So many of the establishments I had entered on this app have gone out of business but there’s no way to delete them. ANNOYING!
My places list need updating
Hi, how do I delete cafes from my places that have closed for good or stopped using Rewardle? I have a number of cafes I want to remove from the list.
What the UI?
This app could win the price for worst user experience by a long mile. It makes ERP systems look simple.
App crashes on Iphone 11 pro max
App crashes on Iphone 11 pro max as soon as i open camera to scan rewardle QR code. Please fix it. Could’ve been better if you have added tutorial on app first open how to use it.
All cards gone
Just went to use the app - had to log in and all my stored cards are gone. Update: Very happy to say, issue fixed very quickly 🙂.
Pathetic
There are no rewards. You can’t withdraw anything. No one answers the phone, and they don’t respond to emails.
Good but needs improvement
There are some bugs, but the idea is good. I'm using it currently. IPhone X can use!
Clunky and confusing
Gamified design that puts too much in your face while penalising you for withholding certain personal data like your birthday or Instagram. Not one of the apps aligned with contemporary user-centred data privacy concerns. While it’s theoretically a sensible idea to leverage people’s craving for coffee rewards to help businesses attract and retain customers (good!) this app is complicated, overstuffed and demands far too much of my personal information. Won’t be using it at my cafe.
Apple Watch gone.... :(
It sure why they removed that functionality, I used it all the time. Loved using it for coffees with Apple Pay...

Apple wallet feature
Would be great to be able to add the code to Apple wallet rather than having to access the app.
Update deleted everything, but resolved
Was working fine from installation ~2 years ago...new update deleted everything and logging back in doesn’t seem to have any uploaded memory...back to nil points. Messaged the support team and same day response and resolution...all good again! Thank you
Poor design and technicals
A barely functioning app, poorly designed and implemented. Doesn’t feel like a professional iOS app. Can’t even search the list of card vendors, and the Back button disappears! Worse, other reviews make it clear that these problems have existed for years. Abandoned app?
Love the idea but could be much better
I had over 20000 points on my account but when I was at a Woolworths checkout today trying to use my rewards card somehow my Rewardle app needed me to sign in AT THE CHECKOUT . After I got home I signed back in and all my different rewards cards and points were deleted . The app is quite clumsy to use. The photo size of the cards is too small it would be easier if they were placed in alphabetical order and could be scrolled through. I was really hoping this would be useful to me but if this continues to happen I will stop using it. Also I just went into the app to add all my reward cards again and it won’t let me
Why suddenly demand a password?
I have used rewardle for my daily coffee for years but today it wanted a formal login with password. Disgusted. I don’t have the password. Will return to a card.
Improvement needed
Please add search option, and remove ?bug of double entries after adding cards

Constant Crashing
I can’t tell if the app and the benefits offered by using this app are any good, as it is constantly crashing. Please review any bugs you have and get them fixed. From what I have seen so far, it’s a little difficult to see the reward history based on where the rewards are earned.
There must be better
The functionality of this app is poor. Too many pieces of the puzzle need to be in line for a simple transaction. Vendors have no incentive to keep their devices online.
I don’t like it anymore.
It’s evolved into a confusing to navigate app. It used to be simple but the ribbons and other loyalty cards are making the app so frustrating for me. Sto card stores all my loyalty cards. Rewardle starting to lose touch.
Privacy concern
I am not providing my mobile number to you for the purpose of collecting coffee stamps, and there is no option to opt out of 2FA. So the only choice to uninstall.
It works
This app works, but’s not a good app. Why? It’s not customer-focused, and takes no advantage of the platforms features. Things like Siri Shortcuts, Wallet, Widgets.
Bad UX
Such a bad experience. Horribly designed and too busy. Going to convince my local business to stop using it.
You don’t get my location data
Can’t even get through the registration process without allowing access to location data, so you don’t get me as a customer. Massive invasion of privacy with no way of not allowing if you want to register. Luckily my local cafe is ditching your rubbish system.
Can’t even see rewards history….
Want to see the history of when you have added a coffee to your rewards balance? NO CAN DO. tf?? Such a basic function. Please add it.
