Updates to the app
The app would be great if they stopped making “improvements” that aren’t needed. The latest update makes it impossible to find the shows you want because the ones you regularly watch are buried now. It’s a constant battle with their updates. They need a better testing process and user input.
High Commission
I LOVE Poshmark! ❤️ They have great customer service, high traffic and I’ve noticed that they’re constantly working to improve the app. They’re always making updates and adding improvements. EXCEPT… the commission. 😩 The 20% fee is ridiculously high! Poshmark is the ONLY platform that takes 20% commission and I’m sure I’m not the only one who feels this way. Poshmark is a great platform, but that 20% commission is just TOO much! I really hope they consider lowering their commission because I think it would make the platform even better and encourage more sellers to use it.
Stop pushing your AI on me
I have been a loyal Poshmark user for a long time. I love it, but stop pushing your useless AI on me. Smart sell is awful and I stopped using it because it is useless, and the AI descriptions that it gives my items is completely wrong and useless too.
Pretty good but UX is a little wonky
Has a huge assortment of goods on the site, which is great. The app can be a little tricky, though Searching by size via filters is bizarre. You’re forced to narrow your search by category (for instance women’s > tops > blouses) before you can select a size. Annoying to navigate. Also, having to make comments instead of DMing sellers directly is a bit strange. Feels like sellers often miss the comments so one’s questions can go unanswered. Finally, Poshmark has a LOT of AI images in listings and they are not labeled. Disappointed that the onus is on the user to spot AI when such images are clearly false renderings of how a product truly looks/fits. Ideally, these shots would be banned. At bare minimum, they need to be labeled.

Worst seller app ever
Just get Depop or Vinted it’s genuinely the worst app for buying clothes. Customer service term is horrible and you will never get the refund if something is actually wrong

Love the app! Too bad CRA is coming in to tax us on our earnings that we’ve already paid taxes on. I’ll keep selling until the new tax rules come into play!

Love the small businesses model used by single item closet sellers or multi item closet sellers. I also like that Poshmark provides support to buyer and seller.
0 accountability for dishonest sellers
0 support for customers even on 3+ figure purchases. Been scammed on this app too many times with absolutely no response from customer support

Interactions
Sometimes it is frustrating to make an offer and to not get a response. You are left wondering if maybe that person isn’t active on Poshmark anymore or if the item is even available. I think it should be required to respond, so that we know whether or not it is worth trying to make another offer rather then left hanging.

Good but needs improvements
I sell a good amount on here but the website is frustrating. Listing, mailing and buying is easy. But they put ridiculous constraints on the selling aspect. They will not allow lower offers to go through to new likers unless you make it 10% less than the last offer you sent to other past likers. Why? Maybe the new likers thinks my first lower offer is great. They also started making certain items you haven’t shared in a while “inactive” so it won’t show up even if you are on the app daily. All while letting users who haven’t been on the site since 2020 get offers for things in their closet. And forget if you have a question. Customer service is nonexistent. You are on your own.
New to Poshmark
I am new to Poshmark, but I’m anxious to see what I can do on the site
Selling fee is too high & no perks being an Ambassador
Let me tell you what the problem is with your platform. Pay sellers faster. Payments requested on Saturdays to Sundays should be deposited into seller’s bank accounts on Mondays, not Tuesdays. Also when there is a holiday on a Thursday or a Friday sellers don’t get paid until next Wednesday even though the transaction completed on Thursday. There is an option to request payout via Venmo or PayPal but it costs money. Nobody wants to pay any additional fees on top of the 20% you charge. Options to offer higher price shipping to buyers should be available. Shipping upgrades shouldn’t be sellers’ responsibilities. Just have sellers offer higher shipping up front so the buyers are aware how much more they have to pay. More perks for being a Postmark Ambassador should be available such as having access to funds as soon as an item is paid or shipped. Or discounts on selling fees. Or offering international shipping to Canada or other parts of the world where available. There is no point in becoming a Poshmark Ambassador as of right now in my opinion. Promoted Closet is useless. Nobody wants to pay for promoted services upfront when there is no guarantee that an item will sell. Taking money upfront is just your way of trying to take more money from sellers on top of the selling fee you’re charging. STOP offering it to sellers as a means to make more money.
CS excellent but app needs work
I’ve had mostly positive experiences on here! Customer service gave me a generous credit when a designer purse I ordered arrived with undisclosed scuff marks. The new app feels weird to me and *** it keeps crashing!!! Especially when I press the back button *** devs pls resolve this!

Poshmark = Corporate Greed
To say that Poshmark is a DISAPPOINTMENT would be an understatement! I HAVE MADE 1 SALE SINCE JULY 2025! I’ve been on Poshmark for over 6 years and I am a 5 Star Seller. Used to be a good selling app until Jan. 2025. As of 2026, it has been impossible to sell anything on Poshmark. They keep changing their rules and policies to fit their corporate greed. Now Poshmark wants you to PAY to “Promote Your Closet” to stay on top of the listings that you have posted. So now the item that you put for sale is NEVER SEEN unless you PAY Poshmark to keep it on top! Otherwise, your listings get shoved to the bottom of postings for over 60 days! If you attempt to repost your item, you are banned from posting on Poshmark for a week or more!!! Poshmark is full of Scammers and Customer Support is pretty much nonexistent unless you count automated generated emails stating that they will get back to you in a few days, which they rarely do. Ann and Vamos at “Customer Support” should be FIRED! They are LIARS when they say they have lifted the “Listing Privilege Ban” from your account when they haven’t . Poshmark has made thousands of dollars off of my sales over the last 6 years, but they have no loyalty towards their sellers. Honestly, the app is a huge waste of time. So I’ll be taking my time and money elsewhere. I highly suggest everyone do the same!!!
Long time posh user
I have been using Poshmark for over 5 years. This recent update with the new main page has been a headache. I liked when it easy to share items and I find searching for items was more straightforward. It’s frustrating now with the “promote your closet” I definitely feel like my sales are suffering because of it. But as a long term user of the app I really didn’t think I should have to pay more. The fees they take off regular listings are fine. I haven’t been happy with it in the past few months

I have miss this side so much after 5 years overseas I’m honestly so happy to be back on US and able to use the platform, is truly one of my favorite places to shops and sale overflow of inventory from my styling jobs !
Stop “Fixing” What’s Not Broken
If I could give this app zero stars I would. Every single update that has been released since August of last year has made the more difficult to use both as a seller and a buyer. The most recent update in particular is the worst one yet. The app is super laggy, you can’t add items to bundles on the seller side, you can’t quickly share items from your closet to posh parties & live shows, & on and on and on. There’s no issues doing any of this on a laptop, just on the app. If this keeps up, myself & a lot of other users are gonna end up leaving this platform for Depop & Curtsy. Do better.
Bring down the 20% to 10%

I downloaded the app and it’s already having complications it won’t let me post anything at all.
Difficult to sell
New algorithm makes my closet hard to be found by buyers. I used to get sales, however with the new updates I find it difficult for my closet to get views which results in lower sales. They also not want people to pay to get closer viewings.
