use allows me to post one video to all my socials I recommend but they should lwk add a editing part so you can edit your vids
Just an extra app taking up space
I was trying to use buffer for a social Media fast but still post content. Paid for the monthly subscription for 3 channels and as soon as I deleted the OG apps, I started having problems! I’m just one person with one phone posting to multiple apps, how is the teams feature? I know it has to be doo doo because I’m having issues with just me! I tried it and buyed it and now I NEVER want to hear about this app EVER AGAIN!

When it works, it’s great but it often glitches.

And work sometimes it doesn’t work doesn’t let you post on some channels once more money, not as described not easy to use
Pretty, but not functional
Seems like you can’t actually post to multiple channels in the app? It looks like you can and then once you’ve scheduled it it all of a sudden has removed your second channel.

Deleted. Nice concept app. I only needed scheduling for Tik Tok and Instagram. The app won’t schedule Instagram at all even though I added it.
Posts scheduled “may not have sent”
This is frustrating. It would be great to get an alert at the time of writing post to know what was wrong with it and correct it

Be nice to see a calendar view in the app for scheduling posts.
Still have to add captions?
So you still have to go in and add your captions manually so it’s not really scheduled it seems like? Seems pointless in that case.
Small limits have a huge impact
I’m appreciating the ability to schedule my posts to go out to multiple platforms. Along the process I can adjust the posts to fit the specifics of each platform like character count, location settings etc… My one problem is the inability to reorder my uploads. If I can’t do that here I may as well post directly through the platform.
Best free way to share to all platforms
To be honest, I wish you could do more than three, but it works great for what I need

Can’t login to InstGram and it’s been like that for a Year. Complete waste of time and an App
Really useful app
I really appreciate having this app. The only downside is that it doesn’t yet host enough sites.
This used to be so amazing
Now it is just inefficient, erratic, the app frequently fails to work. Using the web app also fails to do the simplest things, such as re-order the posts, switch to scheduled etc., and why remove the REBUFFER function? That was one of the most useful features. I loved this app prior to these updates. Recommended it without hesitation. Now what was quick and efficient takes repeated attempts and sometimes never actually allows you to do what you need to do. Absolutely gutted, would’ve stayed with them forever. Edit: Thank you for responding. I will email you and see if we can resolve some issues but without even the rebuffer or ability to duplicate posts, already looking for an alternative after well over a decade of loyal subscribing.
Works
A little clunky and buggy. We have it linked to a Wordpress site and connections to the feed breaks. Useful for the multi-platform reach and scheduling.

I’m just a one man show trying to make the world a better place. I thought I would give this a try. Music is a very important part of my videos and the use of contemporary music has played an important role in my video views I don’t need a calendar to prompt me if I can do that myself on a daily basis.
“Allow to paste?”
It is an excellent app but the only extremely annoying thing about it is that when I copy text from elsewhere to put in the caption, it always asks me if I should allow it to paste it. It makes no difference if I say yes or no because it lets me anyway. Just a hassling having the pop-up every time.
Full of bugs for Pinterest scheduling
30% plus of our posts fail to publish each week. App keeps saying “Stuck in processing” or “failed”
Feeling Ripped Off
Facebook just started offering auto posting to Facebook Pages AND Instagram through the Business Suite app. Furthermore they now offer direct posting to Stories too. All of this is free and exactly what I needed! Meanwhile I literally just subscribed to Buffer for over £100. So I’m feeling very ripped off to be honest. Buffer does offer First Comment, but that opt in is hardly worth £100+ a year. It might be useful if you use additional social networks like Twitter and LinkedIn. However if you mainly use Facebook products this probably isn’t what you need anymore. If that’s you, don’t get caught out like me. Thank for nothing Buffer. Enjoy your free money. 😡

Good tool, reels a bit awkward
Great that several channels are in one place. Haven’t used the paid version yet, but even in the free plan there are lots of good features. Only 4* because of the reel posting you have to have the entire thing assembled - the video footage, the cover, the music, the captions, etc etc in one media file. So just need to have it all in one and ready
Likes/views are not accurate
Thought this was the perfect app to manage my posts but when you look at the views and likes underneath each post it doesn’t reflect the real numbers. You have to go to the real social media account to see it so what’s the point?
Impressive..
Used Hootsuite for a while and had constant issues with notifications not ever working.. however Buffer hasn't skipped a beat.. the online facility is awesome too 👍🏻 Dropped to 3 stars as sharing straight from insta is no longer supported
