Can’t Register Online Account
You’d think that if you have a feature that’s built into the app that it would work… the registration part for the online account gets all the way to the end and just stops at a white screen. Really infuriating. Tried the app, two different mobile browsers and the desktop website, but all of them just get to the end and a nonstop spinning occurs when submitting everything. It never finishes registering.

The app is easy to use and I like that they take the payment right away instead of waiting days to take it. I will refer this app to others that I know that have a PEPCO bill.

App was great but stopped working properly
I use the app mainly to check my usage to make sure I am not surprised at the end of the month. But suddenly when I try to check the usage I get “Sorry, this information isn't available for this view.” I can still check on a computer, but not nearly as convenient. Please fix!
Fantastic app
I bought an older home and my electric bills were off the charts-in the $800 range. PEPCO engineers quickly helped to identify the problem and taught me about the app which allows you to monitor your usage. I would consider my bills now to be on the low side.
Stop the pop up
1 star because the pop-up wouldn’t stop when I was trying to pay my bill. You asked me to review something while I’m in the middle of business. This is what’s gonna happen.

There is a mistake. The electricity bill was debited from my bank account on a business day, but you haven't updated your records and are reporting non-payment. Please update your system.
Disaster of an app
Can’t even pay a bill. You click “Make Payment” and get the privilege of watching a loading spinner contemplate the meaning of life. The login experience is an unadulterated disaster. Somehow, paying a bill feels like applying for a mortgage in 1997.
Price increases
The app is decent but the business of pepco and its increases are not up to par and inexcusable with no reason for these increases especially either economy and cost of living increasing.
My monthly bill
I don’t know why the bills are so high I’m a senior citizen and I try my best to pay all my bills on time but I really appreciate it a senior citizen discount. I’ve been in my house 24 years. I’ve been in my house 24 years and I’ve never had any of my utilities cut off, but I think that they should lower the prices of the utility bills for senior citizens
Worst
Pepco meter was broken. They sent me wrong bills, but they contact to correct it with the fact in documentations they ignore. Never helped.
Poor update
I paid mt bill Two days ago and here it is Thursday afternoon and it’s still saying i have not paid

Having a 500, 600, 700 or 800 electric bill is wild. I have never in my adult life had a bill that high till the data centers went up. There was zero permission ask or permission granted to kill us while we are paying for our own, our families or others deaths because what these centers are doing. Thanks to Trump and his goons they are trying to take out a community that is consistently for centuries being mulled by you people. It’s unfair because we did nothing to deserve this but be born into a world that don’t see us as valuable assets to this world because we don’t die we multiply and there is nothing that you, him and the rest of yall thugs and gang members can do about it.
An unavoidable Expense
Truthfully, I can’t do anything about it and I mean it’s electricity not sure how exactly to rate. I will say the last few times that I spoke to a customer service rep. They were kind and they were helpful although I still can’t get answers to why my bill is so astronomically high for a single person living in a condo

They constantly steal money. I work all day every day. No one is in my apartment, I use the same stuff and my a/c barely be on but somehow my bill always says it’s up over $50 orne due to new usage of whatever they wanna claim Fee
