Too many ads
I used to love this app. It could use a major revamp, but the worst thing about it has become the ads. It used to not have so many. You’d have to watch maybe one, but now they are everywhere, and inevitably you get a Temu ad. It’s just bad.
Too complicated
Too bad it’s not simple, Intuitive enough. Even the result can’t be save directly in photos roll, I have to do to much work for a basic photo to fit in a square without any cropping.

I love this app. I’ve used it for years now and it’s been my go to for making square pics for Instagram. I like the UI, it’s simple and easy to use. Yeah there’s ads, but it’s not intrusive. The app is free so they gotta make their money somehow. I recommend this app to my friends and family. I was just using it today and thought about how I should write a review lol
Just unusable at this point.
Used to love this app, but now it’s so buried in ads it’s just unusable. Charge me something for the app, get me out of this hell!

Glitchy
Firstly there are too many adverts. Secondly, the crop tool works in the app, but when I take it to Instagram it’s a different crop. 0please sort this out.

Every time I get a new phone, I make sure to come back to this app because it has no water marks, and does exactly what I need it to. Ads are not annoying, but there.
Not for or by humans
This was a very clever and smart app that as its name suggested made simple and useful adjustments to layouts, with no nonsense. Unfortunately with the current minute long lame repetitive ads it is positively unusable. This app is sadly AN ADD scam!

Free Version Used To Be Great
Works well for what it is designed to do. Free Version as excellent until Sept 22; their ads went from 5 seconds to 30 seconds, with no countdown timer. If I’m not interested within 5, 10, or even 15 seconds, what makes you think 30 will convince me to click the ad? No thanks.
Great app…but
Great app for photographers but I dislike the adverts- seems very unprofessional. I would rather subscribe to the service than have to wait through interminable ads…. Please change this
Simple and effective
It’s easy to use, no pesky ads, doesn’t kill the photo with compression. Nothing fancy but solid tool.
Broken for iPhone
It can’t handle Live pictures, thinking they are videos. So it can’t access all my photos. Worthless.

Deleting after 10 years of being loyal
This app is virtually unusable with their ads, they are unskippable and hard to find the exit button. I used this app for years (admittedly, with airplane mode on so the ads don’t pop up) and now the server won’t connect without internet so you are stuck either buying their pro version for $4 or with a ridiculous amount of ads. $4 to put a white square in the back of photos is ridiculous. Lost a user for life, by Squaready.

Used to work a treat but now, like the other reviewer says, it no longer allows me to post on Instagram, the only reason I use it. Such a shame!
Love it!
The best app to crop your photos to fit Instagram! I don't my research and videos would show how to use up to two different apps to edit an image to fit. Don't waste your time use this app. There is also a video of one that is just as great!

Love the app, very easy to use and there's lots of options. Two small things though, I wish there was away to save presets or something so that you can always align the same way and secondly I wish the app image was nicer. Aesthetically I dislike it a lot. Apart from that amazing and I would recommend

Changes to the app
I’ve been using this app for a long time and I’ve loved it, now it no longer lets me post on Instagram only Facebook which I don’t need as I solely used this for Instagram. Even if I click on Instagram option it’s no longer opens it’s just cones up with other options for me to pick from?

Still getting ads
I paid for no ads and am still getting pop ups and lengthy ads every time I tap a function. I Will change star rating once this is fixed.
Good App
I enjoy using this app the only down side is that there are a few too many ads. Otherwise, I'm impressed with the functionality.
Used to be great, but now …
Ads that last 30 sec for each upload is ridiculous, and I always need multiple pics done so it’s excruciating. Will be looking for another app or hope Instagram adds this feature so I can wave bye bye to this 3rd party.
Poor Photo Quality
The only two negative things I have to say about this app are that there are too many ads, and using this app a white background for photos ruins the definition of the picture, even when you save it in PNG, which is supposed to be the higher quality option out of it and JPEG. Please fix the photo quality.

Stopped working on iPad.
I know the app is geared for the iPhone/iPod, but it used to work just fine on iPad. Now the photos are all whited out when you try to choose one so it's impossible. When it worked, it was great.
So many ads
I used to love this app and use it all of the time. They now have so many ads it’s super frustrating. There are 2 or 3 ads in between every picture edit and they are super long. I’m finding something else.
Needs updating
Worked brilliantly until just recently, when you ask to open the image in Instagram after editing in Square Ready it doesn’t work and just takes you to the normal photo selection on Instagram. Please fix!

What happened?
I use to love this app but now the pictures are blurry after you crop it and save them to your camera roll.
Doesn’t work for iPhone X
Great app but it doesn’t work with iPhone X since the buttons to progress are out of reach on the display. Not been updated for a year so likely never will be fixed. Shame.
