Terrible rewards redemption system
Went thru a whole lot of trouble with Samsonite to redeem the voucher as they claim that the redemption can only be made once whether or not it has been used or not. When u slide to redeem, you can go back to your screen without risking loosing the voucher even though it was not used. Shouldn’t each barcode contain specific information about the type of voucher linked to a specific type of user? This is a terrible system. I work in tech and this is totally unacceptable to be release into production.

I recently encountered a bug and was impressed by how quickly and efficient the support team was. They investigated and pushed out a new update within a few days to resolve the issue. Stop the spamming plse
Great app but I hope that Perkd can fix this spamming issue. Whenever a discount or promotion is going to expire, Perkd will keep spamming my notification list with the warning that “Your membership is going to expire soon” like every once per hour. Hopefully Perkd can fix this issue so maybe minus 1* for that? Other than that, this app is great :)👍

I emailed support 3 days ago about deleting my account but they haven’t replied. 👍 Edit: seriously, I tell you I sent you an email and you tell me to message on Facebook instead? Just reply the email ffs. (I’ve deleted my FB acc.)

I was having issues adding items to cart. The customer service reached out to me and help me to solve the problem in 10mins and it works! I’m impressed by their service the team is being so helpful and friendly. They even update me the stock availability so I don’t miss out on the opportunity to get the items. How sweet! Unable to verify and set up my account
Was required to set up using mobile number. Mobile data connection was stable. However, when I was instructed to verify using the code which would be send via sms. It was not send to me. I’ve tried multiple time waiting for the sms number but did not receive it. Inefficiency in the system.

I tried using it today at Body Shop and it keeps crashing. I restarted my phone multiple times but it still does that. Please provide a fix for this soon.

How do I delete cards that I don’t want? They somehow just appear in the app, like Shopee and Lazada cards even though I do not shop on those platforms.

One Card Crashing
Kindly check your app. One of my cards is not opening - the Body Shop. It just crashes when I try to open it. It’s irritating as i can not see the messages too. My Kipling card works fine.
Stop Reminding “Enable Notifications”
No other app will keep reminding users to enable notifications whenever we use the app. Users disable notifications for a good reason that they don’t want to be spammed by too many reminders of promotions. You only have “enable” and “later” options. How about adding the option “never ask again”?
Good cs service, easy to use
Changed my mobile number and couldn’t log in. Ca resolved for me very promptly via Facebook. I like the app consolidating all my memberships. Wish more companies are on board so it’s easier for me.

Not useful
I was giving it 5 stars but after some use i will withdraw 2. The scanning function does not work well that it often fails to read the correct card number from the bar code and may save the wrong barcode. So even if the software provides many predetermined cards so that generating a good looking card is easy, the member information is not correctly stored and thus cannot be used in real life.
Good app
I’ve been using your app since 2015. I recently deleted it because aside from BodyShop — No other stores actually accepted your app when I show my membership cards. I hope your apps more useful than just bodyshop store. Popular store don’t accept, Metro Store don’t accept, Innisfree don’t accept, Tangs don’t accept. Hope one day they can accept your app alr as valid source for e-membership cards.

Suggestions
I hope that the app can have notification settings. For instance, I would much rather have notifications only for new offers and not new promotional messages. It would also help if there’s a “mark all new messages as opened” option to rid the pesky notification count on the app icon.

seems will be convenient . I hope the shop will accept to use this app for showing the member card. But for example, if I want to top up the kopitiam card, I can use the phone or I still have to bring the original card?
