Best LTC APP
There are a few specifically geared to London ON but this one is great. No fuss. Just the basic realtime schedules. Set it up with the routes you want. Pick the stop. Get the times. I don’t need an app to plan my trips: One should be able to do that yourself.
Update your routes
Can you update the routes to account for the large amount of stops that are out of service due to construction???
Love it but add detours
I like so much this app despite the bugs is very useful. I would love too if you could add detours updates
Would be great if it worked
The app is not working properly, not showing bus stops or times. It’s just a map with buses floating around but no way to tell when they are going to be somewhere so it’s basically useless this way. It’s fully updated on my phone so that’s not the issue.

It works good to see when you need to check the buses accurateish. it glitches alot and freezes, also the bus lines alot are the same colour which can make it confusing. and theres no way to type in adresses so your supposed to already know buses with this app
App needs fleet numbers
App works good. But I would like the features to work on here like Transsee such as: bus fleet numbers, how full the bus is and how long it is delayed for. Please add these features in the next update. Thanks
TERRIBLE Colour Scheme
I don’t why they changed the colours on the bus lines, all of the buses in one general area are now varied colours of each other. As someone who only takes the 19, 25, and 34– how am I supposed to differentiate between the slightly altered shades of brown? I have to zoom in so close and tap on the bus triangle icon in order to make sure it is the correct bus I’m tracking. I did not have this problem before when the colours were teal, yellow, and purple.
Not showing bus location and keeps saying not connected when I am
I woke up to day and got ready for work and went on the app and it wasn’t working. I love the app it’s very convenient but I was almost late for work because it wouldn’t update times
Keeps moving to center of map when I try to zoom in elsewhere
Every time I zoom in and tap on a bus stop the map recenters itself in the middle of the city after a few seconds.

For the most part I’m very pleased, although as a senior it’s a little difficult for me to read
Unreliable app
99% of the time the app doesn’t work and it doesn’t show my routes or anything app is unreliable and annoying
Seems better now.
I down graded to a smaller phone, I like something that fits in my pocket discretely! Plus I have fat fingers so maybe enlarge the ‘clickable’ bus stop areas plus my location becon sometimes covers making it hard to press location

Your gps is way off sometimes busses don’t show at all even tho the app says the bus has been and gone needs serious improvements
Needs more Advancement
I like the app, but I think It would be better If you replaced the dots for arrows for each bus stop. It’s an unchallenging way to indicate which side/direction the bus is going.
Suggestions for new routes
I want to suggest for start a new route from roundabout sunnygdell to Oxford on wonderland road. We have to take long rout for connections to western university

Great tool but it has some issues
I use this app almost every day, it’s way more accurate than google maps. It’s easy to use and it’s nice to look at. Although for the past month or so I’ve been getting an orange error message at the top that just says it can’t connect. If I restart the app a couple times it usually works. I know it’s not my network cause my other stuff still works fine. Also it’d be dope if you could click on an idle bus and see how long it’s sitting there for. Overall I’d say it’s the best app you can get for the LTC! I’d definitely recommend it.
Just PDFs of schedule and maps
No effort made at all here. Multiple apps do a much better job.
Useful but not visually clear where the buses are
Hello, overall a good app, a could of points: 1) The bus arrow location on the map is the same colour as the line and stops; very often the arrow gets hidden underneath other graphics. > Suggestion: make bus location arrow either larger, a different colour, or figure out a way to follow any bus. 2) Hovering over the bus does not give the same good info as online, instead you select a desired bus stop. > Match website as much as feasible. 3) Certain bus routes on map and website do not match, only small details but still as a bus user, I would entrust the app to be correct. Remember that people are paying for this if they wish to remove ads. At present I cannot warrant paying even a small amount for something slightly disfunctional. Thanks.

I always used to go on the website on my phone to use web watch but now I can just use the app which is so much easier and better!
Good app
It’s handy but never accurate. It tells you bus is still at commissioners in Palm Mills where I live, but I seen it go by so the GPS on it’s a little slow.
Fix auto zoom
The app will automatically zoom back into my current location when I’m trying to zoom out or look wider at the route

It’s constantly glitching, I’ve thought I’ve missed the bus multiple times because it says the bus is further along the route than it is, and now it’s not even showing the different buses

Doesn’t work anymore
Last year this app was super helpful . Now it just is a glitchy mess. Kinda a digital representation of London’s downhill spiral. No longer worth downloading, just use google maps
Can you tell me how many minutes later the bus will come?
It would be better if we can enter the start stop/ destination, and the app shows how long we need to wait.

this app took me in the opposite direction of my given address that i submitted. it is flawed and broken. don’t download if you value your phone storage and possibly your time. i am now late. sick and twisted.
