Best New Property app
View is the best! I love how you can see all properties in Australia. The search function is so easy to navigate. This is the next big thing!

Unable to easily expand photos
For something called “view” they don’t want you getting a closer view of anything - zooming in to look more closely at a photo or floorplan is only just possible - you sort of can, but you have to keep your fingers held on the screen otherwise it drops back to standard size - to zoom more than one time, and pan around requires tricky swapping of fingers. There are plenty of other real estate apps - this one would be my last resort if I couldn’t find something on one of them.
Price filters
It’s frustrating that you don’t have price the filters with smaller increments. It goes from $1m to $1.5m to $2m. If I’m looking between $1.4 and $1.6, then I get a lot of irrelevant properties returned when I have to set filters $1m to $2m.

No account, no access? Not happy Jan!
Why do I have to create an account just to look at realestate? Back to the other options instead.
Buggy
Tap properties to view and I randomly get a blank white page with.no way to exit. The interactive map is also mostly hit and miss, interactive finds no results, but the search function does.
Ok
Reason for the 3 stars is that most properties show only one picture.
Good property app
Clear and easy to use, good features and easy to save searches.
Limited properties
Looked under cairns qld came up with 2 properties under $1 million obviously has limited properties being registered on this app as domain and realestate.com has hundreds under same criteria
Faulty App
It seems as though none of the filters work when searching for properties to rent. You want a three bedroom house in Balwyn between $400 and $550 a week... nope we’ll show you five bedroom house in Queensland for $1000 a week. Not at all helpful.
Flashing bug
Once I log in with my email then it keeps flashing Keep saying that it couldn’t download my shortlist and I just can’t use the app
Hunting for property
Very easy to find what property prices up to date feed back .
Has an issue
When entering the OTP on the app, the numeric iOS keypad covers the submit button and cannot hide it. Stupid cannot log in.
Disappointed
The search function isn’t very good. Doesn’t allow block size, I am surprised as I assume it would be a pretty standard request.
Shortlist not working
Good Ap. Though shortlist is defective.
First time renters, Lisa and Eathen
We are impressed with the results of this app as first time renters we are looking to move somewhere in central access to ammenities, and airport this app gave us a great amount of what is Avaliable and close by not spending hundreds of dollars a week but still have a beautiful house. For relaxing and gardening

this app would be great if you had decent room to search the map without a constant property page window covering half of the screen.who ever came up with that idea needs to get another job
Frustration City!
The app wouldn’t let me save more than 5 properties to my shortlist without setting up an account and logging in. When I did this it crashed and said I had no properties in my shortlist when there were 5 previously. It allowed me to add a new property to my shortlist but still wouldn’t allow me to view my shortlist! None of this would have been necessary if the app made it plain how to remove properties from my shortlist. And why aren’t properties automatically deleted from your shortlist once they are leased or at least have a banner across them saying leased so you know to delete them ( if I can figure out how to delete them!) Also 2 of my shortlisted properties wouldn’t let me get back into them( I think they were leased and locked me out )- they kept flipping back and forth on the house picture and wouldn’t let me access the heart to try to delete them. That’s when I tried to set up an account and lost my entire shortlist - at least it says that it cannot currently be viewed, to try again later. That was hours ago and nothing has changed! The app was great when it was working but now I am just frustrated!Help!
Needs some fine tuning to compete with big boys
The app itself is nice with the map based search feature . But the filtering isn't great . The price filter doesn't seem to work on maps.

Going backwards in realestate takes some lack off talent
The recent update and the subsequent multiple attempts to patch this failed launch, have me question the use, if any, of BA, UX and UAT, hopeless! So much white space. An overload of irrelevant functionality. This app update will be a case study of poor practice in many fields. A pity since it’s for the realestate community. Won’t be advertising here, we will delete and stick with the other four main, and better, realestate apps, and wait til they truly recover this failure.

Does not allow more than one picture to be displayed. Not great of you want to an idea of a place.
Dropped off
Really enjoyed this app n the annual and quarterly data displayed for each suburbs median house price, growth etc. Disappointed that has been dropped with the update

Price function doesn’t work
Why does this app insist on showing me houses I can’t afford to rent. I put a $1000 maximum in and it showed me every property over that up to over $3,000 per week. Complete waste of my time.
No sold dates
Great website but useless as they don't provide dates or at least the year the properties were sold.

Looking for rural property for which this app is not useful. You cannot set parameters for block size, and the size info isn’t displayed on either the thumbnails or when you select the property. Sometimes you may find it if there’s a floor plan, but rarely. Why is this crucial info deemed unimportant? It makes no sense, and renders the app unusable, at least for my purposes. Other apps display this prominently for every property. Seems similar to those apps but missing a very important feature. I don’t understand why you’d look at what apps are available, decide to develop one similar, and make a conscious decision to remove functions and make it worse.
Keeps closing
Would be a good app if it didn't keep closing and opening up a pop-up add!
